Seems to me they forgot an M in the name “commiranty”
Even if they have liability later on through the branded shot, they can just follow the new Johnson & Johnson talc-asbestos model for any damage they cause. “Spin off the liabilities” and create a new company for the claims, then declare bankruptcy. Sorry, we don’t have money for those claims. A bankruptcy judge just allowed it for J&J.
