Doug Casey on the Rapid Cultural Decline and What Comes Next

Via International Man

Cultural Decline

International Man: Nations in decline often experience cultural degeneracy. We saw that in the Roman Empire and Weimar Germany, for example.

Today, in the US, we see increasing signs of cultural degeneracy in Hollywood, advertisements, academia, science, corporations, politics, and other areas of life.

What is your take?

Doug Casey: There have been a number of major turning points throughout history. Rome in the third century was one of them. It was a period of economic, political, and military chaos, aggravated by the social chaos accompanying the rise of Christianity. These things set the stage for the complete collapse of the old civilization in the West with the barbarian invasions after Adrianople in 378. Beautiful Black Art vs Racist White Art

I’ve (sadly) only been to one art museum in my entire life. While on a business trip to England,  I had the chance to visit the London Museum Of Art.  I was mesmerized for 9 hours!  I was particular enthralled by “Blue Boy” and “The Martyrdom of Stephen“; the skill, the detail, they looked like living beings.  The blood oozing from “Stephen” looked real, I swear it. “Blue Boy” looked like he was ready to shake my hand, I swear it.  Simply saying “stunningly beautiful” does the art injustice.

But, alas,  I recently discovered that Renaissance art is nothing but white supremacy / racism run amuck.  I am so ashamed. I will dedicate my life to only looking for awesome black art, which has what white art lacks;  “soul”, brother.

One-Third of High-Income Earners Live Paycheck to Paycheck

Guest Post by Martin Armstrong

Inflation does not discriminate based on income. According to a new Bloomberg report, over one-third of Americans earning at least $250,000 annually are living paycheck to paycheck. Only 5% of the nation earns over $250,000 per year, and this is who the politicians would call “the rich.” One in ten noted that they struggled to cover their household expenses in April.

The Show of Shows - Wikipedia

The unravelling of the USA gets its summer steroid booster shot this Thursday when the political twerk-fest known as the January 6th Select Committee commences prime-time televising of its inquiry into the so-called “insurrection” the day that Congress met to tally the 2020 electoral college vote when hundreds of protesters entered the US Capitol illegally, egged on and enabled by a squad of FBI plants larded through the crowd, and by shadowy figures inside the building who unlocked the doors for them.

The objectives of this extravaganza are A) to soften up the remaining “purple” voters before the midterm election, B) to paint former president Donald Trump as an instigator of the uproar and an enemy-of-the-people so he won’t be able to run for office again, and C) to punish former White House employees and Trump partisans with onerous legal fees so as to knock them off the political game board.

Respect the Fed? No, End the Fed

Guest Post by Ron Paul

Thomas Jefferson End the Fed" Kids T-Shirt by LibertyManiacs | Redbubble

President Joe Biden has unveiled a three-part plan to fight inflation — or at least make people think he is fighting inflation. One part of the plan involves having government agencies “fix” the supply chain problems that have led to shortages of numerous products. Of course, any attempt by the government to solve the supply chain problems (which were caused by prior government interventions such as shutting down the economy for over a year) will not just fail to solve the supply shortages but will create new problems.

Sitrep Operation Z: Back into The Grind while the penny drops in Europe

Weapons incoming

Russia have struck a major artery for the shipment of NATO weapons from Europe via the Beskidy railway tunnel. The Beskidy Tunnel is a railway tunnel under the Volovets Pass in the Carpathian Mountains. Confirmed by Ukraine itself.

High-precision long-range air-based missiles of the Russian Aerospace Forces have destroyed industrial buildings of the smithy-mechanical plant on the outskirts of Lozovaya (Kharkov Region), where the AFU armoured vehicles were being rebuilt and repaired.

The consequences of the arrival at the Darnitsa car repair plant, which was converted for the repair of equipment and the preparation of Polish tanks for shipment to the front https://t.me/intelslava/30873

Russian Mod states that an An-26 military transport aircraft of the Ukrainian Air Force carrying weapons and military equipment was shot down in the Odessa region.

Overall deaths in Australia – where nearly everyone is vaccinated – are spiking.

Guest Post by Alex Berenson

It’s Monday Down Under. Get ready to start the week with frightening data.

Add Australia to the countries seeing an unusual surge in deaths from all causes following mass mRNA shot campaigns .

The Australian government reported on May 25 that deaths in Australia were 21 percent above normal in early 2022. Even excluding Covid deaths, deaths were more than 10 percent above normal.

SOURCE

Victoria, Australia’s second-most-populated state, offers an even grimmer picture. Unlike the national government, Victoria publishes monthly death figures in near-real time. On Thursday, it reported 4,312 deaths in May, 27 percent above the average of May 2020 and 2021 – the equivalent of 45,000 extra deaths in the United States.

SOURCE

The Australian death spike is particularly striking, because Australia had no excess deaths – and little Covid – in 2020 and much of 2021. Thus the usual alternative explanations cannot hold. The spike cannot be the result of delayed medical care or “long Covid” (whatever long Covid is). Australia’s weather and geography are also very different than the European countries now reporting excess deaths.

GAME OVER. WE WON.

Guest Post by Steve Kirsch

One of my surveys had a strong signal. So I had a third party polling firm run it against a neutral audience. The results are devastating. It shows we were lied to. Big time. No other way to spin it.

I now have a survey question that, when tested against a neutral audience, gives a very strong signal. Turns out that most people think that the COVID vaccines have killed more people in just 1.5 years than all 70+ vaccines combined over the past 32 years. The more unvaccinated you are, the more likely you are to notice this. If you’ve had four doses, it was nearly tied.

Here is the pivot table of the Pollfish results so you can see the votes vs. vaccine status:

Here is the underlying data so you can verify the result. And here’s the summary PDF they provided.

Gun Sales Soaring in the US and Canada

Guest Post by Martin Armstrong

As calls to repeal the Second Amendment continue, Americans have been buying guns at a record pace. Over 1 million civilians purchased firearms in the month of May alone, marking a record-breaking streak of 34 months of increased sales. Although the left would like the world to believe that there are no restrictions on buying guns, the majority of people who applied were not eligible. The FBI reportedly conducted 2.4 million background checks last month alone.
