Back in 1982 I was painting a boys locker room in a urban shithole school. The boys would piss on the hot water heaters and the smell would cause the school to shut down.

I live in one of the poorest counties in a poor state, but it has less than 1% Black population (and about 3% Hispanic). The local high school only has about 300 students, but they consistently receive both state and national honors and awards for academic, sports, and artistic achievements.
Environment will not change a donkey into a racehorse, and a school cannot turn 85 IQ humans into functional members of a technological civilization. What’s more, far too many of our Black demographic don’t WANT to be part of such a civilization. They want three things.

Our Pyranese is teaching me the depth of behavioral genetics. I don’t know if there are similar breeds, but they are not like any other dog I know. I have really fallen in love with this pup, but she is a handful.
They are confident, sensitive, brave, independent and consider themselves partners (equals or near to it) and they were bred to be all of those things over the last 10,000 years or so. She knows sit, stay, come, lay down, look at me, so far, but only if she doesn’t have something more important to do. She is a fast learner who responds to kindness and encouragement and not at all to the stick.
My main challenge right now is chewing and keeping her from trying to play with every dog on the road, but I have understanding neighbors all to happy to let her wear out their dogs. I mostly have her confined to our acreage without full fencing by training her to it with daily or bi-daily walks (and some other minor correction and encouragement) and she gets the run of it by herself when she desires. All this from a clearly abused pup (~9 mo. when we got her a month ago). It is the genetics.
I didn’t mean to tangent too much, just to say genetics is clearly closely linked to behavior and this is the latest clear example in my life. I agree with everything you said. I don’t hate blacks, but they can not integrate as a rule, as proven over the centuries all over the world.

I have not read the 4th turning. Something sits wrong with me in the concept and someone else articulated it as it being cloud reading (I am paraphrasing at that), i.e. there are patterns, but how useful those patterns and the details of those patterns are somewhat in the eye of the beholder, and therefore the concept of a 4th turning is an oversimplification of patterns, but I really shouldn’t comment, because that’s why I haven’t read it. Sometimes circular logic is all the evidence allows. My favorite physics professor was really dissatisfied with those.
The reason I bring it up is because I wonder at what point in the cycle of civilization does the reason for doing things get lost and it just becomes rote, until it is easy to question, because the knowledge of the why is never passed on. If they address that question, I will pledge to read the 4th turning.
