The people don’t elect the president. The Electoral College votes for the president, and they don’t have to abide by the popular election (which didn’t even start until the mid 1800s). And if the Electoral College is a toss-up or has dueling slates, then it goes to a congressional delegation consisting of one representative from each state, who then decide who will be president.
YOU should learn how your government works, and it’s based on the Constitution.

The declaration of Biden as the winner will solidify his claim to the office. If for some reason, he goes not win the electoral college, it will unleash the leftist mob and that may be by design
If that happened, Trump would invoke the Insurrection Act. There would no longer be a reason to hold back.
I’m not sure he’d have the army on his side. Sure, he’d have lower ranks, but the officers are mostly a bunch of bureaucrats and the generals are bad news. The enlisted would follow orders from the officers.

It would depend on how much the Supreme Court judges would enjoy sitting on a packed court, which would be guaranteed under Biden.
Dems will be spending $100’s of millions on each of the 2 GA senatorial runoff elections. Expect massive fraud and we probably will have an administration that will make sure it goes their way. If they win those, it is OVER for the Republic.

Consider this. If the courts have to decide, they will kick it to Congress where Trump is as close to guaranteed a win as possible. No matter how they rule one side will be pissed at them so dump it on Congress, Trump wins and they say “Hey, we didn’t do it.”
The declaration of Biden winning has no effect on the outcome whatsoever. Declarations by the media or the candidate mean nothing when it’s not their call to make.
My greatest wish would be for Trump to be declared the winner, if for no other reason but to see the heads explode of the media and all the liberals. But especially of the cheating, lying bastards behind it all.
