Hubris, by NC Scout

(NC Scout / Americanpartisan.org) It has been said the Left is a loose coalition of fringe elements, often at odds with one another, allied only in the recognition of a utopian end state. Nobody really likes anyone, isolated to their own identity groups with “allies” in common cause, until infighting and fractures fizzle one movement or gives birth to another. Like any movement seeking its own identity, the actors of today try in earnest to recognize what the see as their forebears. The tactic of esprit de corps grants motivation for the future through respect to the past.

The problem is the Left of today bears little resemblance to the Left of before. In America it can hardly be called a ‘worker’s movement’. In an era where skilled labor manufacturing is at an all time low, much of America’s post-industrial economic system has given rise to the service economy. Workers in the service economy are generally too busy to bother themselves with the politics of social revolution. The people screeching ‘fight for $15!’ are generally failed undergrads busy handing out overpriced mocha at the local Starbucks, crying if someone frowns in their direction. Suffice to say, the days of having sold your soul to the company store are over.

Gone is the era in which identity groups can point to genuine oppression, finding solace instead in creating grievance wherever they can find audience. When that doesn’t work, simply create a new identity group. The catch is that you first lose legitimacy through such measures; second, it alienates segments of that “alliance” the Left sought to create. The theme de jour is the sexualization of children, which no one in good faith denies, resulting in the “alliance” sought between Black and Brown identity groups to quietly walk away from the larger Leftist base, only giving it lip service to keep up appearances when its required. The reality is those identity movements were a visible form of populist activism, one that this new incarnation of the communist revolution in America cannot respect nor recognize. Their own base has said the quiet part out loud: their movement is not one they recognize.

Sure, there’s BLM, La Raza, etc. But among those groups, the most active, beyond the usual opportunists looking to stir up trouble, are a lily white cadre of wealthy, spoiled white kids who’re in a bad need of a shower. There is no better epitaph for the cultural decadence (and rot) in America than the mugshots of the AntiFa communists rolled up in Atlanta. The children of millionaires, living a Bourgeoisie existence, never having wanted nor labored for anything, cursing the nation that begat them. Behind this crowd you will find fantasies of taking the rural lands, centrally planning the agriculture of the nation, and of course saving the environment. But those that have produced nothing, telling us farming is a simple endeavor, have a shocking history of failure.

We can easily point to their origin, physically, ideologically and most importantly, tactically. The communist seeks to create a dichotomy of oppressor versus the oppressed. A continuous narrative of the underdog, fighting the good fight, begging the oppressed peoples of the world to join them in that great revolution of social justice.

The problem is their tactics are based on a flawed model. Had any of them actually comprehended their ideological forbear, Che Guevara, they’d understand that the magic land of Portland, Seattle and San Fran is very much a captive audience; cities with cultures dominated by the hangover of the 60s counterculture still dragging on. This is what he would label warfare on favorable ground. The Left of today appears to be tone deaf to Che’s fatal flaw of Bolivia – don’t start problems where you aren’t wanted. What they cannot recognize elsewhere, especially the South, is that those fractures in the Leftist base are very, very real and very, very hostile to outsiders. Your average BLM activist looks at an uppity white kid talking revolution as little more than a mark at best. They may have found this out the hard way when the Mayor of Atlanta described them as terrorists. Despite being described as a leftist, his ideology is reflective of identity. Generally speaking, whatever differences the communists may be seeking to exploit, at least in this case, are moot point. You are a problem, and you will be gone.

The Leftist push into rural areas is very much the same. While there is outside money buying up tracts of farm land, something is feeding it. The communes springing up within an hour or so of a University town. And with it comes the local influence, seeking to subvert the existing order rather than recognizing it for what it is. As all revolutionary movements do, it must tear down, perhaps even incrementally, the old for the new. Competent builders be damned.

Much like in the folly of Atlanta, they will come to find the same tactics failing. The working class in America sees them as little more than an annoyance for now, giving way to open hostility as their belligerence progresses. Those having their lives disrupted due to the substation attack in Moore County – absolutely committed by Leftist outsiders in a probing attack – will eventually react in kind. The local populace of a place knows who’s who. Then there’s that question of organization…but that will come.

This of course won’t prevent them from giving their revolution the good ol college try. Doped up on Antonio Gramsci, SSRIs and faux nobility of cause, they’re running out of highway in the race to the bottom. The only option they have is to escalate it further. And they will.

The “Left” has NOTHING to do with Utopia .
The “Left” is ALWAYS about obtaining and using power.
The ‘Left” is as old as dirt and has been an enemy
of freedom since the beginning of time.

Ammo up, the left wants you as a slave or dead.
Same as it ever was.

People who fall for leftist propaganda are the ones looking for Utopia where every house has a pink unicorn.

Those leading the left are the same ones who have been promising Utopia to the proletariat for a 100 years

Call the left whatever you want but one huge advantage they have over conservatives is their single minded devotion to their agenda. They may or may not hate each other but they DO cooperate whenever necessary to insure their agenda moves forward while the conservative right constantly bickers, backstabs and argues.

People continue to portray the left as United in a cause while dismissing the unity of the right; I’m not seeing the bickering and backstabbing. I am seeing a commitment to basic immutable principles of respect for private property and individual liberty and a resolve that if/when the enemies of our country March on Lexington and Concord; we WILL assemble on the green.
Do NOT mistake forbearance as lacking that resolve; many of us understand (as the left does not) what that will entail and are willing to “go there”. We’d rather not, but we shall…

That’s because “conservatives” approach the problem from an intellectual perspective. It’s much more visceral than that. That’s what these fools just do not get. The institutional Left LITERALLY wants you dead. The hate runs that deep on the Left. The self delusion of “conservatives” runs just as deep on the “Right”. They refuse to confront reality. This type of problem usually sorts itself out organically.

In the end, reality always asserts itself. Sadly, we’re in the position of having to wait for that Time…at the moment.

Another of their strong points is they never stop pushing their agenda forward. Look how quickly they pivoted to trans rights as soon as Obergefell was decided and now that transsexuals are being accepted, they are starting the push on pedophilia.

The leftist soy boys I know have never worked, I mean really worked manual labor. They can’t fix anything and don’t have a basic knowledge of using simple hand tools. Wimpy and whiny.
A fearsome lot, indeed…

…idle hands are the Devil’s workshop. Do not mistake their lack of productivity for sloth. They’ve been inventing new and creative ways to fuck you and your way of life over for good.

Hitler was no Lex Luthor, but he still managed to turn the world upside down.

Underestimate your enemy at your peril.

This story is about a congresswoman, who represents the district I lived in when I lived in MA. Doctor Turtleboy here is great at exposing the loony left.

Coincidentally, I just ran across a “study” that shows that….

Across the US, White neighborhoods have more greenery, fewer dilapidated buildings, fewer multi-family homes: Study

Published in the journal JAMA Network Open, the study found that predominantly White neighborhoods had better neighborhood conditions generally associated with good health, such as fewer neglected buildings and multi-family homes, and more greenery than neighborhoods with residents who were primarily Black, of other minority races, or of a variety of races and ethnicities…

“This prompts us to think practically about how state and local government and policymakers could and should address the inequitable distribution of built environment resources which could further address the health disparities we observed today.”

“Our findings really demonstrate the path-dependent nature of inequality and racial disparities,” says study co-lead author Ahyoung Cho, a racial data/policy tracker at CAR and a political science Ph.D. student at BU. “It is critical to develop appropriate policies to address structural racism.”

To properly maintain a home, one would want to avoid using cannabis, malt liquor and crack around the clock.

I live in the burbs of Dallas. The urban creep has been evident over the years.

When I first moved here 30 years ago, we were on the edge of the city development. We are now 30 miles from seeing the edge. We have more rodents around here now than we did when the neighborhood was next to undeveloped woods.
