QOTD: WHAT ARE YOUR THOUGHTS ON ROE V. WADE?

QOTD Submitted by TN Patriot

Women This Week: U.S. Supreme Court Will Likely Overturn Roe v. Wade | Council on Foreign Relations

US abortion advocates vow to fight expected Roe v Wade decision | Women News | Al Jazeera

In light of the end of the current SCOTUS term and the earlier revelation of the preliminary majority opinion in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health overturning Roe v. Wade:

1. Will Roe v. Wade be overturned or will one or more Justices change their mind due to the pressure from the left?

2. Will there be riots?

   a.) Where will they start?
b.) How widespread will riots be?

My answer – Yes, Roe will be tossed aside and states will be allowed to regulate abortion.

There will be riots, beginning in the District of Corruption, some near the homes of Justices.

Riots will spread to encompass every major city in the country.

Buckle your seat belts and if you live in a big democrat run city, prepare to defend your property.

Roe v Wade was a horrible decision from a legal standpoint. Abortion, like jurisdiction over investigating lost diaries, is a matter for the states.

At most, the feds may have a voice in deciding the point at which a human being has defensible Constitutional rights.

That was the exact question in Roe v. Wade. And it was decided wrongly.

The exact question was whether the state of Texas was violating Roe’s constitutional rights by prohibiting abortions in early pregnancy. The exact question I was referring to is when does an embryo become a “person” under federal law, with rights protected by the Constitution. I don’t know whether that has ever been addressed, but now I’m reading that some people argue that abortion should be allowed up to one month after birth, what most of us would correctly call “infanticide”. Which seems to imply that the matter isn’t anywhere near settled.

It completely blows my mind that people can actually talk about killing a living, breathing human being without any legal repercussions. But I guess when we have at least one SC justice who has no idea what a woman is, we shouldn’t expect any better.

Different subject and I know “they” brought down the towers…our great country has killed gobs of breathing “people”. But you know , reading Numbers in the Bible…somehow I think “then” is different than “now”. Can any of our illustrious “leaders” confirm God is telling them to kill whomever? Maybe those psychos associated with psychos such as John Hagee?

I had really thought some state would pass a law declaring the unborn to be a person and that would lead to a decision that life begins at conception. The chance of that occurring with Roe going down is pretty slim.

I read an article a while back that explained how TPTB use social issues, like abortion, to control & manipulate the masses. They don’t really give a damn about abortion either way. It’s just used as a tool to keep us fighting. I wish I could find the article again.

So, maybe the birthing person will need to get a bus ride to get one. If you’re a gal who’s banging some dude who can’t come with the bus fare from Birmingham to Atlanta then it’s your tuff shit. SCOTUS = Khazar controlled fags who lend their unelected authority to tyranny and chaos under the guise of interpreting the original intent of the Founders in writing a document so simple a third grader can understand it, yet we need the fags in drag to tell us what it all means…e.g. murder is ok as long as it’s a unwanted baby, Obongo-Care is a tax and corporations are people too, especially financing Bolshevik politicians and seizing private property via imminent domain, for the greater good of course.

Thomas Jefferson on Judicial Tyranny

“Nothing in the Constitution has given them [the federal judges] a right to decide for the Executive, more than to the Executive to decide for them. . . . The opinion which gives to the judges the right to decide what laws are constitutional and what not, not only for themselves, in their own sphere of action, but for the Legislature and Executive also in their spheres, would make the Judiciary a despotic branch.” (Letter to Abigail Adams, September 11, 1804)

“The original error [was in] establishing a judiciary independent of the nation, and which, from the citadel of the law, can turn its guns on those they were meant to defend, and control and fashion their proceedings to its own will.” (Letter to John Wayles Eppes, 1807)

“Our Constitution . . . intending to establish three departments, co-ordinate and independent that they might check and balance one another, it has given—according to this opinion to one of them alone the right to prescribe rules for the government of others; and to that one, too, which is unelected by and independent of the nation. . . . The Constitution, on this hypothesis, is a mere thing of wax in the hands of the judiciary, which they may twist and shape into any form they please.” (Letter to Judge Spencer Roane, Sept. 6, 1819)

“You seem . . . to consider the judges as the ultimate arbiters of all constitutional questions; a very dangerous doctrine indeed, and one which would place us under the despotism of an oligarchy. Our judges are as honest as other men, and not more so . . . and their power [is] the more dangerous, as they are in office for life and not responsible, as the other functionaries are, to the elective control. The Constitution has erected no such single tribunal, knowing that to whatever hands confided, with corruptions of time and party, its members would become despots.” (Letter to William Jarvis, Sept. 28, 1820)

“The judiciary of the United States is the subtle corps of sappers and miners constantly working under ground to undermine the foundations of our confederated fabric. They are construing our constitution from a co-ordination of a general and special government to a general and supreme one alone. This will lay all things at their feet, and they are too well versed in English law to forget the maxim, ‘boni judicis est ampliare jurisdictionem’ [good judges have ample jurisdiction]. . . . A judiciary independent of a king or executive alone, is a good thing; but independence of the will of the nation is a solecism, at least in a republican government.” (Letter to Thomas Ritchie, Dec. 25, 1820)

“The germ of dissolution of our federal government is in the constitution of the federal Judiciary; an irresponsible body (for impeachment is scarcely a scare-crow) working like gravity by night and by day, gaining a little today and a little tomorrow, and advancing its noiseless step like a thief, over the field of jurisdiction, until all shall be usurped.” (Letter to Charles Hammond, August 18, 1821)

“The great object of my fear is the Federal Judiciary. That body, like gravity, ever acting with noiseless foot and unalarming advance, gaining ground step by step and holding what it gains, is engulfing insidiously the special governments into the jaws of that which feeds them.” (Letter to Judge Spencer Roane, 1821)

“At the establishment of our constitutions, the judiciary bodies were supposed to be the most helpless and harmless members of the government. Experience, however, soon showed in what way they were to become the most dangerous; that the insufficiency of the means provided for their removal gave them a freehold and irresponsibility in office; that their decisions, seeming to concern individual suitors only, pass silent and unheeded by the public at large; that these decisions, nevertheless, become law by precedent, sapping, by little and little, the foundations of the constitution, and working its change by construction, before any one has perceived that that invisible and helpless worm has been busily employed in consuming its substance. In truth, man is not made to be trusted for life if secured against all liability to account.” (Letter to A. Coray, October 31, 1823)

“One single object… [will merit] the endless gratitude of the society: that of restraining the judges from usurping legislation.” (Letter to Edward Livingston, March 25, 1825)

Too little, too late. Didn’t realize his underwear was too tight?

The doctor said, “JG, the good news is I can cure your headaches. The bad news is that it will require castration. You have a very rare condition, which causes your testicles to press on your spine, and the pressure creates one hell of a headache. The only way to relieve the pressure is to remove the testicles.”

JG was shocked and depressed. He wondered if he had anything to live for. He couldn’t concentrate long enough to answer, but decided he had no choice but to go under the knife.

When he left the hospital he was without a headache for the first time in 20 years, but he felt like he was missing an important part of himself. As he walked down the street, he realized that he felt like a different person. He could make a new beginning and live a new life. He saw a men’s clothing store & thought, “That’s what I need – a new suit.”

He entered the shop and told the salesman, “I’d like a new suit.” The elderly tailor eyed him briefly and said, “Let’s see … size 44 long.” JG laughed, “That’s right, how did you know?” “Been in the business 60 years!” JG tried on the suit. It fit perfectly.

As JG admired himself in the mirror, the salesman asked, “How about a new shirt?” JG thought for a moment and then said, “Sure.” The salesman eyed JG and said, “Let’s see, 34 sleeve & 16-1/2 neck.” Again, JG was surprised, “That’s right, how did you know?” “Been in the business 60 years!”

JG tried on the shirt, and it fit perfectly. As JG adjusted the collar in the mirror, the salesman asked, “How about new shoes?” JG was on a roll and said, “Sure.” The salesman eyed JG’s feet and said, “Let’s see … 9-1/2 E.” JG was astonished, “That’s right, how did you know?” “Been in the business 60 years!”

JG tried on the shoes and they fit perfectly. JG walked comfortably around the shop and the salesman asked, “How about some new underwear?” JG thought for a second and said, “Sure.” The salesman stepped back, eyed JG’s waist and said, “Let’s see… size 36.”

JG laughed. “Ah ha! I got you! I’ve worn size 34 since I was 18 years old.” The salesman shook his head, “You can’t wear a size 34. A size 34 underwear would press your testicles up against the base of your spine and give you one hell of a headache.

For how it’s supposed to function, listen to Madison-

Federalist No. 49: Madison
“As the people are the only legitimate fountain of power, and it is from them that the constitutional charter, under which the several branches of government hold their power is derived, it seems strictly consonant to the republican theory to recur to the same original authority, not only whenever it may be necessary to enlarge, diminish, or new-model the powers of government, but also whenever one of the departments may commit encroachments on the chartered authorities of the others. The several departments being perfectly co-ordinate by the terms of their common commission, neither of them, it is evident, can pretend to an exclusive or superior right of settling the boundaries between their respective powers; and how are the encroachments or the stronger to be prevented, or the wrongs of the weaker to be redressed, without an appeal to the people themselves, who, as the grantors of the commission, can alone declare its true meaning, and enforce its observance?”

The answer to the question of whether the Supreme Court (or any court) is the arbiter of the meaning of the Constitution is no, no more than the Executive or Legislative Branch can make such decisions. Only the People can make such determinations, and they must be done according to the method prescribed for amending the Constitution, i.e. by a Convention chosen by the People.

When SCOTUS declared itself the judge of the meaning of the Constitution and of laws enacted under it, the Legislature should have said “Fine, let’s put that question to a Convention chosen by the People, and until the People have either approved or denied that assertion of power, it shall remain in abeyance.”

All three branches failed to follow the law in their pursuit of power? From time to time, and at an accelerating rate, yes.

Here’s a question- Does the Constitution give the Judicial Branch an unqualified veto over any act of Congress and the acts of the several state’s legislatures? In light of the fact that the President is given only a qualified veto, and that expressly, I have to say no… But, it’s something that the People should decide.

Here’s another question= Does the Constitution give Executive Branch bureaucrats the power to make law? SCOTUS says yes… But it’s something the People should decide.

All internal combustion engined cars must be turned in to be demolished and you must buy an electric. All white people–except the congress–must donate their homes to black or Hispanic people but keep making mortgage payments. Border declared open. Period. Anyone can come in and sign up for full welfare benefits. Reparations must be paid to all black people here as well as those still in Africa because…they have to live in Africa, and that sucks, so it must be our fault.

At one time, I gave little thought to abortion. Once I did think about it, I realized it was an abomination. I do believe rape victims should be given an immediate procedure to end any chance of a pregnancy. I do not believe women should be forced to bear a rapist´s child and I do not believe rapists should be allowed to procreate. After conviction they should be castrated – I refer to genuine rape, not “feminist” versions of rape. Ditto for incest.

As for the pro-abortion gang, their ideas are the rotten fruit of feminism. Out of control women just want to be able to whore around with no consequences, thus the state of many American women these days. And let´s be blunt. They will be less willing to take on an entire NFL team if they imagine they have to drag a little mulatto around for the rest of their days. Ugly words, but true.

Good thing no poor schlub got castrated over that. The Constitution prohibits cruel and unusual punishment. Nothing could be crueler than castrating an innocent man, especially a young man. Pretending we can sort out real rape from feminist bullshit rape is the triumph of hope over experience. Women lie about rape. Not most women, but a sizable number. Imagine some crazy vindictive bitch accusing your son of rape because he broke up with her crazy ass and she thought he deserves to be castrated. Don’t think it couldn’t happen. It’s practically guaranteed to happen. Oops, sorry.

What was foremost in people’s minds when they thought of cruel and unusual punishment was things like hanging until almost dead, then drawing and quartering. Stuff like that. And whipping people to death or near it.

Certainly it’s cruel to punish anyone, in any way, for a crime they didn’t commit.

What about the cases of rape that are clearly true, having credible witnesses and/or plenty of evidence? Say a multiple rapist of children is caught, and there is evidence beyond a reasonable doubt that the perp (man or woman) is clearly guilty, and a jury agrees?

As to SCOTUS and Congress, does the Constitution grant either of them police and or veto powers to override state legislatures and state courts? Is such a power, if it exists, extensive, or limited?

These are not easily answered questions, and the only way I see to answer them is in a Convention of the people.

Flash, very good post, ya got me thinking:
(1) We in the US have a mass murder society, from abortion rates to murder rates. I posted before, in some of our cultures it has reached genocidal levels.
(2) Greater than 50% of the voters approve of bigger and bigger government, that includes All Dems / Socialists and at a minimum Republican RINOs ( I honestly don’t know the number)
(3) There is a decline in the percentage of population that believes in God. 87 to 81%.

My own conclusion since Obama was POTUS, the US government is non religious, it’s only interested in what is legal and how to get around it’s own laws. Thus my answer is we have Christian citizens (~81%) but are ruled by a Non-Christian, all powerful organization that does not care about the individual person, a person’s life or well being, or their property.
Society is Christian or religious, but our Government rulers aren’t.
(Who again has F15s, Nukes, as well as a militarized police force?)
Today on TBP 14 RINOs voted to take away your right to a fair trial. Guess where that will lead?

Our governments are not permitted, by law, to be religious. All individuals, in or out of government are permitted, by law, to be religious or not, as their conscience guides them.

What is required is people who are moral enough to respect the rights of others and take responsibility for their own actions. If they reach that stage of maturity through religion, that’s great. If they grow to it through other means, that’ s great too.

There is nothing sacrilegious or irreligious abut defense of yourself or your country, but I agree with you, that is not what our governments are doing..

Sanger was not right. Government is not the answer to correcting immoral society. In fact, the society we have today is caused by the dependence on government to establish a moral society. Welfare systems, universal public education, urban instability; all of these issues, and many more social blights, have come upon this country because they have ignored the Christian GOD’s principals.

“Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious People. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other.” John Adams

We have devolved into a society fit for tribal/clan rivalry. We are no longer a nation. It wasn’t the color of skin that allowed that but the corrupt hearts of the citizens electing corrupt leaders. We were not vigilant, we were complacent and the decaying society around reveals the truth of the abject neglect we have given to our civil duty.

Apparently you don’t understand what constitutes a ‘nation’.

nation (n.)
c. 1300, nacioun, “a race of people, large group of people with common ancestry and language,” from Old French nacion “birth, rank; descendants, relatives; country, homeland” (12c.) and directly from Latin nationem (nominative natio) “birth, origin; breed, stock, kind, species; race of people, tribe,” literally “that which has been born,” from natus, past participle of nasci “be born” (Old Latin gnasci), from PIE root *gene- “give birth, beget,” with derivatives referring to procreation and familial and tribal groups.

We send young Christian men all the time to fight and die in foreign wars for the private gain of the owners of the Federal Reserve System and Christians seem to have reconciled themselves to that. We rarely see a truly Christian anti-war protest unless it is the leftist Utilitarian types, and it is the conservative Christian base that gives a great deal of support to these banker wars on the other side of the globe. But these same Christians will not kill to preserve their own country from collapse, they are either “tolerant” or only kill if the .gov they despise tells them to do so on foreign soil.

There is a non sequitur here just as bad as anything the left can deliver up. The time is coming when Christians will have to kill others on their own soil to preserve not only their values but their lives and the lives of their loved ones. All moral debate will end with the first bullets.

Nailed it ICE, This is what happens when the churches wrap themselves in the flag instead of in the power and glory of our God. I’ve been repeatedly sickened since 1980 trying to find a church that doesn’t preach “My country; love it or leave it’, or “This is God’s country; we can do no wrong.” or some such abominable tripe. If I did find one I’m sure it would now be on a terrorist list. Tax exemptions ruined the American church. We all have much to answer for.

In Maryland there’s currently a bill that would allow “post birth abortion” up to 1 month.
When states get the individual rights to set their own laws on this issue, the most liberal states will go full infanticide.

I drove to Houston to get mine, MC, when 17. An old high school chum lived there and when I first went into the clinic, I made the mistake of putting my real birth date on the form. I was dumbfounded when the “counselor” took white-out and corrected my year of birth on the form, telling me I’d made a mistake.

I had to be 18.

At no time in history has there been so many forms of safe and relatively cheap forms of contraceptives that prevent getting pregnant. Yet we have a nation of child/adults who don’t want to take responsibility for their bodies. The question really should be why are women getting pregnant unplanned in this day and age. As far as anyone having unprotected sex its just plain irresponsible, HIV, herpes, take your pick of bacteria infections. Wear a condom. Like anything else in life plan ahead.

The VAST MAJORITY of abortions now are by medication protocol (pills), well within the first trimester. Death penalty for anyone participating in one. I used to hear of women jumping fences to get rid of a baby. Must weigh heavily on them but their families weren’t keeping close enough track of them for that to happen. Older women used to chaperone girls away from the home on the way to a village etc.. Teens can’t foresee the kind of consequences those things bring and need to be closely watched after puberty. None of which happens in modern society.

If they do, there will be riots and I think they want the chaos to distract from the quickly deteriorating economic situation we are in.

I’m guessing it served the elites well. I find it confusing to have an elite class who want less poor/ low class being born but on the other hand create a welfare state which paid the afro/low class white breeders to produce in mass. So, was the abortion clinic there for parts to keep the reptiles in the immortality loop all along? When it got out to the public that Planned Parenthood was a parts harvesting operation, the jig was up.

They have a steady stream of young bodies to farm coming in daily due to the shit shots and no longer need fetal supplies. Sacrificing humans has been around since the dawn of time. Face it, they feed off us in every way possible.
We willingly give them everything with not much in return.

I would not be surprised if they shut down abortion clinics with death of young people off the charts and when the money goes sideways, who will be able to afford an abortion? Humans even paid the bill for them to harvest our young, humans will willingly take their young in for death shots. Are we dumb or are we insane, I can’t figure that out either.

We are going to see some shenanigans* with the Supreme Court you might never have thought possible. I think we are going to see the imbecile POTUS over-rule the Supreme Court by executive order, some reversal of Marbury vs Madison never imagined before executive orders became the weapon de jour to destroy the Republic the Founders so carefully built.

Then, he will pack the court, if possible, but when that fails to implant Roe vs Wade into the inalienable rights of a woman, which they cannot define!, the ideologues intent on destroying this country will eliminate the court the same way other third world countries do: assassination by government operatives.

*is there a single shenanigan?

When I was old enough to know better, I believed abortion prior to viability was not immoral but a question of personal choice, especially for a young teen in my situation.

Now that I am a mother and a grandmother, I realize having the “right” to abort a human life is not consistent with the rule of law, whether or not it is morally justified by preventing harm to a young woman’s life or future.

No wonder all these freakshow men are trying to be women; they want to be able to kill small helpless children too. They just want to do it during story hour.

Abortion was the slippery slope into this gender-bender nonsense.

But not too surprising that the trajectory would slide even further left & down from the the even more Frankenstein-sounding-than-Frankenstein Ascheim-Zondek “Rabbit Test” ~ which every rabbit failed, fatally.

1973’ish: “What’s your sign, baby? Oooh, your mood ring tells me Pisces & Scorpio’s gonna’ ride the river tonight!”

Exit the womb marks the day is just as retarded as Juneteenth marks the day.

That “mood” ring is Sauron the stinging-halfway-across scorpion’s pretty little diaphragm-lassoo…& it sex drive-wrangles mounds of Venus & mutant Martians right over the edge into veni-vidi-vici Mount Doom.

Cuz being whipped & driven ain’t about you. Ma Cracked Bell Nature only “cares” about paying it forward, passing it on, the whee!l goes round & round: populations & herds & mobgangs, oh my! – not individuals (& “their” sexual passenger seat-warming).

If it’s a conundrum that’s only because you can’t cheat an honest wo/man. And you can hardly find one, either. Especially during the weekend lust-lassoo roundups.

The truth decides. Or should. Especially obvious truths. States? Those epitomize the farthest distance from truth that can be got. Which is also nothing but obvious. The big lies missionary position atop the big populations that Ma Nature selects for.

And the SCOTUS-supplanting technocrats have selected themselves to replace Ma – I’m sure they’ll do an even better job.

Fighting one another? Most can’t even fight their own urges. Animalian instincts, cloaked in big-brained rationalizations, denial, blahblahblah.

There’s nuthin’ “out there.” Look in a mirror, Pogo. It’s all you.

***admin, my inbox has either miscarried, or an “abortionist” baby email butcher has planned my prose parenting for me. The morning train of abuses posts were MIA again today. Know anything about that?

It is Murder and that is not my thought but a Night Vision message to me from God. Short version: St Michael (yes, the real tall Angel dressed in a Roman Soldier’s leather uniform) woke me up ( from a normal sleep) to wide awake about 2 AM and said (loudly) that he had just come from the Throne of God to tell me that I had murdered my own daughter (my wife had an IUD about a dozen years before), and then he showed me a teenage girl that looked a lot like my son, and she said: “I love you Daddy”. Then they disappeared. Abortion is Murder.

My body my choice is a lefty trick slogan. It’s not her body under discussion it’s the baby’s body we are discussing.
Treating a 4 week fetus like it’s a piece of scar tissue or a vaginal wart until it has a recognizable human form will not get them off the hook on that great and terrible day. If they have repented and changed their ways all will be forgiven but the haughty will regret it. How do I know. I took the evil and the evil took me and I spent myself trying to outrun my Karma.
God invented Karma for those who don’t believe in God. Karma always gets paid. Just because he didn’t collect today doesn’t mean he won’t collect.

I’ve not read all the comments but I will. It’s not about me, I’m often “late to the party” while gathering my thoughts.

Confessions, no, they are experiences. My wife is dedicated to Jesus and for many years is outspoken about the abortion subject. For a number of years she stood at any number of abortion clinics, knowing the day or days that babies were terminated from a chance of life on this earth, praying for such, speaking the Gospel of Jesus Christ. I’m not going to mention one of the “clinics”, probably should anyway, it’s in Shreveport , Louisiana.

I accompanied my wife several times to the Shreve location. We are associated with like minded people through church affiliation etc. that are opposed to abortion and go to those clinics and pray for those fixing to be removed from any chance of life on this earth. It’s hard as the “other” type people that show up with their signs promoting “pro choice”, “it’s my body”…really , really hard and to top it off some will walk up to you and spit in your face. I carry a concealed handgun and there is no “law” in Louisiana that I cannot carry within a public right-of-way, being a sidewalk in front of the kill mill clinic, not on their demonic private property, we do not step there, sidewalks only and it pisses the proprietors and “pro choice” people off to no end.

I decided the environment is not the best place for me ( concealed) even though while outspoken myself, I’m cool headed about self defense etc.

I am only concerned about my wife. So, after a number of years of her visiting those kill mills I finally had to say, “Darling, I’m concerned about your safety”. She would say, “The Lord is with me, I’m not afraid.” Anyway, it’s sad I put an end to her ministry more or less. She has agreed to stop. I know it hurts her. We continue to support the ministry and who knows, but probably a given we will return at some point to pray for the innocents.

What irritates me to be quite frank are the people that vote Republican that tout the idea of “Pro Life”. I could post a thousand articles, youtubes, vids etc. about how “abortion” is an “industry” to many even though they say they are “pro life”. Makes me sick , the Republican, supposed “pro life” advocate that just so happens to own some “business” that is in the business of providing some “counseling” service for those considering abortion or who have already aborted. I’m In Texas, no fool, critical of things I see, so many of these “business” types talk a good game , yet their “standard of living” would not be the same if it were not for abortions. Hey, let’s participate in the “march for life” , next week, next month, whenever, but dang, let’s schedule those so we don’t miss the the college football games in person or on TV. You , know, we got “influential” people coming to our Aggie football party at 2PM. Texas A&M, the “conservative” college in Texas.

Rant over, for now.

100 comments in 6 hours. That must be one of the fastest ever. Of course, it’s about abortion … something EVERYONE has a firm opinion about.

Articles about Joos, homos, and pedophiles can also get to 100 quickly.

So, it’s basically anything involving a hoohoo and a weenie that titillates the masses here.

Roe v Wade was a surprise to everyone. New York, an anti-abortion State, quickly changed its laws to allow abortion as they realized Rove v Wade would (should) be overturned.
This is a State issue. Deal with it in the State of your residence. If you don’t like it, then move to another State.

It is a real simple issue. At the point where a fetus becomes a living being, the government is obliged to protect its life under the Constitution.
The problem is, the scientific community has not established at what age that is. They need to do that.

My personal feelings are that due to the fact that the vast majority of people getting abortions are liberals and blacks, that it goes under the category of not stopping your advisory when they doing something self destructive.

How is it that if you kill a pregnant woman and the baby dies, too, you can be charged with double homicide, yet a woman can abort her unborn child with no criminal repercussion?

If abortion is banned, you will see the black population grow at a significant higher rate, given that the blacks use abortion as their primary means of birth control. Won’t that be fun.

You are being a moron.

Who uses abortion the most? In the US, almost 40% of all abortions are by blacks. Abortion rates for blacks are five times higher than that of whites. There are something like 900,000 abortions a year, or around 360,000 black abortions a year. There are around 600,000 blacks born each year. If abortion were banned, you will see black births skyrocket, and they are already far higher than that of whites. There could be an increase to their birth rate by 60%. Unless they actually use more birth control.

Texas has already done away with Roe v Wade by the way they framed the current laws. By allowing private citizens to sue, and by not using state employees to enforce the law, there is no one that opponents to the law can point to in order to get an injunction put in place.

It is really one of the cleverest bits of lawmaking ever. Very, very smart.

What’s sad is that this is a subject that qualifies for discussion, in polite company and educated circles, no less.
In a truly civilised society killing the unborn, importing aliens en masse, tolerating homosexuality and it’s attendant perversions, ‘antisemitism’, ‘equality’, ‘feminism’ and a host of other aberrations ‘we’ are forced to tolerate would be anathema, as they have been for all of recorded history – until relatively recently.

Let’s start by getting one thing clear from the getgo….
Abortion is a choice of convenience. It is more convenient to the “mother” to abort than to have the responsibility of raising a child, whether it be at “this time” or ever. All their twisted logic is psychobabble of a delusional nutjob claiming that abortion is allowed in the constitution. This is exactly the kind of issue our founding fathers envisioned to be the responsibility of the states to decide on individually.

The issue is not abortion. The issue is the expansion of government Child Protection Agency to gestation. Miscarriages will become criminal accusations and unrestricted access to dwellings to protect the unborn.
