That has been my motto/Political philosophy/ T-shirt/Bumper sticker/Poster for years now.
Ask me just about any question outside of STEM and I’m likely to answer, “George Carlin was right” and walk away.

It is videos like these that will give me so much relief when the real shit hits the fan.
When there are nuclear bombs falling on U.S. cities, when there are famines, when there is hyperinflation, when there is mass unemployment, when there are foreign troops/terrorists/violent-immigrants walking down our streets, when the infrastructure collapses, when the only “economy” is a combination of looting and hoarding, when the system no longer functions…I will sleep pretty good, even if shit goes south for me too. I’ll know I have no responsibility towards these people.
Because all these people deserve every bit of pain that they got coming.
I wish he had a follow-up question: “Did you vote?,” but it does not really matter. These people all just watch TV, and that is enough.
Sad thing is, if you give them soma and orgy-porgy, they’ll be happy and won’t care about owning anything.
