It ought to be quite obvious to anyone with half a mind that our guns are a major source of consternation amongst our politic “leadership.” Statistic after statistic shows Americans are not only well-armed, but staying armed with patriotic zeal.
The real problem is, the people with all the guns are not the ones committing all the crimes (at least those whom legally own them). It is this quandary keeping Our Betters from sleeping soundly — which is precisely the point of having arms in the first place.
I want someone to point out to me the part of the Second Amendment which states the government could ever have the right to disarm us, please. Or that any governor or other (allegedly) elected official had the power to supersede an entire Amendment, no matter the reason (yeah, we’re looking at you, New Mexican beeyotch).
No, we have guns because inevitably those with political power overstep their bounds. It is the nature of the beast, which is a most pertinent phrase to use here.
Because the true beast is the millions of gun owners in America who will not be goaded into using them but for recreation and protection, who know how and when to use firearms responsibly. Oh Lord, how this busts their fuses!
And do I have to mention what percentage of the population, racially, owns the most legal guns?
So of course we are Public Enemy No. 1, and the part of the country who needs to be targeted for termination. We are the true threat. Is that a bad thing?
2% of the population of America is trying its best to control the remainder, but doggone it, despite their best efforts, they just can’t get ‘er done; so covert means are necessary.
Means like CONVID vaccinations; fentanyl; forced malnutrition, obesity and genetically-modified and/or contaminated food and water; medical “professionals” who call themselves doctors yet are nothing but legalized drug pushers; constant denigration in all forms of media (which includes not capitalizing White anymore); and the you-must-be-crazy influx of non-Whites entering America.
On that last point I must assume that even though these immigrant invaders are storming our borders, they are at least not carrying visible ordnance upon their persons (not that I expect they would be stopped if they did). None of these aliens has two pennies to rub together or they would have stayed in their shithole countries, so these are not our primary enemies — though any potential enemy is still an enemy, we must never forget.
And we must never forget the Second Amendment, and the reason we own the guns we do in this country: take a look at those countries who gave up their arms, and how well it went or is going for them today.

Trying to take my guns away would be trying to take my family. I love my guns. I have favorites. Some of them I have had for years, and know them so well they are a part of me, in the same way I have bonded with cars (or other machines). Some of them are completely sentimental value. Asking me to get rid of one would be funereal.
The thing is, I should never have to worry about anybody else taking my guns. Why is that even a consideration for argument? If I buy (or am given) something, it is mine.
The impetus of having a gun in the first place is to keep what is mine. Yet it seems that ideology is anathema to those who believe they own everything.
Truth of the matter: when and if it all falls apart, it will be lead, not gold, that becomes the most precious ore.

Sometimes the optimal action is inaction. The urge to do something is desperation of ignorance. The dumb masses are here as they always have been. They can either be dealt with the old fashioned way, which has not eliminated them, or managed into oblivion as the specialist culture warriors do. What I’m possibly saying to you, CO, and certainly to many here, is that we need to drop the baggage about coming to the right answer, which is an inexorably natural answer (limited resources has consequences). We who are mentally human already know the answer in the abstract design and should be concerned with theoretical and material implementation. Impatience was Hilter’s downfall. What did he accomplish that was consequential? They are bigger than ever. He became a binding boogieman for their agenda. They weaponized his legacy. Hilts did not trust future generations to be German. The struggle of life is as endless as life itself. We do not think in Messianic time. They do. I suggest Valter Benjamin’s 12 Theses and Ardondo and Porkgrinder’s Dialectic against Enlightenment, against the essence and design of true Western culture and power.
We do NOT have a viable game plan. The beginning is further out because culture is upstream of politics. They destroy men in boyhood. We’ve got to go to the beginning to win one day in messianic time. Weeds don’t impact the world like an acorn that becomes an oak tree. They know that. The media ignores urban black on black shootings which are the majority of shooting deaths in America. The government is not worried about the boyz in da hood and their stolen pistols and low dollar drug deals. They are worried obviously about large numbers of Americans and semi automatic rifles. Your right to protect your life, is your right to life. The two rights cannot be separated, which is why the second amendment was enacted to begin with.
