My paternal grandma had 14 kids and 12 survived.
Mine had 12 and 11 survived. My brother was only 3 years younger than his youngest uncle. For that reason we never called any of my dad’s sibling aunt or uncle because the oldest grandkids played with the youngest aunts and uncles.
