If you’re IT savvy, you could install Wireshark and just figure out what IPs they phone home to, and add them to your hosts file pointed at localhost. I haven’t done it but it *should* work.
From what I know it’s virtually impossible. If you ever open of go into FB it reopens it’s relationship with you. I tried to delete it almost 2 years ago. I couldn’t do it so I scrambled all my info and became another Robert Smith and never interface with it
