The recent June 3rd 2022 arrest and indictment of seventy-two-year-old Peter Navarro, a former top trade advisor to President Trump and a highly competent lawyer, is one more example that the January 6th Committee has taken powers it hasn’t any right or authority to have and use, as it now acts like a Soviet Union era tribunal in several attempts to manufacture crimes to fit their political enemies in the Republican Party, instead of any real investigation to serve any Congressional legislative purpose. Rather than follow those principles set forth by Thomas Jefferson, in the Declaration of Independence, or James Madison, in the U.S. Constitution, they are acting in contravention to our American founding principles to destroy the people’s freedom and liberty and serve their own ambitions for greater power and self-motivated revenge, as the servants of the ideologies of Marx and Mao and the tyranny they seek to impose as masters of a massive, monolithic authoritarian socialist state.
Peter Navarro was arrested on two charges of criminal contempt of the 117th Congress, which has acted ignobly and in so egregious and disgusting a fashion that it is worthy of all contempt anyone wishes to exhibit toward it and Speaker Nancy Pelosi. These charges actually stem from an extremely minor misdemeanor process crime, that resulted from Navarro’s refusal to comply with the Democratic Party subpoena to appear before Congress or provide all of his documented communications between him and President Trump, and all related materials, to this purposefully weaponized January 6th Committee on February 9th 2022, essentially telling Speaker Nancy Pelosi to take her gavel and coven of communists and go pound sand, rightfully so.
Ironically, these charges came two days after Navarro filed his lawsuit against Speaker Nancy Pelosi and the January 6th Committee, that states they don’t have any right to hold him in contempt of Congress.
As explained by a Department of Justice document release on May 20th 2019:
“The immunity of the President’s immediate advisers from compelled testimony on matters related to their official responsibilities has long been recognized and arises from the fundamental workings of the separation of powers. This immunity applies to former senior advisers such as former White House Counsel. Accordingly, the former Counsel is not legally required to appear and testify about matters related to his official duties as Counsel to the President. … The same rationale applies equally to an exercise of inherent contempt powers against a senior aide who has complied with a presidential direction that he not provide testimony to a congressional committee.” [Emphasis mine]
And overseeing this kangaroo court — this unconstitutional show trial, Speaker Nancy Pelosi has surely made her fascist and communist cronies ecstatic as she has sought to act as judge, jury and executioner, in such a manner as would be found pleasing to Lavrentiy Beria, former head of the Stalin era secret police. Pelosi, Chairman Bennie Thompson (D-Ms.) and majority members Zoe Lofgren (Calif), Elaine Luria (Va.), Adam Schiff (Calif.), Jamie Raskin (Md.), Stephanie Murphy (Fla.), Pete Aguilar (Calif.), along with Republicans-in-Name-Only Liz Cheney (Wy.) and Adam Kinzinger (Ill.) have pushed far and wide in more than a thousand interviews, in the hopes of producing information and details to support far-fetched allegations of crimes against high-placed Trump aides and advisors, such as Steve Bannon, Mark Meadows, and Dan Scavino, who have also been targeted by this tyrannical out-of-control, illegal entity, that make “crimes” tailored to fit their opponents and the Democratic Party Communists’ narrative, that each of these men were somehow party to a conspiracy and an insurrection against the U.S. government.
However, nearly all America knows this is a corrupt 117th Congress and a corrupt Democratic Party, that by all rights should currently have scores of its own members placed in prison for crimes against America, who have broken their oath to protect and defend the U.S. Constitution. Their flagrant disregard for U.S. law and the Constitution really grew in scope and intensity during the Obama years and became even worse under President Trump, as they have committed one felony after another, from Hillary Clinton’s “pay for play” while Secretary of State, arming Al Qaeda and Mexican drug cartels to spying on President Trump and undermining and subverting his administration and the republic in the process, with former President Barack Obama, then-V.P. Joe Biden and representatives Adam Schiff, Eric Swalwell, and Jerry Nadler being just a few of the worst offenders in attempting and virtually effecting the Democratic Party’s own coup and high treason against America.
In essence, by using an overly broad application of its Congressional subpoena and investigative powers, this farce of a committee, one never seen before in American history, is acting as a subsidiary of the Department of Justice to illegally demand, and coerce information from people for the purpose of convening grand juries and prosecuting political enemies, violating the constitutional rights of Peter Navarro and all others targeted in the process. And, making one more despicable move in a long line of many, the January 6th Committee has even targeted Republican Congressmen, such as Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy, Jim Jordan (Ohio), and Andy Biggs (Az.) in a move never seen in U.S. history.
If, as in the eyes of Chief Justice Marshall, a “law that is repugnant to the Constitution” is “null and void”, then so too should the House of Representative’s rules change that gave rise to the January 6th Committee be null and void, along with the illegal powers it authorized itself, to act like the judicial branch of government — violating the separation of powers — in a manner that essentially ends actual due process of law and so many other rights of those whom they target in the absence of any evidence of any wrongdoing or actual crime. That they can make a person’s life miserable on a whim is a crime all of its own on their volition.
Please make note of the fact and understand that U.S. Attorney Eric Holder was held in contempt of Congress on June 28th 2012 for refusing to give them documents and testimony pertaining to the Fast and Furious Operation that revealed the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives had given firearms to Mexican drug cartels that resulted in the murder of Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry. And Eric Holder was never prosecuted, even when his claim of “executive privilege” was rejected.
Yes indeed, if these traitors to America can make life so hard on a sitting President and many other prominent men in high positions across our society, for nothing more than being in opposition to them and their pick, Joe Biden, for tyrant-in-chief, just think of what these Democratic Party Communists have already done to suppress the Inalienable God-given Rights of millions of conservative and independent Americans, and consider what they can and will do to ordinary good and decent citizens, if they’re current vile and ignoble abuse of power isn’t soon checked and made impossible to employ ever again.
Navarro was released without bail with an order to appear before a court in D.C. less than two weeks on June 17th, 2022.
In his statement on June 3rd, 2022, Peter Navarro stated:
“Congress has weaponized the investigatory powers of Congress in a way that is unconstitutional. Congress has the right to investigate, but only for non-puntive legislative purposes. What that kangaroo committee is doing right now is investigating for punitive purposes. …
Their clear mission is to prevent Donald John Trump from running for prsident in 2024 and being elected president. People like me are in their way, and they’re not coming for me and Trump; they’re coming for you. All 74 million of you who voted for Donald John Trump …
… the Constitution has a prohibition on what are called bills of attainders. That is bills against undue punishment of citizens of this country. Today, the punishment which was inflicted on a man presumed innocent and innocent until proven guilty demonstrates the utter disregard for Constitutional law and the Department of Justice has. …
I was on my way to Nashville today to do a TV appearance with Mike Huckabee [former Arkansas Governor] and instead of coming to my door where I live … they intercepted me getting on the plane. They put me in handcuffs, they brought me here, put me in leg irons, stuck me in a cell. Historical note, I was in John Hinkley’s cell. That’s punitive. What they did to me today violated the Constitution. …
I told them to go negotiate with Donald John Trump and his attorneys because I am in an untenable Constitutional position. There’s no settled law on this. And by the way, the law leans squarely towards my right to senior testimonial immunity and President Trump’s right to executive privilege. …
They put the hammer down, the full force of the government trying to intimidate me.”
Nothing has been made more clear than the fact that Ol’ Commie Joe and his Department of Justice, under Attorney General Merrick Garland, are illegally arresting and harassing political opponents, placing them in economic hardship, as they are forced to fight to survive legal battles, for failure to comply with unconstitutional demands and arbitrary and irregular commands from Biden’s allies in Congress and refusing to bend their knees in awe of all his shameful tyrannical acts and foul anti-American agendas.
Standing before Judge Zia Faruqi on June 3rd during his first court appearance after being arrested, Navarro heard her say that he could essentially be placing himself “at-risk” each time he speaks out against this Biden regime’s and the 117th Congress’s overreaches, and this just isn’t the way it should be in America. When our federal government makes Americans so fearful of standing alongside other patriots of honorable character and speaking out against government abuse and speaking the truth, that they must tippy-toe through their vocabulary to avoid being arrested and landing in prison, our country is in decline, and what we witness today is a brand of tyranny never before seen at such a level in America.
God Bless this fine man, this fine American patriot, Peter Navarro who stood against the wind and took the path least traveled, the hardest path by all accounts. He has taken a firm, strong and righteous stand against the January 6th Committee’s unconstitutional actions and their disregard for the Bill of Rights, cutting a fine figure on the Courthouse grounds, as he faces nearly overwhelming odds and the full weight of the U.S. government in heroic and iconic fashion, not to be soon forgotten, and all Americans who value their own freedom and liberty should stand with him and do everything possible to help him beat these tyrants in the court of public opinion and the legal arena too, lest one day we find ourselves standing in similar circumstances and no one willing to help us.
America must end this two-tiered system of justice created by the Democratic Party Communists, who have recently grabbed power across the board in all our most important institutions if we are to ever restore America and heal Her of all the damage done by these radicals. Those conservative and independent Americans who still love this country must hold the 117th Congress in contempt of America, and we must fight and end the rule of an anti-American ideologically driven regime, that has pulled the blindfold from the eyes of Lady Justice in order that they may engage in lawfare and adjudicate all legal proceedings, from beginning to end, with predetermined consequences based upon the ideology of the accused.
We must destroy those who first aimed to destroy our American principles and republic — those traitors who twisted the Constitution in the service of such destruction, in the absence of any strong opposition over the past decades; and, we must purge them from every nook and cranny of all government institutions at the federal, state and local level, by any means necessary, if we are to be a true nation again where everyone is equal under the law, regardless of social standing, politics, creed or color, and justice truly is blind, where everyone’s Inalienable God-given Rights and individual Liberty and Freedom are protected, defended and preserved.
Anyone who violates the righteous laws of the land in a way that brings harm to Americans, much as we have seen the Biden regime do all along, rather than protect and defend all American’s lives and property, to their economic benefit, is also engaging in tyranny when such violations are made for the benefit of those who would be our masters.
And at that point, when they have so obviously stopped being the servants of the people, serving their own desires, goals and agendas instead to the country’s detriment, they can and should be treated as any other criminal one might encounter on the street, to be opposed as the thieves and robbers they are — the traitors and enemies from within that they are — regardless of any claim of their so-called “authority” built on their own phony evidence-free writs, assertions, their fiats and arbitrary decrees and mandates, as they have put themselves at war with those of us who love traditional America and should reap the whirlwind and the sight of their own blood and guts pouring into their hands, should they persist in their attempts to force America’s fundamental transformation into something completely antithetical to the principles of freedom and liberty and the original intent behind America’s founding.

This is a well stated story of the abuse of our constitution and the complete impunity with which our government cronies have usurped the will of the people who are citizens of the united STATES of America. We are a Republic of individual sovereign States. We are not one people. We are not under an elected King. We are the laughingstock of the World as we are worse than the stories of Stalin and Mao.
Any elected Official who violates their Oath of Office should be tried by the Supreme Court of their State and sentenced to no less than six years and one day in jail and disallowed from public office in the future. In most cases I am sure they would be released from custody (although the felony charge would stand) when their legislative body booted them out.
