Walmart Encounter & A Letter to the Pastors at My Church

Yesterday, the wife and I were in our local Walmart to pick up a few items. While we were looking at greeting cards, an obese woman rode up on an electric scooter wearing the cheap paper face diaper.
I looked at her for a moment thinking that she could not control her extreme weight and yet the mask she was wearing was going to keep her healthy! Total absurdity. Anyway, I went back to looking for the right card. I was going to ignore her but, I couldn’t help my self. I asked her if she liked wearing the mask. She looked at me and mentioned something about having some upcoming surgery. She then asked me why, what’s wrong? I told her those masks were totally useless and they keep out nothing. I used the analogy of putting up a chain link fence to keep out flies works as well as that paper mask will keep out a virus.

She then starts saying that her doctor told her Covid was back and the new version of it was bad and she needs to wear a mask. I got on my soapbox that the medical community and the PTB were ramping up fear again. That PCR tests are a complete waste etc.

She actually turned out to be a nice lady but, she was totally clueless. She had zero critical thinking skills, had never heard of Elon Musk, along with some other things we discussed about the farce pandemic. Someone else that had entered the aisle began eavesdropping on our conversation. As we left, the young woman who had entered the aisle gave me a friendly nod.

Along these same lines I will also add that I wrote a letter to the 3 pastors at my church yesterday. I won’t put the entire contents here as it would not pertain specifically to the coming masking up, social distancing, and the new booster campaign. With regard to the coming ‘Plandemic 2.0’, here is what I wrote:

The second issue I feel a strong need to share is my concern on what appears to be another move by the government and other NGOs to mask, lockdown, and push yet another COVID booster, as early as next month. Everything I’m seeing in alternative media, as well as the main street media (MSM) like NBC, MSNBC, and others, are talking about this issue. Since this has not happened yet, it may not come to fruition. I pray it doesn’t.

My question is, how is the <redacted church name> going to handle this? Are the doors going to be closed again and stages set up in the parking lot? Are masks (useless to wear – I could send you links to over 150 studies on this) going to be required to attend? Will the liquor stores and big box stores be allowed to be open again but, churches and mom and pop type small business be required to shut down to finally put a nail in the coffin of small business owners?

WE MUST SAY NO MORE!

Please do not go down this road again. Those of us, not only at <redacted church name>, but in our lives outside of the church need to be standing for the truth, and to say no more to the draconian dictates of those entities that are attempting to turn our nation into a Marxist state and to obey rules, and laws, that are not Godly.

The lead Pastor replied with a response to the multiple issues I brought up in my email letter to them (most of which is not listed here). He did not commit to not closing down, masking up, or any other edicts dictated by our corrupted medical system and gubmint. Time will tell what happens as we enter into fall and the ramp up to more fear porn.

The original bioengineered virus had a 99.8+% survival rate, which would have been much higher had they not suppressed the use of ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine. The newest mutated (or released, jury still out on this) variants have a greater infectivity, but lower morbidity and mortality. The whole premise of the plandemic was to force people to take the kill shot, and it is still being pushed vigorously using our tax dollars. All of the useless and harmful “mitigation measures” were designed to condition blind obedience to any, and all, mandates. Selective enforcement of said mandates proved that they were arbitrary and capricious. ANY compliance by a church to these rules is a direst infringement on religious freedom enshrined in the first amendment. Any pastor who willingly submits to these unconstitutional mandates has abandoned his faith, is complicit in helping to usher in the one-world government (and by association, the rise of antichrist), and should be removed from his position immediately. If this is what happens at your church, LEAVE! Find a pastor who will embrace the Word, especially in the face of unrelenting evil.

Why do christians always want someone else to be their priest or pastor? Why don’t they become what the are looking for? If your church shuts down, instead of furtive prayer meetings or discussions among those who don’t think Zoom or Facebook or sitting in your car 6 feet apart is worshipful or divine or even communal, why not start your own church? Christians have had three years to work on this.

There are plenty of churches that didn’t shut down and pastors that stood up to the government, even to be arrested. People choose a certain church for many reasons, and starting a church is harder than you think. I know a few that have tried and all have failed. Society is becoming more secular, not less.

It is hard to keep the pews even partially occupied with orthodoxy, but that’s what we must defend. Our visiting pastor today made the observation that there seems to be an inflection point where pastors are returning to the Bible and tradition, thought it is yet a minority (to paraphrase).

Nobody knows what the fatality rate was, and no one ever will.
They called every death under the sun a “covid death”. It’s the “covid deaths” that form one half of the infection fatality ratio. The other half consists of “the cases!!” which are likewise fucked.
IF the virus existed, it might have had an IFR of 0.000001% and nobody would ever be able to truthfully determine that now. It could also have been worse than thought because “the cases!” were so inflated.
We’ll never know. Pretty sure that was at least part of the point of the whole charade.

What is even more amazing is that pastors don’t just forgo the non-profit status. Most folks take the standard deduction anyway, so unless you have a church full of really big donors, you give up the right to be independent spiritually AND secularly for very little benefit. The freedom to tell it like it is, is worth it. And the people you attract will be of like mind.

From my website:

“You comment on political issues a lot for a religion. Why is that?

The notorious Willie Sutton reportedly was asked why he robbed banks. His reply: “Because that’s where the money is.” Establishment of Religion uses the same reasoning when it comes to government and coercive action: because that’s where we find the greatest concentration of violence and corruption.

The assumption here seems to be that religions shouldn’t concern themselves with the political sphere. But why assume that?

We believe the political class the world over is greatly in need of what true religion tries to impart: compassion instead of indifference; cooperation instead of the projection of naked power; persuasion instead of coercion; and a healthy appreciation for virtue rather than the mindless pursuit of pelf and privilege.

Further, we believe the sphere of government action is a natural fit for religion’s influence. After all, religious inquiry has preoccupied human thought from the earliest days of civilization.

While we respect and appreciate value in the principle of separation of church and state, the fact is today’s Church of State demands unwavering loyalty, blind faith in its goodness, our willingness to allow it unlimited license to punish any and all it finds lacking, and the sole and exclusive right to determine guilt and innocence.

The Church of State is the only church the parasitic governing class will allow influence in our secular society. It is in their interest to assure there will be no serious questioning of the moral character of our political class as true religion might pose, and no strict calling to account for their actions.

Establishment of Religion refuses to be silenced in our critique of the rot at the heart of our political leadership. As we do not seek tax exemption, we are free to offer our thoughts on any topic we consider worthy of comment, without the censorship IRS rules would impose. That leads us to cast our eyes toward government, a target-rich environment for those seeking an object crying out for fundamental reformation.”

I did it. You can too. https://www.establishment-of-religion.org/

There’s a Liberty-minded Pastor in Montana that speaks truth to power, every Sunday at 2:30 pm Mountain Time. He is streamed live at his website libertyfellowshipmt.com
His name is Chuck Baldwin, our fellowship never closed, never wore masks and resisted the scenario TPTB attempted to force down our throats. To this day, our pastor is speaking out against all that is wrong, and emphatically state that the problem is not political, but a pulpit problem, with way too many Caesar Milquetoast so-called pastors.
All of his messages are archived on the aforementioned website, his personal site is chuckbaldwinlive.com.
I’m off to attend Liberty Fellowship now, we’re blessed to live where we can drive to his church service every week.

I opine homosexuality and all the other LGBT lunacy represented at a Mar-a-Lago LGBT Gala November 2021 (“broken record”) is yet more support for the abomination of homosexuality not to mention some idiot changing his/her sexual identity given at birth. I’m afraid we are both pissing in the wind. All one can do is speak out but I’m thinking chances of anything changing in mixed-race marriages are less than curbing transgender confusion but chances are getting slimmer and slimmer on the tranny thing. Thanks for the kind words.

I actually do not like churches. I did start going to one about 5 years ago – but only to learn more. Then the covid con happened & the pastor went batshit crazy & I realized I had made a mistake on trusting him with my spiritual path. We had face-to-face discussions regarding the covid restrictions
& he actually told me I was not welcome in his church. I discovered he was a fraud.

Moved on & a friend recommended that I try Brave Church, thinking I would like his defiance. And I did. He was impressive. He is also highly intelligent in areas where I was weak & he was a great teacher. He answered all my questions to my satisfaction. (Kinda like Red River D…who used to post here.)

I don’t live in his area anymore, and have moved on from him. He was a stepping stone on the path I was on at one point.

Currently, I do not go to church and only listen to sermons as they are recommended to me by friends/family.

But, I still read a lot from Christian apologetics who I find difficult to argue with – because I enjoy learning from them.

The social aspect of church is a huge turnoff for me, unfortunately.

I believe deeply in a higher power and life after death but haven’t been to a church in 50 years (besides weddings and funerals).
I consider myself spiritual, not religious and try to live by two creeds, The Serenity Prayer and The Golden Rule, for me, that pretty much covers it. I’m grateful for my life. Have a nice day.

Yes. For me, I can just feel it very strongly better than I can explain it in logical terms. And, yes, the Bible was a struggle for me to accept, but as time goes on I see how very true it is to human nature – which helps my belief.

I think the Bible is the BEST study on human nature. And should be read by all, whether Christian or not, for just the human nature aspect of it & for the literary aspect as well.

So much of what is said & written by modern thinkers points directly back to the Bible – yet man gets all the credit for being insightful.

100% yes!

I’ve been in the Pacific Northwest lately & just last night watched the sunset at Cape Flattery (the most northwestern point in the US on the mainland). I’ve seen a lot of sunsets, but this particular one wins the prize. The sun was blood red as it was setting over the water. Gentle waves crashing near the huge rocks jutting out of the ocean and seals barking in the distance. It was spectacular. And I thought about how insignificant everything is in comparison to God’s creation & beauty.

My favorite vice is to sit on a beach somewhere between Newport and Lincoln City with perhaps a bowl and fine Oregon IPAs and watch the waves roll in. We don’t have that in Texas and I still think Galveston ain’t worth the time.

First time I had seen the Pacific in many years on one of those beaches i forget, as the waves rolled in my thoughts were of Pirates of old. like ghosts. Then I recalled the Twilight Zone episode where the German U2 submarine was sunk by depth charges. As I recall they eventually came walking up on a beach as ghosts.

At any rate, nostalgic thoughts of Pirates of old as a kid.

I visited Port Townsend with my friends in Oregon in recent years. Stayed at the Waterfront Hotel I believe the name. The Puget Sounds was interesting as it was my first and probably last visit there.

Washington drivers are an eye opener for sure. lol

For some folks it’s them only and the TV. Just saying. Shame if hoodwinked by the likes of Paula White.

I was the only one on my Chuch board to oppose the lockdowns last time. We lost about a third of our membership because of that. If they lock down again I will also find another church.

Do not cast pearls before swine.
You have engaged in a useless argument with a wrong person.
You have wasted your time.
And f.cking mine, which is important.
I am here because I find TBP a useful source of information. A platform for like minded people but not an echo chamber. A balance not easy to maintain. My hat off to the crowd here. And the Administrator.
Yes you are right.
The lady was wrong. And she will stay that way till she drops.
It will not last long.
If you have something meaningful to propose, some solution to the shit we are all in, I am all ears.
Otherwise, this post is as useful as CNN.

So why don’t you write a more “useful” post, Defector? I love it when people criticize an article but never step up to write their own shit.

Mine was not a post.
Just an observation.
I wish I was wise enough to post some solution.
I have some on a personal level, but nothing beyond that, and I dare not waste other peoples time and attention.
If I have insulted someone, apologies.
It was not intended.

Off topic, but since this is a Christiany post…

I just got done reading Joel Salatin’s The Marvelous Pigness of Pigs. I had read a couple of his other books but this one is where he gives scriptural references in his charming way- concerning farming, husbandry and eating.
I cannot believe I hadn’t heard of it and highly recommend it!
The topics, as he shows, should be talked about in every church.

Mennonite/amish/huderites etc are all communities based on God and mans relationship to the land.

The modern churches completely ignore this connection in favour of feel good singing, messages and God just wanting to bless bless bless you with money, majik and health. The modern is based in emotion and false imaging, not in practical living.

Visited Salatin’s farm one time while he and the neighbors were slaughtering turkeys. Familiar with his books. Quite and operation.

Brewer, you did right with that letter. Basic awareness is lacking among so many people, pastors included. You didn’t mention if your church is 501C3, but in the 2021 debacle on this issue I noticed that most of the compliant churches seemed to be just that. It is one thing to obey authorities, but quite another thing to play along with mass delusion.

Chuck Baldwin’s Liberty Fellowship is NOT 501C3 compliant, has an internet following in the 10’s of thousands, and we are thriving!
Yesterday’s message was awesome! It will be available to watch on libertyfellowshipmt.com later this afternoon.

I’ve wondered if the Liberty Fellowship is required to pay taxes?

I was in that neck of the woods September 2012 and fully intended on making a service. Got too interested in the fishing and did not make it back down to Kalispell. BTW, IMO September is a nice time of the year to go visit that area as all the college crowd and summer time vacationers are gone. We stayed at Star Meadows Guard Station four nights and I don’t recall seeing anyone around there only down around the lakes.

This has been a pretty good 🪡 thread. I’ve even come to to a higher level of appreciation and respect, for one particular commenter, who yanked my chain in the past unjustly.
Hell, one day we might even become friends. Could happen.
Stay tuned. Or not. Choice point.

A BBQ, a beer, lawn chair and campfire and a calming sunset have ways of taking even the most unfriendly to appreciate their surroundings, have a laugh and part in good company.

TBP’rs need to have these relationships, it can only help when the house of cards comes down.

Edited: The caveat would be all the texans blasting the shyte outta cans 30ft away. Damn texans and their guns. 🙂

Every Republican claims to be pro-Second Amendment, even if they are not—like Donald Trump. On this issue, Ramaswamy’s position sounds very similar to that of Ron DeSantis. These two gentlemen are doubtless the strongest advocates of the Second Amendment in the entire GOP presidential field—albeit, since becoming governor of Florida, Ron DeSantis has done NOTHING to overturn his State’s Red Flag gun confiscation law.

At least two GOPhers are not disagreeing with Red Flag
“laws” , likely more , and evidently it’s not Ramaswamy according to Chuck.

Who Is Vivek Ramaswamy?

Not a plug for the Ram btw. Should I decide to participate it will only be for a “candidate” outside the box, one with no $$$, one that is not part of the Zionists Chuck speaks. It is possible. “Who is that? Never heard of him”. I “wonder” why?
