By the constitution, the federal government has no right to intervene and I don’t think we want that either because of where it leads.
In a republic, if you don’t like how a state is being run, you move to another state that is run differently. Eventually, the people either recognize what they are doing isn’t working and choose different leaders to run it in a way that is competitive with the other 49 states or everyone and everything connected to the state flounders including private companies and private persons.

Yesterday Babylon Bee had an article about how Ted Wheeler would burn down his own house to appease the rioters. Little did I know Babylon Bee could foresee the future.
But the best part of last night is that Wheeler’s condo is an area just north of downtown Portland called the Pearl District. It is the most expensive part of Portland. I’m sure all the wealthy democratic donors who live in the area really appreciated the festivities outside their condos last night. It is not every night you get to see looting, rioting, and people trying to set yourbuilding on fire as you drink your chardonnay from your balcony.
