Talked to my parents today and they told me that my former high school has to build another building because their student body has grown significantly. In the newspaper, it says that it is because of all the migrants.
To understand that that is a plain lie, you have to understand the school system in Germany. There are multiple different types of schools. Traditionally, the “Gymnasium” (which is where I went) is the top of three tiers of schools, and you get admitted based on your grades in 4th grade. There are two lower tier schools, but most Germans would rather not have their offspring go to the lowest tier, which is where all the kids go that are either imbeciles or basically do not speak much German.
To make up for this perceived inequity (sarc), they came up with the “Gesamtschule”, which is much like a US high school in that everyone goes there, the smart and the not-so-sharp tools in the shed.
And my suspicion is that THAT is where the kids from Syria and the Ukraine go (although Ukrainian children, on average, are probably smarter than Germans).
And as a result, the Germans are sending their kids to the top tier school (Gymnasium) to avoid having them mingling with the migrants.

Wells Fargo slashing home loans to Whites, but not to non-Whites
The bank will only issue new home loans to existing White customers. Meanwhile, they will continue to give home loans to non-Whites who are brand new customers.
Wells Fargo wants to slash new home loans because of changes in the market. However, they do not want to give up corporate virtue signaling. This policy, which seems wildly discriminatory, allows them to reduce new home loans while continuing to virtue signal how they are closing the racial gap in home ownership.
Wells Fargo CEO of consumer lending, Kleber Santos, stated, “our priority is to de-risk the place, to focus on serving our own customers and play the role that society expects us to play as it relates to the racial homeownership gap.”

i can state from experience that it is a very mixed bag. they tend to be very narrow in perspective. having a conversation with them is like talking to cardboard. on the other hand, many of them are technically proficient.
The Indians, Pakistanis and Sri Lankans who move to the US are in the 98th percentile of IQ from their countries. (That’s a plucked-from-ass statistic, but it’s correct in its essence.) So they’re smarter than the median white person, but the median ANYTHING is unimpressive. I’ve dealt with many Indians, Pakis & Sri Lankans. I’ve yet to encounter one who’s “scary smart”. They’re not as smart as they think they are. I occasionally encounter scary smart white people.
