Coercive ‘Vaccinate or Face Testing’ Plan for Federal Workers Tramples Rights, Violates Nuremberg Code

EDITOR’S NOTE: Children’s Health Defense issued this statement Thursday, hours before President Biden officially announced his administration will require all federal employees to get the COVID vaccine, or face ongoing testing, masking and social distancing restrictions.

Children’s Health Defense (CHD), in response to today’s anticipated announcement that all federal employees and contractors must either take the COVID vaccine or be subjected to routine COVID testing, said the action violates the U.S. Constitution and the Nuremberg Code, which clearly states that informed consent is essential in medical experimentation.

As short-term complications from COVID vaccines are just now being reported and aren’t yet fully understood, and long-term outcomes won’t be known for years, it’s impossible to provide actual informed consent.

CHD also points out that the COVID survival rate across all age groups is 98.23%. In children, the survival rate is even higher — 99.985% — calling into question the need for widespread COVID vaccination.

“This type of coercion would be unthinkable to the founding fathers of this nation, and it should be unthinkable to all Americans today who value freedom from tyrannical governments,” said CHD Chairman Robert F. Kennedy, Jr.

“Coerced medical interventions have been abhorrent to advocates of liberty and human dignity in every age,” Kennedy said. “The fact that these vaccines are shoddily tested, experimental, unapproved and so risky their manufacturers can neither obtain insurance coverage nor indemnify users against grave injuries or death should magnify our ethical revulsion.”

Anyone who is injured by COVID vaccines, and the families of those who die following vaccination, will not receive compensation from the pharmaceutical industry. Both the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act of 1986 and the Countermeasures Injury Compensation Program (CICP) provide immunity from liability to vaccine makers for deaths and injuries that occur from use of their products.

Payouts are exceptionally rare for the CICP, where compensation for COVID vaccine injuries and deaths must be claimed.

As of July 16, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services’ (HHS) Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) has received reports of 491,218 total adverse events including 11,405 deaths following COVID vaccines.

Americans are becoming more vocal about their reasons for refusing to take a COVID shot. Some have already recovered from COVID, which contraindicates receipt of the vaccine.

Some people concerned about the vaccine cite the history of “pathogenic priming,” a mechanism other researchers euphemistically describe as “immune enhancement,” in prior attempts to develop a coronavirus vaccine.

This phenomenon can occur in those who receive a vaccine, develop antibodies and later become infected with the virus naturally, which can trigger cascading health impairments and, in some cases, death.

There are increasing reports of “breakthrough cases” where people who have been fully vaccinated against COVID become infected with the virus, which tips the risk/benefit scale.

 

Some who are still undecided on the vaccine may be considering the government’s alleged suppression of viable and inexpensive COVID treatment options, while the push for universal vaccination was launched and all versions of the vaccine were granted Emergency Use Authorization.

While the U.S. Department of Justice opined earlier this week that mandating experimental vaccines is legal, CHD strongly disagrees.

“The government has no business dictating experimental medical interventions,” said Mary Holland, CHD president and general counsel. “This situation is even more unfathomable as people who get the COVID vaccine are still being infected, sometimes fatally, with the same virus they’ve been vaccinated against.”

Additionally, FDA briefing documents show COVID vaccines were not found to reduce the level of transmission.

“There is risk involved with every medical intervention, including vaccines,” said Holland. “It defies logic for people to accept tremendous risk from a vaccine that has no long-term safety studies in the face of very limited, if any, benefit.”

Holland added: “The Biden administration should focus its efforts on successful COVID therapeutic and prophylactic treatments that have shown significant benefit with little risk.”

My SO has the misfortune of being a contractor for these people. They keep sending him stuff wanting to know when he was vaccinated or when he intends to get vaccinated, assuring people it’s not a HIPPA violation (sure it’s not).
I keep telling him to look for another job but he doesn’t listen.
They’re now sending him shit insisting the Pfizer jab has been approved so they want everyone to take it. What was approved was an extension of the emergency use authorization.
They also wanted him to sign up for some divershitty class.
They used to have good insurance and get decent raises, now that the white guys have been shut out (Stoller) they keep getting lorded over by hispanics and native Americans (who get racial brownie points when the contracts are awarded) who really don’t know what they’re doing.

The only vaccine that was FDA “approved” was Comirnaty – the one that they won’t actually make available until all the safety reviews are done in 2023. Sounds like you’re aware of the FDA’s slight-of-hand. One tactic he might try is to say that he’ll only accept Comirnaty – although I’d prefer to try for a religious exception based on Rev 13:16.

I appreciated the logic applied in the (below-linked) “statement of non-compliance” that was written by a Canadian ethics professor – especially in regard to “informed consent” and the arbitrary testing mandates for the unvaxxed being labeled as “unfair discrimination”; because even the vaccine manufacturers claim the vaccines won’t eliminate the spread of covid. So I was saving the following excerpts for a future article that I may not write anyway:

Statement of Non-Compliance with Mandatory Vaccination in Canadian Universities

Mandatory vaccination pressures are issued allegedly in accordance with “public health”. However, they are mandated through neither parliaments nor legislation, but are instead issued unilaterally by governments under the umbrella of “emergency measures”.

…We should be particularly concerned about the apparent effort to pressure people into vaccination. As universities that staunchly uphold ethics in research, following federal requirements, this policy instead negates voluntary informed consent. Consent cannot be mandated, by definition. The policy also violates the principle of do no harm, by not advising members of the community that compliance with this policy could result in experiencing adverse effects, ranging from the mild and trivial, to serious injury requiring hospitalization, and in some cases even death. We have not seen any language warning about adverse reactions and possible death anywhere in the policy announcements.

….The condition of “rapid spread” and “contagiousness” is not, in and of itself, any basis for an “emergency”.

… if the consequence of non-compliance with such mandates are that faculty must undergo frequent testing—despite having no symptoms—then this would be unfair and discriminatory treatment based on assumed health status, and that too is illegal and lies outside of our terms and conditions of employment. Being a professor at a Canadian university has never been advertised as a position that comes with a health requirement, or a requirement for medical screening in order to perform one’s duties. Moreover, given that it is now solidly established that the fully vaccinated do carry as much viral load as the non-vaccinated, and do transmit the virus, to then subject one group of persons (assumed to be non-vaccinated) to testing, while exempting others, is obviously unfair discrimination.

One can only conclude that such a discriminatory bias is meant to punish a particular group, to hinder them in carrying out their daily work requirements, and to continue singling out healthy people as a problem. It is also obvious psychological harassment, and thus directly violates most Canadian universities’ own published workplace policies.
