That’s my hometown. I used to root for the sports teams. Now I root for the murder and mayhem. We can out murder Detroit, LA, and New Yuk any day of the week. Lori even lives in my old neighborhood Logan Square. It was a very nice area at one time.

Well we’re only a quick ride on expressway from both. We occasionally get some spill over ,but most people here in Indiana are packing heat so they are a little more hesitant to chimp out here.
Used to live in East Chicago, IN. Went to downtown Chicago often at that time. Haven’t been there for 30 years and hope to never cross the Indiana state border ever again. Definitely will not be the border into Illinois.
Not much to root for with the current teams. I gave up following all of them after the Cubs finally won in 2016.
I pretty much stopped watching all sports ball and even sports puck when the second guy took a knee and got away with it.
I don’t care about any of them at all.
Which doesn’t mean I don’t miss sitting with my cousin in the loge section of Boston Garden, drinking beer and watching Bobby Orr, Gerry Cheevers, and Johnny Busick., Because I do, but them days are long gone, and they ain’t coming back, so that’s that.
