30 Tons of Ammonium Nitrate Goes Missing

Guest Post by Martin Armstrong

A lot of expensive and lethal weapons of war have been reported missing this week. There have been numerous train derailments in America this year, and trains containing lethal materials routinely do not make it to their final destination. A railcar holding over 60,000 pounds of ammonium nitrate left Cheyenne, Wyoming, on April 12. The railcar was discovered two weeks later, completely empty, at a stop in the California Mojave Desert.

Ammonium nitrate can be used as fertilizer or as a powerful explosive. This is the same chemical used in the Oklahoma City bombing in 1995 and the 2020 bombing of Beirut, Lebanon. Miners commonly use this chemical as a fuel source to remove massive rock formations since it is so effective. Manufacturing company Dyno Nobel reported the shipment missing to the National Response Center on May 10. “The railcar was sealed when it left the Cheyenne facility, and the seals were still intact when it arrived in Saltdale [Calif.]. The initial assessment is that a leak through the bottom gate on the railcar may have developed in transit,” a spokesperson told the media. Another spokesperson told the New York Post that “there is no indication of any danger to the public and no indication the pellets were intentionally taken by anyone.” The company insists that the contents in the pellets “fell from the rail car onto the tracks in small quantities throughout the long trip.”

Should we believe the railcar casually fertilized the ground amid its long trip? Dyno Nobel markets itself as an explosive company, and their contents were never intended for fertilization. “All accidents are preventable. Injuries, illnesses, and environmental damage are not an inevitable consequence of conducting business,” the company states on its website. Given that this company specializes in explosives, it is peculiar that they would have such a major failing that they are reporting as an accident.

Wow! That could probably do more damage to the pentagon than the cruise missile did in ’01……

It’s curious how this story has come to light and is being pushed. Like how all the stories contain the priming of: “Timothy McVeigh’s 1995 bomb in Oklahoma City”.

Just saw where the Brits tried copying the F.I.B. false flag with a Parliament gate crasher incident.

This shit gets less credible by the minute!

Working in mines over the past 35 years, I’ve seem my share of ANFO detonations. 30 Tons could easily level a city block.

If a city has to go, I couldn’t agree more. Would it be okay to add DC to the list?

We’re gonna need a lot more rail car missing ANFO materials, to go missing.

Unfortunately the blown city won’t be any at the top of your list. Somehow a red one will be targeted ( shocked I know) unless the leaking door theory is actually true. Possible the gov is actually truthfully every decade or so

In 1947, Texas City was leveled when a French Liberty ship carrying 2300 tons of ammonium nitrate exploded. While this incident is only a fraction of that, I really doubt this stuff evaporated or fell the cracks. I would imagine there’s a few folks in Washington DC whose butts are puckering at the thought of it showing up there…

If it did “leak” out, there will be a hell of a crop of various weeds growing like monsters along the tracks.

Puckering? Those Communist bastards know exactly where it is, and when it will be used.

I was a RR-man and and this wasn’t a hole in the wall gang job. A rail car doesn’t just get cut out of a string magically; switches on mainlines are locked and probably require someone in a central office; an engine was needed, probably a central office saw something out of place moving on tracks. I’m sure Affirmative Action employees were an assist to the criminals.

What do you think of the likelihood it could have been done at a trackside grain operation? All the equipment is there they might need.

Yes, that would be ideal because 99% also handle commercial fertilizer for farmers.

I worked with RR commodity cars for literally forty years. The gates at the bottom of those hoppers are absolutely terrible. They get stuck and they also get loose. I have seen cars with contents missing (and one with an empty hopper) due entirely to a messed up hopper gate. Also, had to call out the RR crew to open a number of them that were beyond our ability to open them. You dribble a few ounces every ten feet of travel over a number of miles and it WILL empty a hopper. Typical load in a car of this kind is between 180-200,000 ponds. The cars are three hopper cars with walls between the hoppers. One hopper was lost. End of story.

So how did the car get lost in the boonies? If it was a Brinks truck found empty in the boonies we wouldn’t suspect the money fell out and nice people just picked it all up and kept it; case closed and deniers are conspiracy nuts. If the explosive leaked out, the trail is still there; it has to be on tracks between the boonies and the last known filling; find it, follow it and report back with the proof. Otherwise, the FBI is bluffing/gaslighting US again.

I want more info: was the car where it was supposed to be in the string or cut out from the initial string? did anyone dump a bucket of sand into the hopper to see if it had a leak? If so, was is natural or man made? Evidently there were 2 other hoppers in the car that were not robbed? How many times has this happened before? Could water have dissolved the explosive and it been piped away? What’s to prevent someone turning such a car into a rolling ANFO bomb?

How would we know if a FF was carried out that this stuff was used? I know what black powder smells like. I have noticed that Ball ammo often has an ammonia smell when I fire it. Would ANFO smell like Ball ammo or the ammonia Mom used back in the 50’s all the time? Would someone be able to tell immediately just by smell if it was C-4 or SEMTEX, TNT etc?

No chance it was a hopper car with leaky or improperly sealed doors.

It’s more likely that a fed false flag op is coming. Done by white supremacists. (FBI agents). The obvious stupidity of this administration and the crap we are supposed to believe is really something to behold.

Why is there no mention of the obvious ?

If it leaked onto the tracks during its trip, there should be ample evidence to be found on the tracks. Is anybody looking ? Did they find any ?

So … it left the shipper April 12th — was found empty 2 weeks later (so, about the 26th) … and the shipper didn’t report it to the authorities for another 14 days — on May 10th? Really?

Given that the shipper manufactures explosives — and that this commodity can be used as an explosive — how does anyone justify that sort of time lag … especially since the typical timeframe for the journey from Cheyenne to the Mojave Desert is likely on the order of 5 days or so by rail.
