Folks who do not want to eat meat have much better options.A friend who does not eat meat made a eggplant lasagna and have to admit it was damn good.
That said,she will use cheese/dairy ect.,the whole vegan thing just would not work for me beyond basic survival(?).
Certain road kill, if fresh, and cleaned promptly, and prepared skillfully, would fare much better, nutritionally than McDogfood.
