HMG admits psychological warfare tactics used on Brits [Letter from Great Britain – 05-29-21]

The ‘Psychos’ in UK government are using military PSYOPs to coerce the Brits into taking the jab  but finally those responsible, surprisingly, are now admitting their guilt.  The London Telegraph reports the comments made by Members of the Scientific Pandemic Influenza Group on Behaviour (SPI-B), a sub-committee of the Scientific Advisory Group for Emergencies (SAGE) the government chief scientific advisory group.

The report quotes a briefing from March 2020, as the first lockdown was decreed, that stated the government should drastically increase “the perceived level of personal threat” that the virus poses because “a substantial number of people still do not feel sufficiently personally threatened”.

One scientist with the SPI-B admits that “In March [2020] the Government was very worried about compliance and they thought people wouldn’t want to be locked down. There were discussions about fear being needed to encourage compliance, and decisions were made about how to ramp up the fear.”

Another separate scientist on the subcommittee professed “You could call psychology ‘mind control’. That’s what we do; clearly we try and go about it in a positive way, but it has been used nefariously in the past.”

Yet another scientist warned that “We have to be very careful about the authoritarianism that is creeping in,” adding “people use the pandemic to grab power and drive through things that wouldn’t happen otherwise.”

BUT – my exciting NEWS!  – I am now a fully qualified HMG ‘VACCINE BUDDY’ – Don’t laugh – a few weeks ago HM Government asked for volunteers to become a ‘Vaccine Buddy’ with a brief to help ‘vaccine hesitant’ people make a decision about getting the jab – YES, really!  So I volunteered because they wanted to have people who would help the unbelievers make an ‘informed decision’ – yeah…right.  So I am now in the ‘psycho club’ and have the inside on how their PSYOP operates after a few hours of ZOOM training.

Others would say I am a ‘mole’ and that’s OK because I feel like a mole at present – living underground, blind, and digging for worms!  ‘Tales of the Unexpected’ will be reported in my future Letters.

HOWEVER – talking about HMG – everyone in Britain has noted the growing corruption in high places; this has happened before – two centuries ago. “At the beginning of the 19th century, aristocratic networks connected to the monarchy and the Tory party had effectively “captured” the institutions of the state and exploited them for their own advantage. Britain was blighted by people in official positions without duties, embezzlement of public funds, jobs for family, clients and friends, rampant over-manning and the failure to pursue the public good.

It caused social and political disruption and left social inequalities unaddressed. It even triggered the occasional military disaster – most notoriously in the loss of the American colonies, but also in successive setbacks during the wars with France between 1793 and 1815.

With accusations that there is “a stench of corruption” surrounding Boris Johnson’s government, it’s worth considering how the problems of aristocratic patronage, nepotism, jobbery and fraud were tackled 200 years ago.

                 The public-service ethos [today] among civil servants has been undermined by the “new public management” approach, which uses performance-appraisal techniques to stifle dissent. AND – More police-state evidence in Britain – ZH has the news: “In a flagrant violation of patients’ medical privacy that has just come to light, the British government has admitted to collecting and using smartphone data to analyze their activity without disclosing it as part of a vaccination study.  A report by the Independent Scientific Pandemic Insights Group on Behaviours claimed researchers from the University of Oxford discreetly used data from mobile phones as part of their study into how vaccination affected the lifestyles’ of patients.” The report was in The Daily Telegraph: https://www.zerohedge.com/markets/oxford-secretly-used-millions-patients-cell-phone-data-vaccine-mobility-study

BUT in America: It looks like the CDC are altering the way they count cases and there is a subtly that might escape most observers (or the ‘believers’). “The trick is in their reporting of what they call “breakthrough infections” – that is people who are fully “vaccinated” against Sars-Cov-2 infection, but get infected anyway.  Essentially, Covid-19 has long been shown – to those willing to pay attention – to be an entirely created scamdemic narrative built on two key factors:

• False-positive tests. The unreliable PCR test can be manipulated into reporting a high number of false-positives by altering the cycle threshold (CT value)
• Inflated Case-count. The incredibly broad definition of “Covid case”, used all over the world, lists anyone who receives a positive test as a “Covid-19 case”, even if they never experienced any symptoms.

THUS – perhaps the CDC is moderating its approach to the virus in some encouraging ways if this report is anything to go by: “In reaction to Covid-19, the CDC really took things to a whole new level of absurdity. The amount of hubris, ignorance, and condescension exhibited by our public health leaders truly soared to new heights. Not only that but it had real consequences not just for the people who had to live under the CDC’s recommendations but for its own credibility. AND India is again a ‘scare’ story according to the BBC et al: ‘The Indian health ministry has already made it clear that the Covid19 variant they’re dealing with this year has “a considerably lower death rate than the previous version”. Go to the Worldometer site, and you’ll see that India’s deaths per million is a minute 134: that’s 7% of the US and French figures, 6% of the UK and Italy’s and the lowest by far of any country in the Top 30 for cases. Virtually no vaccination has been undertaken in India (only 1.3% are fully vaccinated) and the country is not using lockdowns. The Times of India has just denied the BBC’s ‘deaths from oxygen shortage’ fakery.’

More blatant falsification followed. Beneath a banner headline about “mass cremations”, the BBC ran a full-colour photo of one such event. The only problem was that it turned out to be a library shot from the previous year related to an industrial accident.

Immediately (it seemed) the new variant B.1.617.2 was enough for India to be put on the Naughty Step. Our brave chaps manning the borders were on the case.”

It looks like the British government are going to be disappointed if they think the commerce and industry will take action to force vaccination passports on their employees. “The British Chambers of Commerce (BCC) Thursday published the results of its survey of more than 1,000 businesses across a variety of sectors and in the UK. When asked whether their business had any plans to require proof of vaccination from customers, suppliers, or employees, 78 percent of respondents said they had no plans to do so. Among larger firms with more than 50 staff, the number dropped to 69 percent.

Only 5 percent of the respondents said they had already implemented their own requirements for proof of vaccination, and 6 percent said they were likely to do so in the future. These were more likely to be firms with more than 50 staff. To end the week – the latest embarrassment for Boris and team is mega-whistle-blower, Dominic Cummings, who spent 7 hours explaining to a committee of MPs how the beginning of the scamdemic was mishandled by government. There is much more to come next week, but this initial report covers the basics:

“The ousted aide said the prime minister had failed to grasp the gravity of the situation and held out against lockdowns meaning “tens of thousands of people died who didn’t need to die”. He portrayed Johnson as obsessed with the media and making constant U-turns “like a shopping trolley smashing from one side of the aisle to the other”.

            While Cummings is widely viewed as bitter about his treatment at the hands of his former boss, he is also one of the first key figures from inside No 10 at the height of the pandemic to give public evidence.  In an appearance that spurred calls for a public inquiry to be expedited, the former aide described chaotic scenes in Downing Street in the early days of the pandemic, saying it was “surreal” and comparing it to the alien invasion film Independence Day.”  https://www.theguardian.com/politics/2021/may/26/boris-johnson-is-unfit-to-be-prime-minister

BUT – all is not as it appears, as this article details:  “Dominic Cummings’ appearance before the joint science and technology and health select committee always promised to be good box office and it didn’t disappoint. By the end of the session the body count included Boris Johnson, Matt Hancock, half the senior civil servants in Downing Street, Cobra, Carrie Symonds and Dilyn the dog. Not forgetting Cummings himself. It’s not in Dom’s makeup to resist a self-inflicted wound.

            Time and again, Cummings said he wanted to disappear from public life. Yet he gave the impression of someone who was loving being back in the limelight and was desperate for the session not to end. As if he only knew he was alive by the attention he received; even if most of it was negative.

It had been by turns both jaw-dropping and grubby viewing. On balance, it felt as if some light had crept through the cracks. The families of the bereaved deserved better than truths carved out of a desire to settle some personal scores. ENDNOTE: When will things go back to normal? That’s what everyone seems to be asking, which is understandable given the pain and sacrifice many endured over the past 18 months. But should things go back to normal? BREXIT: It doesn’t take long for our overly complex government structure to screw up but this one is a no-brainer: “Campaigners said they were concerned that a “scattergun” mailshot, which was sent out to thousands of people instructing them to apply for EU settled status before the end of June, revealed weaknesses in the Home Office’s databases, and a lack of bureaucratic clarity about who has the right to live in the UK.

The letter, which was wrongly sent to numerous people who have lived in the UK for over 40 years, states: “The United Kingdom has left the European Union, so to carry on living in the UK after 30 June 2021, you and your family members need to have a UK immigration status,” the letter states.

Among those who received the letter were several people with dual citizenship, including retired nurse Marianne Howard, 82, originally from Germany, who has been a British citizen for over 50 years; retired structural engineer George Smid, who was born in what was then Czechoslovakia and became a British citizen in 1987; Isabella Moore, originally from Poland, who has had citizenship for over 40 years and spent 33 years working as an NHS doctor; academic Jan Culik, who holds a Czech passport and naturalised in the UK 36 years ago; and architect Eva Apollo-Crawshaw, originally from Poland, who has been a British citizen for 40 years.”  https://www.theguardian.com/uk-news/2021/may/17/immigration-letter
