The only time I see normal is when I go out to the yard or barn. Everywhere else is anything but normal.
Pink and blue hair and Bling in a female’s nose and lips ain’t normal outside of a Jungle.
There is nothing that pisses me off more than someone using that “new normal” term. I let them have it. Friggin’ Dallas County judge was on the news saying new normal until vaccines all the way back in April. This is planned.
Indeed it is.
What blows my mind is how it appears that so many are willing to accept this insanity. The last vestiges of our freedom have been taken and most go along to get along.
By my calculations and using the cooked figures of the government:
4% of the population have had the virus.
Over 98% have survived.
For that we have gone completely bonkers.
The new normal is the same as the old normal. Carry a full sized handgun, a backup (always a snubbie), 2 spare mags, a flashlight with pocket clip, a mini flashlight for backup, a sharp folder for defense strong-side, a knife for chores weak side, a pocket tool, a pen or sharpie and gloves. And a rifle in the truck when away from home.
The first time I heard “new normal” on the tv was the day we got home from Costco the first day they were out of tp and water and something else, which surprised us. Then, when we turned on local news to find out what was up, they started saying shortages and new normal together. Blood kinda chilled. “Its on now”, was what went thru my mind.
