Only for people with income under 75,000. The people making more get nothing. Like somehow making 80k means you are rich, did not lose 50% income THIS year and may lose your job! What I read is it is a credit for 2020 taxes. It should not affect taxes for the current year. Just think of it as Earned Income Tax Credit for working people.

They are making business owners take out 30 year loans at 3.75% at the banks. Again giving banks 200% of the going 30 interest rates. They are protecting the banks and leaving no inheritance of businesses to heirs. The banks will own all small business when they die due to these loans. We all heard how wages, interest etc would be forgiven on that part of the loan but nowhere in the Bill or application is this stated. It is fake assed news. Here is the info from SBA website:
