So my take away is, unsustainable debt, raise rates, market implodes, no safe havens, citizens wail, government steps in with digital currency, done.

Nope. Bond market is a bout to collapse big time in the 2-3 years. US Equities are the least rotten fish in a barrel of sewage.
Please elaborate. I don’t have any stocks or bonds, but what happens to them seems to either reflect or influence the general economy.
