Biden a ‘threat to democracy’ – RFK Jr

The US president is “weaponizing federal agencies” against his political opponents, Robert F Kennedy Jr has said

President Joe Biden could be a bigger danger to US democracy than former president and presumptive 2024 election rival Donald Trump, another presidential candidate, Robert F Kennedy Jr, has said. Biden is the first president in US history to mobilize federal agencies to silence his political opponents, the politician stated.

US presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has observed the anniversary of President John F. Kennedy’s assassination by vowing to pick up where his uncle left off in trying to make America a peaceful nation.

“If the American people choose me as their president, I will resume the process that my uncle broached 60 years ago of unwinding the American military empire,” Kennedy said in an op-ed published on Wednesday by Fox News. “I will return the military to its proper function of defending the homeland.”

The DC establishment thinks RFK could win, and they’re panicking

Guest Post by Brian Robertson

NEW YORK NEW YORK JULY 25 Democratic Presidential Candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. listens as he is introduced by Rabbi...

Making the rounds of opinion-influencer social media and politically oriented podcasts over the last week to gauge the current state of the presidential race, one could be excused for believing that no great shake-up had occurred.

In Trump World, all the discussion was about the former president’s highly politicized civil fraud trial in New York and how it would backfire by making Trump a more formidable candidate. Meanwhile, left-leaning outlets were hyping GOP dysfunction in the House and the Republican losses in the off-year elections as an early indicator that Biden will fare better than expected next November.

An Epistle to Robert F. Kennedy Jr

Guest Post by Edward Curtin

Dear Bobby,

As you know, I have supported your bid for the presidency even before you declared last spring.  I have admired and believed in you for years, and when you entered the race I felt hope for the first time in decades that your non-violent impulses, honed by your tragic family history and a deep revulsion for our country’s imperial wars and violent history, would triumph and usher in a new era of peace.

Despite the naysayers who dismissed you from the start, I said Yes, that you would shock those who ridiculed and maligned you and that you would be the man to carry out President Kennedy’s American University speech and fulfill his and your father’s legacy of “not merely peace for Americans but peace for all men and women” because “we all breathe the same air” and “we all cherish our children’s futures” and “we are all mortal.”

There’s something very wrong with Bobby Kennedy!

Via State of the Nation

Mr. Kennedy, where are you?

An Open Letter To Candidate Robert F. Kennedy, Jr.

Dear Mr. Kennedy,

You have bravely run Children’s Health Defense for nearly 16 years now.

Today, we are all witnessing the horrible deaths of and injuries to thousands of Palestinian children in Gaza.

Where are you, sir?

We have heard barely a peep out of you since this terrible war started on October 7th.

Have you not read the headlines about the war on the Palestinians living in Gaza?  For example:

RFK JR. WILL DECIDE THE 2024 ELECTION

Not that the figurehead at the top of this crumbling empire of debt matters at this point, but I do believe RFK Jr.’s independent candidacy will likely benefit the dementia ridden corpse rather than the big beautiful orange vaxx man. The diehards will vote Republican or Democrat no matter what.

It’s the independents who will matter in several swing states. Most independents dislike Biden. In a two man race they would swing to Trump, even if they don’t particularly like Trump. Give them a third option as an FU to the uniparty and a large percentage will take it.

With the Democratic cheat machine still functioning as it did in 2020 and 2022, the worst president in U.S. history will be re-elected or his replacement – psychopath Newsom or Big Mike will take the helm as the US Titanic hits the iceberg and sinks in to the depths of history.

Breaking: RFK Jr. to Announce Independent Run for U.S. President?

Via The Defender

According to Mediaite, which broke the story late this afternoon, a “campaign insider” revealed that Robert F. Kennedy Jr., Children’s Health Defense founder and chairman on leave, will announce a third-party run for president on Oct. 9 in Philadelphia.

Media outlets today reported that Robert F. Kennedy Jr. is expected to announce he will run as an Independent for president of the U.S.

According to Mediaite, which broke the story late this afternoon, a “campaign insider” revealed that Kennedy will make the announcement on Oct. 9 in Philadelphia, because he “feels that the DNC [Democratic National Committee] is changing the rules to exclude his candidacy so an independent run is the only way to go.”

Story at-a-glance

  • We’re facing a constitutional crisis. Elected officials are actively working to censor, silence and smear anyone who disagrees with them, including Robert F. Kennedy Jr., who is running for president
  • As a major presidential candidate, Kennedy is entitled to Secret Service protection, but Biden is blocking that too. Kennedy is the first candidate in American history to be denied Secret Service protection
  • Through a lawsuit brought against President Biden by the attorneys general of Louisiana and Missouri, we’ve learned that the Biden administration began censoring Kennedy on Biden’s second day in office. In early July 2023, U.S. District Judge Terry Doughty of Louisiana prohibited Biden administration officials from working with social media companies to limit protected speech
  • Transactional freedom is as important as freedom of expression, because if the government can starve you and put you out of your home by debanking you and blocking access to financial services, they can easily create a slave society. As president, Kennedy would end this trend by eliminating federal benefits and federal contracts with banks that punish people for their beliefs. He’s also committed to blocking programmable central bank digital currencies, and maintaining cash as legal tender in perpetuity
  • Kennedy, who is very fit, recently agreed to a pull-up competition against Russell Brand if Brand raises $100,000 for his presidential campaign. As president, he wants to reinvigorate the Presidential Council on Physical Fitness to bring physical fitness back into the high school curriculum

In this video, Robert F. Kennedy Jr. discusses his presidential campaign, which has gained significant traction, despite censorship and the barriers set up by the Democratic National Committee (DNC).

“The polling shows my favorability rating is better than any other candidate,” Kennedy says, “So … I’m very, very happy with the way things have gone up to now.”

“Death Scientists?”: Tucker And RFK Jr. Talk Ukraine, Biolabs, And Who Killed His Uncle

Via ZeroHedge

RFK Jr. and Tucker Carlson sat down for a lengthy interview published on X (formerly Twitter) on Monday, in which the two discuss Ukraine, bio-labs, and who killed his uncle, JFK. Carlson made clear that he wasn’t going to badger Kennedy with questions about his stance on vaccines, which the MSM has made a central focus for obvious reasons.

The interview begins by discussing the Biden administration denying RFK Jr. Secret Service protection

Despite the fact that his uncle and his father were both assassinated, the Biden administration denied SS protection

“We applied for Secret Service protection in May,” said Kennedy, adding “The President has discretion to give Secret Service protection to any candidate, for any reason.”

Kennedy noted that former President Barack Obama was given Secret Service protection more than 500 days before the election, and that his uncle Ted Kennedy received protection more than 450 days before an election.

RFK Jr. WANTS TO BUILD THE WALL

Via Kanekoa the Great

“We watched about 150 people come across the border… They’re from Peru, Afghanistan, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Bangladesh, India, China, Tibet, and Nepal…

In total, over three years, 7 million people have come across the border illegally into our country… After a few days, they’re released into our country, and most of them are never seen or heard from again…

The stories that we heard from these people are absolutely heartbreaking. This is a humanitarian crisis because of the understanding across the globe that we now have an open border…

Many of them that have come across have been terribly abused… There’s a tree that is visible from this wall that is called the rape tree where the cartels extract the final payment from women before they come across…

Then you know what happens to children at the border… The disappearances. People are extorted, exploited, or robbed. They’re beaten and raped…

David Stockman on Why RFK Jr. is the Only Candidate Who Can Oppose the Uniparty System…

Guest Post by David Stockman

RFK Jr. President

The economic policy of the bipartisan “uniparty” has been an abysmal failure. In fact, Bidenomics and Trump-O-Nomics are just two sides of the same deficient coin. They amount to the inflationary accommodation of powerful constituencies which have captured control of policy—-Wall Street for the GOP, domestic spending constituencies for the Dems and the military/industrial/intelligence complex for both.

The bottom line doesn’t lie, however. Real economic growth during the uniparty regime of Trump/Biden has averaged barely 2.0% per annum—notwithstanding an outpouring of monetary and fiscal stimulus that had never before even been imagined. Still, the economic growth rate since 2016 is just a fraction of the 5.0% average during the Kennedy-Johnson era and 3.5% under Ronald Reagan.

Newsweek asks Robert F. Kennedy Jr: Why Not Stop the Conspiracy Theories?

Via Newsweek

“You mean keep my mouth shut?” Robert F. Kennedy Jr. retorts when Newsweek asks him why he doesn’t stop promoting conspiracy theories as he challenges President Joe Biden for the 2024 Democratic nomination.

“My father told me when I was a little boy that people in authority lie and the job in a democracy is to remain skeptical. I’ve been science-based since I was a kid. Show me the evidence and I’ll believe you, but I’m not going to take the word of official narratives,” he explained.

While dismissed by detractors for peddling positions they say are unsubstantiated, Kennedy has used his anti-authority stance to win a post-COVID, post-Trump following that has seen him polling 20 percent against Biden among Democrats.

That makes him a very long shot at becoming the Democratic nominee, but has raised worries among some Biden supporters that he could damage the 80-year-old 46th president enough to give a Republican a better chance of victory.

NYTimes’ Farhad Manjoo recounts his moment “in the mud” with Kennedy—but only ends up spattering himself

Guest Post by Mark Crispin Miller

Unanimously screaming that debate is DANGEROUS, and using lies and smears to put that point across, “our free press” is now one big, loud conspiracy against American democracy (or what’s left of it)

Recently the New York Times enhanced its daily dump on RFK, Jr. with a new hit-piece by Times columnist Farhad Manjoo: “It’s Not Possible to ‘Win’ an Argument With Kennedy.” That title is, of course, no compliment. It means that no one can best Kennedy in a debate—not because the latter knows his stuff, has all the pertinent data at his fingertips, and argues with extraordinary clarity (and civility): on the contrary. According to Manjoo, Bobby does not win debates for real, through such forensic skill and intellectual ability, but only seems to win them (or, as the headline puts it, “win” them) by fogging everybody’s minds with sophistry, intermingled craftily with bits of truth. This is good enough for him, because he doesn’t really care about the issues, claims Manjoo: “Conspiracy theorists don’t care about facts, just attention.”

That crack about the “facts” is pure projection—as I’ll show here, by telling the whole story of Manjoo’s attacks on Bobby in the summer of 2006; but let’s begin with Manjoo’s version of that story. Here I’m going to paraphrase, and gloss, his version in detail, both because (unlike Manjoo) I want to get it absolutely right, and—what matters more—because it perfectly exemplifies the propaganda that’s been used to smear the candidate since he declared his run, and that’s been used against him (and others) for many years. In other words, this op ed perfectly exemplifies the gaslighting technique that’s been deployed relentlessly—and catastrophically—by the “free press” throughout the West since 1967, when the CIA first weaponized the phrase “conspiracy theory” (and coined the phrase “conspiracy theorist”), urging journalists to use that mocking language to discredit critics of the Warren Report.

Inevitable Suppression Awaits The RFK Jr. Movement

Authored by Eric Lundrum via American Greatness,

On the surface, there seem to be plenty of reasons as to why the Right should support, directly or tacitly, the quixotic bid of Robert F. Kennedy Jr. for President of the United States.

The hopelessness of his campaign might be the biggest one.

The Enemy of My Enemy?

Many conservative commentators suggest that RFK Jr. is worth supporting because he represents a more “conservative” brand of Democrat than any presidential candidate since Jim Webb in 2016.

And indeed, on a handful of cultural touchstone issues, the son of the late senator and would-be president of the same name does seem to agree with the Right: Most prominently, he has been critical of efforts to mandate COVID-19 vaccines. He also has spoken out against the rise of transgenderism. And he has engaged with such free-thinkers of the Internet as Joe Rogan and Jordan Peterson, which in turn have led to him getting censored by Big Tech, an achievement often limited exclusively to conservatives.
