SUNDAY MORNING CLASSICS ON TBP

A collaboration of: “The Classic Music Mafia”
Anthony Aaron, and Steve C.

Every Sunday morning we present selections for our TBP family to enjoy.

We present symphonies, ensembles, quartets, octets, etc.

Not all of our music is strictly ‘classical’. We may stray a little, but we strive to make all of our selections ‘classy’.

We offer tips on proper ‘symphony etiquette’ and even some selections that are a bit light-hearted and fun aimed at a younger audience. Those pieces will be so designated, and might be a good way to introduce kids to a world of music that they might not have been exposed to or think of as old and ‘stuffy’.

A full symphony will run as long as it will. We don’t want to cut a symphony short. However, we also include some shorter pieces that we try to keep under fifteen minutes in length. You can sample each and hopefully find one or more that pleases you.

We hope that you enjoy our Sunday selections.

Thanks as always Sunday Music folks.

Today I am going to stray a bit, woke up this a.m. from dreams I do not remember with this tune from Queen stuck in me head, always saw a tie with classic and rock/metal in many ways.

I was while feeding neighbors chickens singing this tune(to their dismay am sure!) and realized even if I quit smoking again/did vocal exercises for years and got back in a band could not vocally do even a barely passable cover!

I remember being a young teen listening to this on albums and 8 tracks in the mid 70’s,was one of me favorites by band but unsure why it tied into me dreams, anyhow, here is the tune, hope folks like it and not offended but I was never one for following rules anyhow!

I must apologize in advance for this load of performances here, and I thought long and hard about how to select only a few but thought what the heck give them all and let the individuals sort the selection out if they wish.
