On March 16, 2020, following a long weekend of negotiations and deals about the coronavirus, Donald Trump, Deborah Birx, and Anthony Fauci spoke at a White House press conference for the first time about nationwide lockdowns.
They handed out a sheet of paper – it mostly consisted of conventional health advice – that said in tiny print: “bars, restaurants, food courts, gyms, and other indoor and outdoor venues where groups of people congregate should be closed.”
Shut it all down. Everything. Everyone. As if the whole economy were a nightclub closing early.
This amounted to a full repudiation of not only the Constitution but also freedom itself. At the very least, it was a fundamental attack on the First Amendment guarantees of the freedom of religion because it attacked the rights of Christians, Jews, Muslims, and everyone.
All evidence suggests that Trump did not know that the tiny text was in there.
The reading of the text was left to the question and answer session.
Even when it was read by Fauci from the podium, Trump seemed distracted by something else, almost as if he did not hear or did not want to hear it. Later he bragged that the whole thing was his doing, but looking back at the history of that day, it is not so clear.
Let’s take this apart frame by frame to understand what happened in these 70 seconds as part of the Q&A session. A reporter starts by asking whether the federal government is telling people to “avoid restaurants and bars” or if the government is saying that “bars and restaurants should shut down over the next 15 days.”
Both Fauci and Birx knew for sure that the guidelines were calling for them to shut down.
After a long and tedious press conference about not much, following a very precise question, Trump turns to Fauci to have him answer. This might be because he wasn’t listening carefully and did not know how to respond. Fauci then motions to Birx, who rises to the podium. Fauci probably believed that she would be the one to do the dirty work of announcing the lockdowns. Fauci is clearly egging her on: now is your time.
Birx begins her answer with a strategic deflection, speaking tendentiously about how long the virus lives on surfaces. It was nothing but smokescreen, and there is every reason to believe that she knew it. She pointedly was not answering the question. She chickened out at the last moment.
A possibly frustrated Fauci interrupts here with a hand signal from the side. Birx immediately realizes what he was going to do: he was going to read the order that Trump did not know was there. So she decides to pass the buck. She gets giddy and silly with excitement, adrenaline flowing. She starts stumbling around with her words, and says in a faux-girlish way that she will let Fauci speak because he is her mentor.
This was her way of saying that she would gladly pass this hot potato onto him.
She likely knew that this was the great moment they had all been waiting for. She was mad with excitement. Oddly, Trump was smiling too but possibly because of her antics, not because of what was about to happen.
Fauci steps up to the microphone. He does not personally call for lockdowns. Instead he reads the guidance word for word.
Dr. Fauci: The small print here. It’s really small print. “In states with evidence of community transmission, bars, restaurants, food courts, gyms and other indoor and outdoor venues where groups of people congregate should be closed.”
As he reads, Birx herself is smiling from ear to ear, as if the words were poetry to her. It was not an unfamiliar text. She had been working on these words the entire weekend. Finally all her work had come to fruition.
Even better, she didn’t have to read it. Fauci did.
What was Donald Trump doing during this time? He got distracted by someone in the audience who got his attention. He smiles and points a finger. One wonders who and why.

Was someone assigned to do the job of distracting him? One cannot rule it out. This was the most significant moment of all. The big reveal had come. And Trump’s attention was clearly elsewhere. To whom was he pointing and smiling?
Was he just pretending not to hear?
Who can say?
Fauci reads the text and then he steps away from the microphone. He had just read what is in fact the most totalitarian instruction ever given by any government in the history of the world – I can’t think of another case of such a thing – that all human interaction must stop from sea to shining sea. After all, all congregate places include homes too. Then Fauci steps away from the microphone.
Trump then comes back to the podium. He briefly rolls his eyes, as if to say “There he goes again” but without a conception of what was just read or what it meant.
At this point, what happens? Birx is gleaming, internally cheering. The deed has been done. It’s over. They worked for many weeks to pull off this caper and in an instant it was done.
Notice here that Fauci catches Birx’s eye and gives a little nod. She smiles back. They were giving visual affirmations to each other.
It was then that Trump clarified that he is not telling anyone or anything to shut down, but this statement contradicts what was just read a few seconds ago.
The exchange went as follows:
Reporter: So Mr. President, are you telling governors in those states then to close all their restaurants and their bars?
Trump: Well we haven’t said that yet.
Reporter: Why not?
Trump: We’re recommending but-
Reporter: But if you think this would work.
Trump: … we’re recommending things. No, we haven’t gone to that step yet. That could happen, but we haven’t gone there yet.
This was another strange moment because Trump explicitly contradicted the words that were just read. The paper reporters were looking at were clearly a lockdown order. Any astute reporter would have seen the huge chasm separating the edict from Trump’s own words or understanding.

Everything followed from that brief moment: lockdown chaos, the closed schools and churches, the end of basic rights, the wrecking of business, and then began the spending, inflating, mad welfare checks, and the demoralization of the population that continues to this day.
The population now subjected to shock and awe, the mask and vaccine mandates seemed minor by comparison.
All of it unfolded in 70 seconds on March 16, 2020. So far as I know, this is the first and only article written so far to reconstruct this brief moment in time.

It wasn’t health advice, it was disarmament. They didn’t want people to get together and talk about what they were up to. They knew that if common sense folk spoke about it in the way they always had, it was over before it started.

There was nothing benevolent in their actions.
If nothing had been said in the media about a “novel” virus, no one would have ever noticed anything at all except possibly a bit higher than normal flu season. If the docs and hospitals would have been left alone instead of having thrown 10’s of thousands of dollars at each so called covid patient, they would have treated them the best way they knew how instead of killing them with Remdesivir and ventilators.
They shut everything down because as Ice-9 says, the economy was getting ready to blow and they needed to slow it down because they weren’t ready with CBDC’s yet.

Starving everyone to accept a social credit score system, compliant peeps will be able to access their monthly allotment of CBDCs. Then peeps can go to the grocery store, take a pcr test scan their QR code and enter the gov’t store, Scan their QR code to see if their emission levels are low enough to open the freezer door and have 1 lb of butter. Go to the checkout and find that opening the freezer door put them over the allowable limit of carbon/nitrogen levels, and that their CBDC cannot be used to purchase 1 lb of butter. What I couldn’t figure out when the mRNA poison shot was first announced to a hopeful and fearful public was why Globohomo would target the most compliant segment of society to receive these lethal injections. To kill your servants and leave most of your enemy standing made no sense unless those think tank academics developing Globohomo strategy aren’t really that bright, Globohomo wanted to clear the decks to bring their enemies to the forefront, or that this “pandemic” had nothing to do with a Great Reset and there was some other agenda afoot and the Great Reset was just a James Bond villian diversion from what was really going on behind the curtain.
I have become convinced what is really going on is the 3rd premise – the owners of the global banking nexus are creating a scam “transition” so they can move the west (and thus drag the rest of the world along with it) into a new fake currency that is still under their control just like the old fake currency (USD, EUD, GBP, JPY). During this fake transition, Globohomo’s real enemy is hyperinflation which poses the greatest risk to their systemic control over the fake currency as hyperinflation is the spawn of true revolution that nationalizes the creation, administration, distribution, and price setting of a nation’s currency for the benefit of its citizenry. That new currency will have to be a digital currency as this provides the means via fake climate change to control demand and thus thwart the hyperinflation monster that will follow this transition and thus with hyperinflation tamed ensures the banking nexus control over the new fake currency as Mr. and Mrs. Normie will do absolutely nothing like the time and the time before that ad infinitum until they cannot get enough food to eat.
To fight this hyperinflation, Globohomo isn’t that smart and has only two Keynesian tools left in its bag of monetary magic tricks – 1) destroy demand by destroying supply, and; 2) destroy demand by killing consumers. Safe and Effective was the long-term solution to controlling hyperinflation – kill consumers, reduce their demand, dampen the hyperinflation during the fake money transition, and maintain control over the fake digital currency. The second way to reduce demand is to destroy the supply of stuff through war. If war had progressed first, the demand would still exist for a reduced quantity of stuff so that would have been inflationary and commenced the hyperinflation too early in the fake currency transition. This is why people had to be vaccinated first by ol’ Safe and Effective during a fake pandemic to effect a new fake currency because their demand had to be destroyed before the wars destroyed the stuff that they demanded. Thus with some mechanism to keep hyperinflation in check the fake currency transition could proceed.
It all goes back to the financial singularity event of September 17, 2019 when the SOFR spiked from 2.20% to 5.25% in a single day freezing global credit. Unbeknownst to the Mr. and Mrs. Normie Trump and Mnunchin using a Treasury REPO program (not Fed) printed up USD $17.66 trillion between Sep 2019 and Jun 2020. What most people missed was almost the equivalent of Kennedy in the early 1960s cutting out the Fed and ordering the Treasury to issue $2+ billion in US Notes (backed by Treasury silver holdings). Should life as we knew it just chugged along with this tremendous additional amount of money in circulation this would have created the hyperinflation that is Globohomo’s greatest nightmare and it had to do something about it. Thus there is no coincidence in the timeline – Oct 2019 World Military Games in Wuhan China with its BSL4 lab providing perfect cover for an intentional virus release, Nov 2019 Chinese videos of doctors in Wuhan dying from a catastrophic virus (even thought no one I know saw anyone ever die of flu in Walmart after it came to USA), Dec 2019 WHO declares World Health Emergency, Feb 2020 travel bans, Mar 2020 USA lock downs commence, May 2020 Operation Warp Speed commences, etc.
The plan was to have everyone locked down until 2030 using both the UN Agenda 2030 fake climate goals and the fake pandemic and wait for ol’ Safe and Effective to work its magic – all deaths would be blamed on the pandemic and Mr. and Mrs. Normie by and large would swallow the script. But did Trump instead launch a financial nuclear bomb that would set the hyperinflation in motion sooner that what Globohomo had planned for? Did Globohomo have to condense their timeline and that is why we have the unmitigated global cluster fuck we have today? What I can’t find out is who is holding the bag on this USD $17.66 trillion printed up between Sep 2019 and Jun 2020 – it’s as if this money has been “Corzined. Fed isn’t holding it as their “assets” stand at around USD $8.1 trillion – up from around USD $6 trillion pre-flu. If Treasury is holding its own debt (i.e., Treasury Bills) then does this mean that .gov effectively pays its self when it makes interest payments and thus we have effectively wiped out the US debt when Trump re-hypothecated its entirety? Is this the great secret that the US public can never learn? Federal debt at Sep 2019 stood at around USD $16 trillion and could it be a coincidence that USD $17.66 trillion was printed up? Why not USD $10 trillion, USD $35 trillion, etc?
Banks being banks, when they took their REPO cash instead of loaning money to each other and then closing out their REPO positions they went and bought tech stocks with all that free cash and thus created hyperinflation in the stock market which flowed into the high end housing market, crypto currencies, NFTs, and all manner of paper and digital “asset” bullshit. With stocks now down 20%, these banks could be facing losses if they sell their stock holdings so they can’t sell and thus the hyperinflation monster is awakening under Globohomo’s bed. This is what the Fed is trying to quash – they are trying to force cash out of the stock market to close out the 2019-20 REPO positions and remove this Trump cash from existence. If raising interest rates doesn’t work they will detonate their anti-matter financial bomb with a reverse REPO but then banks will have to not only take their lumps with stock losses but are left holding 0.75% Treasuries in a 3.5+%+ world. Banks are screwed and when banks are screwed Globohomo is screwed until it gets its next tax payer bailout with a Barney Frank bail-in. But when Mr. and Mrs. Normie’s bank account money goes poof then true revolutions begin. Hyperinflation or bail-ins, Globohomo will have to pick its poison soon but Mr. and Mr.s Normie have already had their poison chosen for them. It’s a race against the pending deaths clock – Death Race 2023.
When looked at from an historical basis, what we are witnessing today in real time we once referred to as witchcraft – the coercion of large segments in the population to perform mass actions that are deleterious to its well being but instead benefit a small and evil minority. And society is none the wiser as those deleterious effects destroy it. They smile as they go into the fire.

I watched that short clip and I don’t buy the authors breakdown of the events in that 70 seconds, at least with regard to Trump. He does momentarily get distracted by someone in the audience but, turns around just as Fauchi is finishing and walking away from the podium. He gives a nod of his head at what appears to be disdain or perhaps “whatever” in his mind.

Unfortunate that even though this was a defining moment for trump, the author continually tries to imply he may not have know what was going on.
