Maybe if I see a huge gathering at my neighbors house and I don’t call the police I will be held liable for any new Covid cases resulting from the gathering? Will these actions lead to vigilante attacks? Was there any safe places to relocate to when the USSR fell, or Cambodia, or Bosnia, or Ukraine, or Germany, or Poland , or ?…

I doubt the police want to deal with this. and the holiday will go smoothly, and the restrictions will be over soon.
