Doctors- much like school teachers- have demonstrated whom they serve. Of course there are exceptions, but even they are locked out of the system unless they conform to the directives of The State.

The only way forward for real physicians dedicated to the Hippocratic ideals will be to withdraw from the medical establishment and create a new form of care in a parallel society divorced from the monolithic structure that is already collapsing under its own weight.
Agreed, but that begins by medical freedom being enshrined in law first. Their ability to practice medicine is controlled in every state, by the government (enforced with guns, prison, death, etc.). This is more than just the AMA (who actually represents only a minority of doctors), but the legislatures certainly listen to the AMA. They also listen to bigPharma and all the money they donate to purchase control. The only way forward is a mass culling of the structures that use the violence of government to control the marketplace. I kept scrolling down before I read the article to get an idea how long it was first. It just kept rolling and rolling with chart after chart of punch-in-yer-face data.
I could just scream but I might not stop.
The people who are still wearing masks and getting their shots do not care or even want to know this easily accessible data.
They clearly cannot accept it or their minds might snap. I am serious about the degree of cognitive dissonance they suffer from. I asked a doctor friend about why should the Covid shot be mandated despite the VAERS data, he told me that VAERS is all anecdotal, anyone can enter a VAERS report and it is not based on “peer reviewed scientific studies with controls”.
Yeah, because everyone wants to sit through 30 pages of data entry, all with FEDERAL penalties for lying (noted on each page of the document), all to make up fake entries. That is the kind of job Soros and others would pay folks to do to skew things in the OPPOSITE direction. Nobody is paying any of these folks to document the truth.
Everything is anecdotal until someone puts it into context.
What standard exists in law that CDC, FDA, NIH or anyone else can be held to regarding the VAERS data in this article?
The major problem with the agencies responsible for the pandemic response is that none of the legislation and regulation that authorizes them to do this or that ever required quantifiable thresholds. There’s nothing in any legislation or regulation which states “if the reported deaths per dose exceeds ‘X’, then the vaccine shall be recalled”; or “in order to declare a pandemic, there must be ‘X’ number of cases AND an Infection Fatality Ratio of ‘X'”; or in the alleged risk-benefit calculations that “risk shall be measured thusly for any given disease/treatment, and benefit likewise be measured consistently across diseases/treatments”.
There is no definition of what is a pandemic other than what unelected, unaccountble “experts” say it is on any given day — which can vary depending on the day, the disease, or what said “experts” had for breakfast. Likewise what constitutes a Covid “Case”; what constitutes a “Covid death”; what the threshold is for instituting lockdowns, or mask mandates, or vaccine mandates, or any other “emergency” powers.
There was never any quantifiable definition staked out ahead of time, that the “experts” would have to live by. That, of course, is a feature and not a bug. The “public health” legislations and regulations were put together over the course of years and decades, and this lack of definitions was a key part of all of it. The “Plan” in Plandemic has been ongoing for a lot longer than just the last three years, with minor adjustments being made to the key legislations and regulations as necessary.
And those responsible, as always, are really the people that we (well, … some people) elect to sit in the Houses of Congress.
