Is it possible to reflect the “racial composition” of Fairfax Country and to remain “the top public high school In the United States”?
Before our Black Lives Matter moment, one had not thought of the NBC networks as shot through with “systemic racism.”
Yet, what other explanation is there for this week’s draconian personnel decision of NBCUniversal chairman Cesar Conde.
According to Conde, the white share of NBC’s workforce, now 74% and divided evenly between men and women, will be chopped to 50%.
Persons of color — Blacks, Hispanics, Asians, Native Americans and multiracial folks — are to rise from the present 26% of NBCUniversal’s workforce to 50%.
What does this mean?
White men will be slashed as a share of NBCUniversal’s employees from the present 38% to 25%, — a cut of one-third — and then capped to ensure that people of color and women reach and remain at 50%.
White men can fall below one-fourth of the workforce, but their numbers will not be permitted to go any higher.
To impose race and gender quotas like this on the workforce at NBCUniversal — half women, half persons of color — would seem to trample all over the spirit, if not the letter, of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
Why is Conde doing this?
“(W)e have a unique responsibility to look like and reflect all of the people of the country we serve,” he says.
But whence comes this responsibility, the realization of which means active discrimination against new employees because they are the wrong gender or race: i.e, they are unwanted white men?
America has succeeded as a meritocracy where excellence was rewarded, be it in athletics or academics. Our Olympic teams have triumphed when we send the best we had in every event.
This egalitarian and ideological revolt against excellence is also arising in Fairfax County, Virginia, at Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology, which, concedes The Washington Post, “often ranks as the top public high school in the United States.”
Why does TJ have a problem? Writes the Post reporter, the school is “notorious for failing to admit black and Latino students.”
Does TJ discriminate in its admissions against Blacks and Hispanics? Is the school a throwback to the old days of “massive resistance”?
Of 486 students in the freshman class this fall at the school, the number of Black students is tiny, smaller even than the 3% of the class that is Hispanic. Is this yet another example of “white privilege” at work?
Hardly. Whites make up only 17% of TJ’s incoming class.
The problem, if it is a problem, is Asian Americans. Three in 4 members of the fall freshman class at TJ are of Asian heritage.
Why do Asian American kids predominate? Are they being admitted on the basis of their race or ethnicity?
No, again. Asians are 73% of the incoming class because they excelled on the admissions tests in math, reading and science, and on the essay-writing assignment.
They won admission to TJ not based on their ethnicity or race but their academic excellence as demonstrated in standardized tests taken by students all over Fairfax and surrounding counties.
Thomas Jefferson principal Ann Bonitatibus says of her school, “We do not reflect the racial composition” of the Fairfax County Public School System.
No, it does not. But so what, if Thomas Jefferson ranks among the top STEM schools in the entire United States?
And Bonitatibus’ comment raises a legitimate question:
Is it possible to reflect the “racial composition” of Fairfax Country and to remain “the top public high school In the United States”?
A related issue is up in California. In 1996, in a state referendum, Californians voted 55-45 to embed a colorblind amendment in their state constitution:
“The State shall not discriminate against, or grant preferential treatment to, any individual or group on the basis of race, sex, color, ethnicity, or national origin in the operation of public employment, public education, or public contracting.”
Clear, coherent and colorblind.
The Democratic legislature, however, wants to be rid of this amendment as it outlaws the kind of racial and ethnic discrimination in which Sacramento wishes to engage.
An amendment is on the November ballot to repeal the colorblind amendment and allow California to start discriminating again — in favor of African Americans and Hispanics and against Asians and white men — to alter the present racial balance in state university admissions and the awarding of state contracts.
If this passes, more Hispanics and Blacks with lower test scores will be admitted to elite state schools like UCLA and the University of California, Berkeley, based on race, and fewer Asians and whites. Practices that were regarded as race discrimination and supposedly outlawed in the Civil Rights Act of 1964 will henceforth be seen as commendable and mandatory.
There will be racial and ethnic discrimination, as in the days of segregation. Only the color of the beneficiaries and the color of the victims will be reversed.
And that is the meaning of the BLM revolution, which might be encapsulated: “It’s our turn now!”

I do not get it. Why are whites not rioting in the streets?
We’re busy working and paying taxes.
Whites still have wealth. When they are fully plundered and have nothing to lose then the inner viking will slip the chain.
I have gone to Lowe’s, the car emissions station, and the doctor’s office today. Other than my doctor (how ironic!), I was literally the only one not wrapped like King Tut.
Why are whites not rioting? Because they fear death and they have wealth in abundance. They don’t understand the true translation of “The meek shall inherit the Earth.” If they did, they would also understand the origins of “Rebellion to Tyrants is obedience to God.”
Give BLM credit. At least they fight for what they believe in, no matter how fucked up their beliefs are.
Tearing down statues is not fighting. As old Pangloss observed, walls don’t hit back.
Nor do whites holed up in their homes while militant blacks march shoulder to shoulder at Stone Mountain. Those aren’t just statues. They are testimonials to previous good times and bad throughout our nation’s history. And nobody defended them.
The average person fears death, which does nothing but ensure it sooner. Oh well!

But, but, but we have THE CONSTITUTION! This can’t be happening. Well, it is happening and you had better get your head around it. This is going to be a race war, though it will not be whites against all others. A large percentage of the so-called “Hispanic” population is not only racially white – they know where their bread is buttered and have no intention of being pulled into any coalition with blacks or anybody else in the BLM gang. Ditto Asians, who for the most part are too intelligent to allow themselves to be tagged as alien traitors, which is the future status of all those on the other side of this coming conflict. Remain calm, prepare mentally and physically, ignore the activities of the others side, no matter how infuriating. They day will come when there really are no police on the streets, the army will remain in its barracks, and the playing field will be leveled. When the day comes it will be obvious. Remember who the enemy is and act accordingly.

How large? The Hispanic bloc, whether they identify as White or not, voted roughly 75% for Obama and Hiliary. Almost universally they vote socialist. (Maybe older Cubans of Spanish ancestry now living in south Florida would be exceptions ) How many Hispanics do you know who think the Gringo butters his bread?

Traitors to whom? Asians are naturally and unabashedly racist. Nothing inherently reprehensible, of course, about favoring one’s own kind. But they are in fact alien to us, they are hyper-materialistic and mostly atheistic, and they are flooding our country.
Their racial loyalty supercedes any measure of good will they may feel toward a country which they believe, absent awareness of the JQ, is run by White people. They do not worry about the possibility of being “tagged as traitors” by or to White people, against whom they harbor centuries-long resentments, whom they seek to culturally and economically exploit, and whom they now perceive as weakened and demoralized.
I graduated from Baltimore Polytechnic Institute in Baltimore City in 1970. The High school was founded in the 1880’s and as its name implies was the STEM school of the day. Academically it was in the top ten high schools in the nation. Graduates typically went on to colleges such as Virginia Tech, Cornell, Purdue, etc.
Dr. Roland Patterson the first black school superintendent was appointed about that time. He remarked that Poly was such a great learning experience and that every student should have the opportunity to attend. You can imagine what happened after that. Actually you don’t have to imagine you can see it today.

Average ACT = 26
AP Enrollment = 26%
Reading proficiency = 79%
Math proficiency = 98%
And yet people still think the new Star Chamber juggernaut has any hope of being repealed without a complete collapse. Good luck, but do both you and me a favor and stay the fuck away from me. Stupid can be more contagious than a virus.

Corporate HR policy. Even you would be amazed at how rapidly it has been transmogrified. Over two weeks I have seen somewhat sane individuals, likely in fear of losing their jobs, suddenly turn on a dime to push a totalitarian agenda that endangers everything democratic.

Back in the day, only blacks were called colored. Now Native Americans, Asians and Beaners have been lumped into that group. Black lives matter includes us new niggers. Ain’t that the shit.
Back in the Rodney King riots, a black mob attacked a Beaner and pulled his underwear down to spray paint his dick. More recently, a crazy black woman attacked an old Beaner demanding he go back to Mexico.
Now we are being roped into a campaign to destroy a nation of laws so that Blacks can get justice for their slave ancestors. Bulldoze an economic system so that Blacks can give themselves reparations payments. Collapse law enforcement so that Blacks can rob, steal and kill without fear of arrest.
Their argument is the old – if you’re not with us, you are against us. I have always been against niggers. I have no problem with Blacks who mind their own business, who are willing to be good neighbors and work toward the common good.
It’s the destroyers I have a problem with, those who know no law but their own vices; those who take parking spots designated for disabled people. Such people put themselves first, they will not be denied. They have no sense of country, no spirit of patriotism, no shame.
You can include me out of this new category. I’m Mexican, call me a wetback, an illegal, a beaner, whatever but don’t call me a nigger, I’m not sure my mamacita will approve.
