Oil Discoveries Hit 70-Year Low

Authored by Nick Cunningham via OilPrice.com,

The last three years has been the worst stretch of time in seventy years for new conventional oil discoveries

A new report from IHS Markit finds that conventional oil discoveries plunged to a seven-decade low and “a significant rebound is not expected.” Conventional exploration – as opposed to unconventional development, including shale – had already been trending down following the 2008 global financial crisis and its aftermath, which overlapped with the rise of horizontal drilling and hydraulic fracturing in several U.S. shale basins.

Staffer Nervously Informs Hillary Clinton She Lost 2016 Election

Via The Babylon Bee

WASHINGTON, D.C.—After Hillary Clinton once again suggested that Donald Trump was an illegitimate president, one unfortunate staffer was forced to be the one to gently inform her that she lost the election.

“Hey, Hill, we need to talk,” the aide said, her voice shaky and uncertain. “We’ve got to discuss something of some importance. We’re all a little worried about you, and we just need to make sure you realize something about the election from a few years ago.”

Survey: Family Health Insurance Now Averages More Than $20,000 A Year

Via The Federalist

The average family has spent tens of thousands of dollars in higher health insurance premiums because Obamacare has not met Obama’s pledges.

Survey: Family Health Insurance Now Averages More Than $20,000 A Year

According to a recently released report, extending employer-provided health coverage to the average American family equates to buying that family a moderately-priced car every single year. This provides further proof that Barack Obama “sold” a lemon to the American people in the form of Obamacare.

You Ask a Lot of Questions for a President

Guest Post by Ann Coulter

You Ask a Lot of Questions for a President

This column will explain the impeachment farce in two minutes. By the end, you will thank the media for demanding the release of Trump’s phone calls with the presidents of Ukraine and Australia.

What the phone transcripts demonstrate is that — unlike the typical Republican — Trump is not a let-bygones-be-bygones sort. He intends to find out who turned the FBI into a Hillary super PAC, using the powers of the nation’s “premiere law enforcement agency” (according to them) to take out a presidential candidate, and then a president.

The whole picture becomes clear when you have the timeline.

Trump Administration Provides New Evidence For A Saudi Connection To 9/11

Authored by Philip Giraldi via The Strategic Culture Foundation,

The debate over what actually occurred on 9/11 and, more to the point, who might have been behind it, continues to preoccupy many observers worldwide.

There is considerable legitimate concern that the commission that reviewed the incident engaged in a cover-up designed either to excuse a catastrophic failure on the part of the United States’ national security apparatus, or even connivance of federal agencies in the attack itself.

Do You Have a Lisance for that Minky?

Guest Post by Jim Kunstler

Sometimes, if you open up a big enough gate and stand in the void, the gate will swing back and slap you on the ass — which is where serial bungler and arch-schlemiel Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) finds himself at the end of an exhausting week’s dissembling in the WhistleGate matter. Long about now, his reluctant partner in the latest impeachment gambit, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, must feel date-raped just a little bit as every unraveling thread in the story leads back to another exposed deception by Schiff, the Inspector Clouseau of impeachment politics.

Jeffrey Epstein Made $200 Million After His Pedophilia Became Public Knowledge

Via ZeroHedge

Three years after Jeffrey Epstein served nearly 13 months in prison in a sweetheart plea deal, the self-admitted pedophile was able to rake in over $200 million in revenues through a DNA data-mining company he established in 2012, according to the New York Times.

His start-up, Southern Trust, reported more than $200 million in revenues over the next five years, according to a review of previously unreported financial statements filed in the Virgin Islands.

Despite a name that calls to mind a financial services firm, the fledgling company with a handful of employees said it was developing a DNA data-mining service. Southern Trust was trying to gauge customers’ predisposition to cancer by “basically organizing mathematical algorithms,” Mr. Epstein told Virgin Islands officials as he sought a lucrative tax break in 2012. –New York Times

Woman At AOC Town Hall Insists “We Must Eat The Babies” To Stop Climate Change

Via ZeroHedge

In a clip that has gone viral across social media platforms, a woman who was, in all likelihood, an opposition plant, confronted AOC during a town hall in Corona, Queens last night and insisted that her ‘Green New Deal’ wasn’t enough and that instead “we must eat the babies” to stop climate change from destroying the world.

During the confrontation, the woman, who had an unusual and vaguely European accent, insisted that while she was a great fan of AOC, she felt that her proposals to combat climate change simply didn’t go far enough.

The only measure drastic enough to make a difference, the woman insisted, would be to stop all of humanity from breeding, and “eat” babies instead of raising them.

Is China the Country of the Future?

Guest Post by Pat Buchanan

Is China the Country of the Future?

Under Xi Jinping, the mask of benign giant has slipped and the menacing face of 21st-century China is being revealed, for its people, its neighbors, and the world to see.

With the fall of the Nationalist government of Chiang Kai-shek, the defeat of his armies and the flight to Formosa, that was the question of the hour in 1949. And no one demanded to know more insistently than the anti-Communist Congressman John F. Kennedy:

“Whatever share of the responsibility was Roosevelt’s and whatever share was (General George) Marshall’s, the vital interest of the United States in the independent integrity of China was sacrificed, and the foundation was laid for the present tragic situation in the Far East.”

Scientists Baffled: Unidentified Object Falls From Sky, Ignites Number Of Fires

Authored by Elias Marat via TheMindUnleashed.com,

Typically when one hears about flaming, bright objects falling from the sky, one comes to a very simple conclusion—it must be a meteorite, burning as it falls through the Earth’s atmosphere.

However, last week in the south of Chile, residents on the island of Chiloe were shocked when a fireball plummeted all the way down to the ground, starting a number of firesCNET reports.

Bourgeois Anarchy

Guest Post by The Zman

It is generally assumed that liberal forms of government like parliamentary democracies and representative republics are middle-class in nature. That is, they require a strong and stable middle-class to come into existence, but they also foster the growth of a strong and stable middle-class. Because the bourgeois are conservative by nature, unwilling to risk their peace and prosperity, liberal democracies will tend to resist radical social experiments or take on great risks, like wars of conquest.
