Roe v Wade Overruled – Statutory v Constitutional

Guest Post by Martin Armstrong

Roe v Wade is correctly overruled not because abortion itself for the court did not overrule that superficially, but instead, it held:

“The Constitution does not confer a right to abortion; Roe and Casey are overruled; and the authority to regulate abortion is returned to the people and their elected representatives.”

The entire decision rested on a right to privacy which was created in Griswold v Connecticut whereby they tried to outlaw contraceptives. The question turned on the inability of the state to enforce such a law because it would have required a state official to observe a sexual act and that you complied with not using a condom. It was a real stretch to extend that right to abortion.

The defense of Roe v Wade is actually hypocritical for the Democrats. The main support comes from Gates and Rockefeller Foundations and it is covertly supported by the United Nations. This is all about the Planned Parenthood agenda to provide abortions to minorities to reduce their population. Now you may think I am being a conspiracy theorist. However, back in 2009, Justice Ruth Bader Ginsberg bluntly told the truth, when she was for equal rights for women.

“Frankly, I had thought that at the time Roe was decided, there was concern about population growth and particularly growth in populations that we don’t want to have too many of.” She spoke bluntly in an interview published in the New York Times Magazine which was an article on women on the court. So it was not simply a woman’s rights agenda. That was the cover story to hide the real agenda which has always existed – eugenics and to reduce the population of the minorities.

There is NOTHING in the Constitution that guarantees any right to an abortion. There is a huge difference between STATUTORY law and CONSTITUTIONAL law. The former is acceptable as long as it does NOT violate the latter. This decision is throwing it back to the States BECAUSE this is a matter for STATUTORY law – not CONSTITUTIONAL any more than putting up a stop sign by the local municipality.

This is a MAJOR victory because it is striking down the entire program of Planned Parenthood that Gates’s father was the head of and the offices were strategically placed in poor, minority regions, for the very purpose of promoting abortions to reduce the population.

It is hard to comprehend how some women because brainwashed into thinking they had some Constitutional right to abort a child whenever they felt like it which was a clever sales job of Gates and the Rockefeller Foundation. This is like Schwab now saying you will own nothing and be happy pretending again this is all for you when in fact it is to hide the agenda of the government defaulting on their debts. It is the same trick of insurance companies. They sell you fire, earthquake, flood, theft, and accident insurance but they could NOT sell DEATH insurance for people who felt it was bad luck so they flipped the name and called it LIFE insurance. Gates and the Rockefeller Foundation convinced women it was their RIGHT to abort a child and how dare anyone say otherwise – so go ahead and assert your womanhood! Great mind game to say the least.

Women are lunatics. End welfare and women’s right to vote. And make shotgun weddings a thing again.

Most women I’ve spoken to about abortion believe it’s a right. Those who don’t say it’s a right often him and haw about it. In America, it seems that if a thing can be done, it should be ok to do it.

Abortion has been clearly part and parcel of the population control agenda from the get-go.
-Convince women that having children, a biological imperative/drive, is “wrong”.
-You cannot simply erase the biologic drive to have children, so you then move on to “having it all” i.e. putting off children in favor of a “career” where by you slave for a faceless corporation where the fruits of your labor are someone else’s entirely. Prior to your “career”, you spend 4+ years in college on a dick carousel of men, most likely either getting a STD (which will decrease your fertility later on) or an ABORTION, then you waste your most fertile years at your “career”.
-Now you are 30-some-odd years old. Your fertility is now waning

How Fertility Changes In Your 30s & Why You Need To Know About It

-All the alpha men (less now than ever before) have already settled down with younger, more fertile women, you are now left with Betas and below. Beta males may be overweight with low T, leading to decreased sperm, leading to less chance of conception.
-You then turn to IVF. Very expensive. You go through three rounds, during which time the financial and emotional strain on your marriage causes irreparable harm. You finally become pregnant, but your marriage dissolves. The Beta you were married to leaves you after losing 40 pounds and marries a women 10-15 years younger than you who proceeds to become pregnant immediately.
-You tell yourself you are “happy” because now you have your child and your career. It’s OK your baby spends 50+ hours per week at daycare and you miss all her/his milestones because you have a “career”.

These women are celebrated as some kind of hero. “Look at me! Look how brave I was to ignore reality and my own biology in favor of some idiotic job that doesn’t give a shit about me! Yay me!”

Make no mistake, abortion is for young women who don’t want to interrupt their college party time or their “career” and also for poor minority women of any age.
The argument of teenage pregnancy doesn’t really hold water, as the CDCs own statistics show teen rates dropping year-over-year.
60% of women getting abortions are in their 20s. This is prime fertility years. Black women are 4.8 times more likely to get an abortion than White or Hispanic women.
The stigma of single motherhood, in my opinion, simply doesn’t exist any more in any significant way and to try and use that argument as a reason for abortion is ridiculous.

When you make human life worthless on every level, then it is much easier to peddle abortion to the populace. Drug use is rampant. Violence and murder on the rise. People do feel that bringing new life into this world is a mistake. Changing that will take much more than just Federally overturning abortion.

Yes, very sad. I believe the entire situation depended on getting women to hate being women. Or that they didn’t need a man. This has now morphed into a power struggle between men and women. IMO.

Regardless of what we think, welfare is not going to end, women do have the right to vote, and shotgun weddings are still a thing in some American cultures. Here’s the real problem, and I don’t see anyone addressing it:

A majority of voters are “single issue voters.” We can choose to ignore that, but the Democrats won’t. You’ve heard useless commies like Maxine Waters and Nancy Pelosi jump on this and immediately turn it into both a call to arms and an election issue. All over America, local, county and state candidates as well as House and Senate candidates from the left are going to use this as their number one arguing point–because that’s all they have. They can’t use the economy, inflation, border, deficits or crime, because those are all things knocked out of whack by Biden and his handlers.

But now for millions of women, one issue is the basis for their vote. I’m worried about it, and the GOP should be too. The old saying about them is something like the GOP has a great skill at rescuing defeat from the jaws of victory. I’m really worried about Texas and other states with Republican governors who have been really vocal about right to life. Texas especially has a snake called “Beto” O’Rourke, the Mexican Irishman, running as Democrat against Abbott. He is a low life POS, but single issue voters won’t care. Welfare takers always vote Democrat, and now women of child bearing age and mothers of girls approaching child bearing age aren’t going to remember the economy, inflation, crime, et al.

So while you’re cheering the SCOTUS, and yes I know this just gives it back to the states where it belonged in the first place, the left is going to use it against us. They’ll take down a nation, and we’ll have to go to war in our own country.

“I’m not the organizing type. But maybe someone who is can organize that.”

Armchair general living in mom and dad’s basement. In other words, he/she/it (‘it’ being the pronoun that I assign if the person claims one that doesn’t coincide with the science – i.e. their chromosomes) wants to start a war but doesn’t want to actually participate.

“Cities are on our side.”

Has no clue as to where the food and water come from and how vulnerable they are when the highways and rails are blocked.

Go ahead and start your war.

Indeed.

The bravado of ignorance and arrogance.

Around here, the locals would put these types in the ground/lake/pig pen/outhouse. Without remorse.

Of course, being city-idiots, people like ripitthrowaway would never make it here. Once they saw the gravel roads and no street lights, they would run home terrified. If the bears, moose and cougars did not get them first.

Repeating this from gator country: ya tie the bastard up to a cypress in a couple feet of water at sundown, step back 25 paces and blast his sorry ass with some buckshot-just enough to let out some red ooze. Gators will slowly feast all night long-one chunk at a time. Good riddance.

I might be wrong, but would bet good money that there’s no a single country in the world that has an explicit constitutional right to abortion – although there may be a few whose courts have emanated one.

In an “above the fray” view for perspective on abortion, we have this:

“Each year, about 2% of U.S. women aged 15-44 have an abortion”

So we are going to melt down over something that doesn’t (directly) affect 98% of the population.

Hmm.

Hey … we’ve done it for the 1.5% that are jewish — the 0.3% that are trannies — the illegal aliens … what’s another 2% group that terrorizes the rest of US with its demands and threats and violence?

Considering it is mostly blacks who are having abortions, it puzzles me why white people are trying to stop it????
