The Coming New York Exodus

Guest Post by Martin Armstrong

A new study found that 27% of New Yorkers plan to relocate out of state within the next five years. New York once represented the symbol of American prosperity and growth. People dreamed of living life in the “Big Apple” and America’s international image was largely portrayed at the New York fairytale in films and books. Yet, New York no longer resembles what it once was.

The study said 70% of people are still happy to live there, but 30% wish they lived elsewhere. In addition to those who said they plan to leave within the next five years, 31% stated they plan to retire out of state. They did not poll respondents on taxes. Safety is one of the top concerns and the study shows that about half of respondents no longer feel safe in New York, with good cause. Two-thirds naturally said that the state is unaffordable.

“Democrats, those over 50, white residents and those 35-49 rate the state most highly while through the eyes of Republicans, independents, Blacks and those earning under $50K a year, the state receives the lowest grades,” a researcher said. It is hard to imagine someone earning under $50K could comfortably live in New York. The true problem is crime and the light on crime lawmakers who let violent criminals roam freely after repeated offenses.

Felonies in the city of NY rose 20.4% in 2022 compared to 2021. “Things in a large city aren’t supposed to grow that much or go down that much in one year,” said Former NYPD supervisor Chris Hermann, now an assistant professor at Manhattan’s John Jay College of Criminal Justice. “This is kind of like monumental kind of stuff,” he stated, “like once in a lifetime.” Rape cases increased by 17% in one year, grand theft rose by 25% (auto grand larceny by 32%), felony assaults increased by 15%, and burglary rose by 27%. NYC Mayor Eric Adams has failed at his job by emboldening criminals with relaxed laws.

Dear New York City residents,

Eat shit and die. We don’t want you moving to our states and turning them into the filthy, criminal infested shithole that you just left. So please stay there and enjoy what you created.

Sincerely,

Everyone else who isn’t in NYC.

P.S. This goes the same for residents of San Francisco, L.A., Chicago, etc.

Auntie hopes that CoVid makes a stunning return: a localized epidemic in NYC so everyone can go back to compulsory masks; infection testing; Jab-or-Job mandates; shots and vaxxine passports. And shutter the theatres, restaurants, and shopping. Close offices and the parks. Churches too. This way Noo Yawkas can prove their loyalty to their overlords at the WEPH/B3RG* / NWO/Beast System.

The question really is how to prevent these Libtards from infecting wherever it is these people are moving to and bringing their pinko sick philosphies and practices with them.

They voted for it; they obviously like it; let them fucking choke on it.

Fucking stay there!

I agree Auntie. But as a kid in the 50s living in Connecticut New York was the shining city on a hill. I remember my father taking me to NY to see the Giants play in Yankee Stadium. I was around 7 or 8 and I still remember being awestruck at the tall buildings as we entered the Bronx. As we neared the stadium the Empire State Building came into view. I envisioned King Kong atop it swatting airplanes. We entered Yankee Stadium thru the dark tunnel to where the field came into view. It was gigantic. The facade, the monuments the dugouts. Ruth, Gehrig, DiMaggio. It was a religious experience I’ll carry to my grave.

Now all gone. How sad.

There is an ancient Indian saying that something lives only as long as the last person who remembers it. My people have come to trust memory over history. Memory, like fire, is radiant and immutable while history serves only those who seek to control it, those who douse the flame of memory in order to put out the dangerous fire of truth. Beware these men for they are dangerous themselves and unwise. Their false history is written in the blood of those who might remember and of those who seek the truth.

Two ways. Avoid taking their money whenever possible. Make them feel ‘unsafe’. Not in the violent way, but in the explicit social indifference laced with hostility way – the one that they are so good at when entrenched in their cloud cities.

The cycle of the inversion leveraging our ‘tolerance’ and ‘nice guy’ default coupled with our penchant to make a quick buck into our own disenfranchisement has to be broken.

An older white couple I met that moved here recently from NY, who parachuted in with all their home equity to land a pristine rural farmlet, were not more than 15 minutes into the conversation when they began to lament the lack of dieversity here. You see, there are just not enough black people.

The challenge is always how we all vote economically and socially when confronted with the proposition of the progressive infestation.

Would the seller of that land leave money on the table to sell to a local family instead of the top bidder from out-of-state?

There is a massive boon to home builders, professional services, utility districts, tradesman, city officials, school districts, and the entire “tax base” of red states that is making hay on the great migration. Heck, the state license plates here are adorned with an advert for vacationing.

I’ve seen this play out before. The overt anti-carpetbagger attitude is fine, but it is not enough.

Like open borders and illegal immigration there must be an explicit air of hostility backed-up by the will of the people to eliminate the bevy of economic and social incentives, often expressed as a function of refusing to profit from the migration.

I see this as all part of a war on my people. The seriousness of the situation thus demands a congruent position.

War profiteering, just as covid profiteering, may be able to be rationalized behind the very real work ethic, duty to provide for one’s family, and hustle well seeded in rural America, but there are hidden costs and second-order trade-offs that must be met with brutal honesty, or all of these red-dirt counties will go the way of my childhood home, which is: GONE.

The place I grew up was overrun by NJ exodus in the 80’s. The woods we played in, rode motorcycles, built forts…even the baseball field… was plowed under to make subdivisions full of identical homes.

I remember two ladies buying flowers at Agway, discussing in their thick NJ accent, the lack of stores and restaurants. They won! Now the entire area for 20 miles on the main road is nothing but strip malls and chain restaurants.

I grew up in Ny . This shit going on today is a direct result of social welfare programs and massive illegal and legal immigration. The niggers and spicks we’re kept in their ghettos . For the most part Long Island was white except for black ghettos in bellport ,Brentwood Hempstead etc.1980 saw the influx of spicks from central and south America and greedy Greek restaurant owners and warehouses and manufacturers turned a trickle into a flood. Now Ms 13 and other spick gangs along with the niggers sell heroin and other drugs with impunity. They turned the whole island in to an overpriced hell hole.

That’s why Jefferson County in Panhandle Florida has voted down several big subdivision projects. People moving up from south Florida told us what happened to their home county. I was in a checkout line in Tallahassee and heard two yankees say Florida needed an income tax to keep the riffraff out (like me, born here). We need a Wall and an application process; any libturds will be sprayed pink and turned around.

Too many Texas folks making money off hair brained fed policies , laws, etc. For instance, how many income tax preparers are going to give it up for secession? It’s the fed that gives these types a job. And they even voted the ol swamp drainer, Trump.

Sign reads:
Stop by HR Blunts
We got the answers for Trump’s tax cuts
Let us save you money
Refunds paid instantly (for a price of course)

What the sign does not read:
Anyone with half a brain can prepare their own tax return
Most folks fall into a no brainer tax filing scenario for self preparation
Why pay us? Can you read, understand and answer questions in English? Spanish available.

Oh and probably more importantly, Texans employed by federal defense contractors throughout Texas. Yes sir, they be prepared to ditch those good paying jobs for secession.

The thread will slide on by but I have a question for pastor or anyone else. Researching the ramifications of renouncing/relinquishing US citizenship as someone pointed out on this site those former US citizens that have worked the qualifying tenure for SS benefits will still receive them as well as those currently receiving benefits. With military pensions it’s a different story and I’m uncertain how a vets disability benefits are impacted. My question, if I’m going to join the crowd in seceding from the union would I not want to renounce or relinquish my US citizenship and become a full blown citizen of New Texas the country? This puts a kink in the chain for military pensioners. Another reason why with Texas having a sizable number of it’s citizenry military pensioners secession simply ain’t gonna happen. The idea as far as I’m concerned would be to distance oneself as far as possible from the land of milk and honey. Again, secession ain’t gonna happen because people ain’t gonna make the sacrifice to do so. And BTW, who would want to be in dual citizenship status with the US once becoming a citizen of New Texas if that were possible?

Every freaking time a democrat gets in the WH people start talking about secession. Not going to happen.

NYC politics are governed by bloc groups. Namely, Joos and Coons. The whites hate the Coons . I Remember the Coons were chased out of an Italian neighborhood and accidentally got run over on the interstate by a car . Sharpton was greeted by watermelons.

In order for the Republicans to win they had to nominate a First class Jew in Bloomberg.

Now it’s back to another Coon and all the Democrats destroyed over Covid is forgiven.

Whites are getting smart though and not commuting as much. It won’t be long before more companies relocate.

BL, I watched the major corporations move corporate headquarters to the Las Colinas area of the Dallas/Fort Worth metromess during the 80’s. Corporate headquarters are all over the state now.

What will be sadly interesting is the number that turn out to be woke. I’m thinking they already are as you know “diversity” is the guiding theme among corporations. An FYI for the Trump inclined, none of that “diversity” theme changed nor will it change.

Incidentally . I’m certain the Dallas/Fort Worth metromess is similar to anywhere BIG CITY TEXAS. Each time I pass through that mess, and not often, I’m “AMAZED” the numbers of new HUGE apartment complexes under construction and the numbers newly opened for business. And this only within a matter of months between visits. “AMAZED”.

People in Texas use to “brag” about the “growth” , the amount of “money” in the Texas metromesses , all the people that will be moving to Texas as Texas has “water”. I’ve often said be careful what you wish for or otherwise prophesize.

Texas, the next New York City. “It’s happening.”
