Yup. I’m always seein ppl wanting to learn to ride by starting out with the biggest thing they can cram between their legs, a 900 lb harley. That’s the Hell Gate Bridge in NYC where it crosses over Randall’s Island. The structure is absolutely massive. Just out of sight at the bottom is Astoria Park in Queens. The very bottom right corner contains just a little bit of the Queens tower. I got lucky parked under that bridge on the Queens side about 40 years ago. There is supposedly a fortune in British gold at the bottom of Hell Gate. The current is incredibly treacherous with sharp rocks just below the surface and very deep water. All of the water from Long Island Sound tidal changes passes through that narrow passage. No one has been able to salvage it (if it is real).
