Disingenuous and misleading.
Capitalism has killed as many if not more than other systems simply because capitalism is the most prevalent of all the ‘isms’.
The good that capitalism does is offset by gov’t that drains away the wealth created for its own nefarious purposes. Wars by capitalist nations have murdered millions. That’s not the fault of capitalism but is the fault of gov’t that has access to the gifts of capitalism.
Lets put the focus on the real culprit for all the evil in the world. It is gov’t versus gov’t, or more simply just any gov’t all by itself.
BTW – even what I wrote is misleading in that there’s no such thing as a capitalist country or a socialist country or a communist country, etc. They are all blends of the various ideologies but they all turn out to be thieving, conniving, murderous countries with a political class that should have been drowned at birth.

All of the “isms” have been bastardized by oligarchy. One is no better than the other, in the sense that once the Oligarchy gets firmly in place you can bet lots of people are going to die.

As always, it’s not the system but the people abusing it, whatever ‘ism’ you refer to. That’s why even the founding fathers knew that eventually their ‘system’ would collapse. They knew human nature would eventually destroy it. That’s why there has never been, and never will be, a perfect human-created system. Because greed and lust for control will always bring about destruction, one way or another. Capitalism harnessed that human nature better than any other system for the greatest good for the greatest number of people for a pretty good run, but human nature finally brought about what it always brings about; collapse, death and ruin.
