DEI Teachers can only teach what they themselves know.
By the 1970s it became clear that Africans COULD NOT, not even with special programs, be educated to the same level as Whites and Asians. Putting Blacks back into segregated schools was the only workable solution, but it was not a viable political option. Decision? Dumb down all our schools and universities until an average 85 IQ demographic could graduate and get a diploma. Of course the long term outcome of that was the complete intellectual destruction of two or three generations of children, but by the time the problems became overwhelming, all the politicians who made the decision were dead and unaffected by the outcome.
Same politicians that are dead and unaffected also set into motion many of the public pensions.
