Ethelwyn Wetherald BiographyAgnes Ethelwyn Wetherald was a Canadian poet.
She was born at Rockwood, Ontario, the daughter of Rev. William Wetherald, a Quaker minister. She was educated at the Friends’ Boarding School in Union, New York, and at Pickering College. She sold her first poem to St. Nicholas Magazine at 17, and soon was contributing to many publications throughout Canada and the United States, including The Globe, The Week, and Rose-Belford’s Canadian Magazine. She co-wrote a novel, An Algonquin Maiden (1887), with Graeme Mercer Adam, and in 1895 published her first volume of poetry.
She worked for several decades as a proofreader, journalist, and editorial assistant at newspapers in Ontario and the north-eastern United States. For a time she ‘conducted the Women’s Department’ of the under the pseudonym “Bel Thistlethwait.” She adopted a child, Dorothy, in 1911 when she was 54, and in 1921 published a book of children’s verse, Tree-Top Mornings, dedicated to Dorothy.
Reviewing her 1907 book, The Last Robin, The Globe pronounced: “The salient quality of Miss Wetherald’s work is its freshness of feeling, a perennial freshness, renewable as spring. This has a setting of harmonious form, for the poet’s ear is delicately attuned to the value of words, both as to the sound and the meaning…. The Scourge and Profit of Opium
The opium that the British sold in China was made from the sap of poppy plants, and had been used for medicinal and sometimes recreational purposes in China and other parts of Eurasia for centuries. After the British colonized large parts of India in the 17th century, the British East India Company, which was created to take advantage of trade with East Asia and India, invested heavily in growing and processing opium, especially in the eastern Indian province of Bengal. In fact, the British developed a profitable monopoly over the cultivation of opium that would be shipped to and sold in China.
By the early 19th century, more and more Chinese were smoking British opium as a recreational drug. But for many, what started as recreation soon became a punishing addiction: many people who stopped ingesting opium suffered chills, nausea, and cramps, and sometimes died from withdrawal. Once addicted, people would often do almost anything to continue to get access to the drug. The Chinese government recognized that opium was becoming a serious social problem and, in the year 1800, it banned both the production and the importation of opium. In 1813, it went a step further by outlawing the smoking of opium and imposing a punishment of beating offenders 100 times.
In response, the British East India Company hired private British and American traders to transport the drug to China. Chinese smugglers bought the opium from British and American ships anchored off the Guangzhou coast and distributed it within China through a network of Chinese middlemen. By 1830, there were more than 100 Chinese smugglers’ boats working the opium trade.
This reached a crisis point when, in 1834, the British East India Company lost its monopoly over British opium. To compete for customers, dealers lowered their selling price, which made it easier for more people in China to buy opium, thus spreading further use and addition.
In less than 30 years—from 1810 to 1838—opium imports to China increased from 4,500 chests (the large containers used to ship the drug) to 40,000. As Chinese consumed more and more imported opium, the outflow of silver to pay for it increased, from about two million ounces in the early 1820s to over nine million ounces a decade later. In 1831, the Chinese emperor, already angry that opium traders were breaking local laws and increasing addiction and smuggling, discovered that members of his army and government (and even students) were engaged in smoking opium.

When I actually studied the ancient ‘prophecies’ with a clear and open mind, I could reach only one conclusion…God predicted these events because: ‘He is outside of time’.
The Bible and its writers were truly inspired by the Triune God, the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.
It is impossible for all of the ancient prophecies to date, that have been fulfilled, to all have come to pass as they have unless the Bible is indeed the inspired word of the Triune God.
Just read Isiah 53 (that the fake Jews won’t) and compare it to the secular historical crucifixion and or read ‘The Case for Christ’…if you are a ‘wounded non-believing secular intellectually puffed up detached detective’.

1) That Israel would be reborn as a nation: The Bible Prophesied that Israel was to be re-gathered to her own land. (Isaiah 12: 11-12) This came to pass after almost 1,900 years in 1948 when the nation of Israel was reborn. No other nation on earth has ever been reborn, with the same name, race of people, language and or culture, except Israel. (Yea, yea, yea I know all about the phony ‘Jew’ Rothschild’s Banksters…what they meant/mean for their evil that God will eventually use for His good).
2) That Jerusalem would be destroyed: Jesus prophesied in Mathew 23: 37-39 that Jerusalem would be destroyed because the Jews had rejected him as their Messiah. This happened in AD 70 when the Romans totally destroyed Jerusalem and the temple.
3) Jerusalem – a Burdensome Stone: Thousands of years ago, we learn in the Bible that Jerusalem would become a “burdensome stone to all the nations”. Today, not a day passes by that we do not hear of turmoil in the Middle East usually surrounding Jerusalem (Zechariah 12: 2-3). Obviously the three major religions, and all of Israeli neighbors want control of the Holy city at any cost, and the scriptures are clear that this tiny parcel of land will lead to the final battle of Armageddon.
4) Land for Peace: In Daniel 11:39, the bible prophesied the land for peace issue surrounding Israel, of which several of these peace accords have transpired in our very generation.
5) Knowledge would grow exponentially at the time of the end: In Daniel 12: 4 the prophet Daniel prophesied that in the last days knowledge would increase exponentially. With the advent of the Internet, search engines, and smart phones information is rampant, anyone (even mockers, scoffers and shamers) can learn anything instantly in direct fulfillment of Daniel’s prophecy over 2,500 years ago.
6) That in the last day’s technology would allow control of all the world’s population:
Hmmm…now that sounds familiar. With the advanced technology of computers, the internet, and microchips, Luciferin controlled governments will soon track every human being on earth. This will allow an end time dictator (THE STRONG MAN SO MANY YEARN FOR) to be able to track and persecute anyone unwilling to accept a mark on their hands or Forehead (or maybe holding in their hands as the profit Donkey has been say’in???) – Thus making the “Mark of the beast” prophesied in Revelation 13: 16-17 a modern day reality.
7) In the last days there will be an increase and intensity of earthquakes. Jesus prophesied that in the last days there would be an increase in the intensity of Earthquakes (Mathew 24: 7). We are now averaging over 600 major earthquakes (over 6.5 in the Richter scale) per decade – a much higher rate than at any other time in history. Big time birth pangs! This is undeniable. Just another puzzle piece fitting into the mosaic.
8) As in the days of Noah: The Bible teaches in Genesis 6:11 that as in the days of Noah, the last days will be full of violence. Violent crimes have increased over 500% in the USA since 1960…you an’t seen noth’in yet on that one.
9) Lovers of self: In II Timothy 3: 2 Paul prophesied that in the last days men will become lovers of their own selves. Today, society is driven by several doctrines of self-love such as the “human potential movement”, and false doctrines that we are gods. The norm today in public schools is to teach the youth that self-love and self-esteem as the cornerstone to success. No mention of God, the bible, humility or love towards others.
Bibles and even the name of Jesus is shunned upon and not allowed in public schools. That’s why I make Bibles (cases of paperback ones) part of my prep.
10) Persecution of Christians worldwide: Jesus prophesied in Mathew 24: 9 that in the last days Christians would be hated. Hmmm…Today persecution of Christians has escalated in diverse parts of the world; not just in the Middle East it is here in the West/America, and you an’t seen noth’in yet.

On another note, doesn’t the mark of the beast in Revelation 13 require the worshiping of the beast first? Unless the mark in the forehead signifies belief and with the right hand representing work, or action. Could these in conjunction be construed as the manifestation of faith/worship?

What is the beast?
There’s a reason the beast of Revelation parallels the four beasts described in Daniel. The fourth being an amalgamation of the first three. The beasts of Daniel are great empires (Babylonian, Greek, etc). The Beast of Revelation, too, is an empire … a system. No need for some “swearing in” or official oath of fealty, acceptance of and participation in the empire/system will do.
The mark is spiritual. It is that acceptance and participation. That it may or may not also be a literal/physical mark is, to me anyway, irrelevant. However, it can be known by indirect evidence … that is, its effect in the real world. That effect is that no man may buy or sell without it.
Although I respect the intent of the sermon, I believe it is in error.
The gist of Rev 13 implies that people choose outright. Regarding the vaccinations, most all of who have taken it have been deceived – therefore deprived of choice. If their intent was good – to protect their fellow citizens, why would God banish them to eternal punishment for that?
Therefore, I don’t believe the vaccinations are the “mark”, per se. They are likely the means to get to the mark, though; if/when that were to come to pass.
Also, according to the interpretation of the original language, the second beast is a “man”. The word used is “anqrwpoj” which is a masculine noun, not a system. The word for “mark” is “caragma” or a “scratch or etching, i.e. stamp (as a badge of servitude)”. So, not tiny unseen mRNA in the blood. Also even the word “forehead” is directly interpreted as the area between the eyes.
Of course, I could be wrong as well?
Just one time I’d like to hear these guys say “Well, this is MY OPINION” I’ve heard what he said during this service, taught all sorts of ways and each one of them is so darn-sure they are the one with the right answer. What do the sheep in the pews do? Confusion. Uncertainty. I used to follow Chuck Baldwin. However, he was a bit over the top for me with some of his statements. But, when I was following him and thinking of moving to the American Redoubt, and potentially to that area of the flat head valley in Montana, a few of the people in his Facebook following came across as sounding cult like. Honestly, between those posts and a few traded emails, I got the creeps. My spidey-sense was up and I discontinued any further communication. I dropped out of the group of sycophants and stopped listening to him. He is right, most of the time but, he needs a big slice of humble pie to go with his hubris.

I will pull the bit and pieces from Baldwin that fit into ‘my’ Christian World View and how I digest and understand scripture…always praying for discernment…and place whatever he says (or any man) that fits into my individual Believer puzzle.
My knowledge is always growing and expanding as I plumb the depths of the Bible.
I do like much of what he says…but I follow no individual spiritually as well as culturally, politically or economically for that matter.
I will stay in my small group Bible study of God’s word and also get all the fellowship I need there, from like minder Believers who I can trust. We all take turns voicing our thoughts and opinions and it is more of a Home Church then the social club I find most of the 501c3 churches.
Plus, I will never belong to or join a specific denomination.

Lots of confusion I had concerning the jab, it seems to relate to end times, but the mark only gets rejected after to man of lawlessness is revealed.
I got help by realizing that before the antichrist is revealed, there will be a system of lies that will precede his unveiling and that is where we are today. Even II Thessalonians chapter 2 speaks of God giving them over to this delusion that they will be judged along with the rest of the enemies of God. I’m beginning to think history (even though much is fake, but that’s the point too) is just the same thing happening over and over, getting worse and worse (many Antichrists will come). Also that God resets after each ‘episode’ before it reaches endpoint. So far.
Everything seems to be in place for this to be the start of the real thing. We shall see. However I have mentioned that the genetic tampering (much more than this injection) is the real end times sign.
I do agree that preachers should not be so sure of their statements, but the deception is deep.

In a few weeks we have progressed from “this is crazy talk” to “there is no conclusive evidence”. That is a remarkable progression. Even assuming that biblical prophesy is all BS and the whole revelation story is a fairy tale, the conclusion based on the known facts will not change. There is a world system that is evil and works against the most basic interests of men (health & survival). It is trying to enslave people, coerce them to do things against their will and it covers up its evil deeds with an endless series of lies. The system is based on hate of everything that is good, healthy and beautiful. Such a system will ultimately selfdestruct, because it destroys the foundation on which it stands. Believe what you wish, but act according to what you know.
Yes, all very true. Self destruction is in its future but, how far off is that future and how many will suffer and die before it implodes?
