You beat me to it.. what has the scotus done at all to even slow the progression of destruction of the constitution?
SCOTUS is the problem! They have failed so many times to follow the black letter law of the US Constitution that they are the problem. With the exception of Thomas and Alito every GOP pick is unreliable….going back many presidents. Every DEM pick is a simple rubber stamp. There is no justice at SCOTUS just ratification of the swamp. America is dead.
Thomas Jefferson predicted that the SCOTUS would be the downfall of America. He warned us.

I had fallen prey to the notion that the court would be there to protect us from an all powerful state when in reality the court is being subverted into use as the bludgeon to be used against us.
As an aside, I liked Jefferson’s theory of government but greatly disliked the man and it was my understanding that you, Abigail Adams, despised the man. Kudos for overcoming your personal bias.
