If you watched the news this week in the US you would think the most important thing in the entire world was Russia invading the Donbas area of Ukraine and the slapstick media coverage of the melodrama of the Siege of Kyiv. While the media was shrieking “The Russians are coming!” I was at a local church voting early in the Texas primary because the most important political issue in my state is voting to deny Gov. Abbott a third term.
At first I wasn’t going to bother voting in the primary until I saw the suppression polls come out a few weeks ago in favor of Gov. Abbott winning the primary. The Texas media was brushing off the primaries as if they didn’t matter.
AND THAT PISSES ME OFF!
The media was insisting that all Abbott needed to secure reelection was Trump’s highly coveted endorsement. I’d hate to burst the Texas media’s bubble but they’re reading the tarot cards wrong. Trump is the head of the Republican party and he’s going to endorse whose advantageous to the GOP nationwide. Trump has endorsed too many RINOS in the past that his endorsement doesn’t mean shit to me.
Trump endorsed Gov. Abbott and his entire cabinet over a year ago and he made a YUGE mistake because most Texans were pissed off our state was shutdown at all. Now the Texas media is trying to pass off the primary as a foregone conclusion and the GOP needs to unite around Abbott to defend the state against big bad Beto O’Rourke.
The fact that the Texas media is holding their breathe and hoping the primary is over quickly makes me believe that Gov. Abbott’s reelection isn’t secure after all.
Here’s why I didn’t vote for him:
- He shutdown small businesses, schools, and churches.
- Over 130,000 acres of Texas ranch land—an area the size of Tulsa, Oklahoma—was sold in 2018 to China-based Guanghui Energy Co.
- No investigations into 2020 election fraud despite the fact it’s mathematically impossible for Joe Biden to win 5 MILLION votes in Texas.
- This past month Texas invested $9 BILLION into China-roughly $6 BILLION was from the state’s largest pension fund the Teachers Retirement System.
- He never banned mask mandates for employers. People are still being forced to wear masks just to stay employed.
- The Texas border is wide open and the Texas National Guard has been demoralized. Service member suicides are increasing due to the failure of Operation Lone Star.
- Fentanyl-laced counterfeit pills are flooding into Central Texas.
- The failure of the Texas energy grid last year due to the state prioritizing green energy projects and Bitcoin farming draining the grid.
Last month at Trump’s Texas rally Greg Abbott was even booed by a crowd. The Texas primary is going to be a stress test of the Trump endorsement. Too many RINO politicians have pandered to Trump because they know they won’t get elected without it. But these people have shown their treacherous ways too many times during the pandemic that an endorsement probably won’t save many of them. The people are getting fed up with weak GOP politicians stonewalling real change.

Well Beto O’Rourke definitely isn’t the answer; I’ve tried to sway my mother, who says Abbott is a good man, to look at his track record and tell me we need more of his governing.
Unless there is a third candidate who can gain traction — and I don’t know who that would be — Texas is stuck between a rock and a hard place.
Honestly, Abbott gets a lot of the sympathy vote because he is wheelchair-bound. We need Walter Sobichek to do a Lebowski-shake on him. (Shut up, Donnie!)
I will not participate in federal/state elections again…unless we make it to the other side of this shit show.
Then you are helping the Democrats. 40% of registered voters who consider themselves conservatives DID NOT VOTE in November 2020. The Democrats barely need to cheat to win. If 100% of conservatives had voted, the fraud would be impossible to ignore.

One of the main players in The Blueprint is now the current Gov, Polis. I lived that nightmare as it unfolded, watching CO go from a solid red state to electing Hick and then Polis. The reelection of Hickenlooper was at the expense of Tom Tancredo, who the fucking Republican Party savaged. He would have been a great Gov. Tom was way ahead of everyone speaking out against illegal immigration. Now the REgressive grip on CO is too strong. Polis has seemingly appeared somewhat moderate with his Chinese flu mandates. He’s a sharp mofo, definitely angling for a 2024 run.
So I moved to Texas in 2014 and witnessed the exact same thing happening again. Only this time with a republican Gov. What a POS he is. He’s allowed 2 million illegals to use Texas like a doormat. The day after Biden was installed he should have put the Texas national guard on the border. You can put 100s of 1,000s of fentanyl deaths right on his doorstep. Trump won Texas by 5% points. Cruz beat Beto by 3% and now he’s running for Gov on the dem side.
So Abbott or West? Fuck that. Huffines is the best man for the job, hands down. I guess that means he won’t get the nod. I was wrong about Youngkin so there’s that. At least Inslee makes no bones about his authoritarian streak, the entire state gov here is hopeless. Local is the way I’m going.
I hate to keep going back to this but the #1 enemy are the teacher’s unions. They have spent over a 100 years undermining our culture(it’s white so fuck you), history, traditions and institutions. In politics now the only REMOTE possibility for good is “Small is Good” i.e. local sheriff, school board, or band of brothers setting up a defense perimeter to take some of these satanists with them. It is the only delaying tactic that has any value at all.
Voting may or may not help, but NOT VOTING definitely hurts. Conservatives talk big and then stay home because, “I just don’t like Trump” or “It’s raining, and I know who will win.” 100% voter turnout will make total vote count that exceeds registered voters obvious and grounds to disallow an election or REVOLT. Don’t vote, and when we get more socialism, just stay home and SHUT UP.
Take a shit in the voting booth. That would literally have more of an effect than what you suggest.
The benefit of not voting is that you if you have rightly assessed the situation, that you are getting fucked by the system, you don’t have to imagine that you agreed to it.
If the election can be stolen, as proven to be true, then what is the point of voting? 100% turnout, a pipe dream at best, still won’t matter as the left will simply adjust as necessary.

I went to a few websites today: libraries and institutions of higher learning in the US and in Germany. About 2 out of 12 had no statement on their websites, the other 10 all said something like “we condemn the atrocious Russian aggression” or some such. Since when have universities political agendas?
