I like RFKs stance on a lot of things, especially the handling of Covid and the clot shot. But I do not trust much that comes from Washington, the media, and especially politicians. Who is to say that RFK isn’t exactly what the Democrats want to secure a victory for Biden? In a dead heat, Trump seems to beat Biden in every poll, if you believe them. By having a third party candidate, perhaps they know something we don’t. With a big number of Trump voters going for RFK combined with their signature cheating, the Democrats can pull a W for Joe. Or maybe I have it wrong, I can admit that if so. Just hard to trust anything nowadays.
Today, anyone trusting the national and state governments for anything needs their head examined.

Kennedy will have the same effect that Teddy Roosevelt had in 1912 and Ross Perot had in 1992. That is deliver a weak Democrat an election victory by taking votes from Trump who will be in prison on Election Day. Some argue that George Wallace prevented HHH from winning in 1968(fortunately) or conversely, Gov. Wallace denied President Nixon a land slide majority.
RFK is the joker in the deck. I was an early advocate of RFK. Then he laid face down for AIPAC and fired Kucinich and I backed off. I had a come to Jesus moment here in my own state. I briefly stepped into state politics, for literally a couple weeks and suddenly realized I was wasting my time. Even locally. I was thinking about writing about it. I deserve to be excoriated for my brief loss of my mental faculties.
I did a similar thing in the past- being a local Ron Paul booster/caucus delegate, opposing the forces of Romneyism.

I saw the guy with the police when I left that pathetic convention.
