The US: A Dead Nation Walking

Guest Post by Paul Craig Roberts

Here is an informative article by Dmitry Orlov: http://www.cluborlov.com

I use the writings of Orlov and The Saker as checks on my own conclusions.

In his article Orlov concludes that the United States is a dead nation, still walking, but no longer a uni-power. I agree with Orlov that US weapon systems are more focused on profits than on effectiveness and that Russia has superior weapons and a superior cause based on protection rather than dominance. However, in his assessment of the possibility of nuclear war, I think that Orlov under-appreciates the commitment of Washington’s Neoconservatives to US world hegemony and the recklessness of the Neoconservatives and Hillary Clinton. Washington is incensed that Russia (and China) dare to stand up to Washington, and this anger crowds out judgment.

Orlov, also, I think, under-estimates the weakness in the Russian government provided by the “Atlanticist Integrationists.” These are members of the Russian elite who believe that Russia’s future depends on being integrated with the West. To achieve this integration, they are willing to sacrifice some undetermined amount of Russian sovereignty.

Another Canary in The Coal Mine…

Guest Post by Eric Peters

Another canary in the coal mine has just dropped to the bottom of its cage.Camaro sales 2

A few weeks back, I wrote about evidence that the bubble-ized new car business – “sales” inflated by the same kinds of financial flim-flam that gave us the housing bubble just about ten years ago – is on the verge of popping.

And may have already popped.

Now comes another indicator.

Sales of Chevy’s Camaro muscle car and its two rivals, the Ford Mustang and the Dodge Challenger, have stalled.

Suddenly, too.

As if they just ran out of gas – all three of them – all at once.

This after several years of double digit increases.

The Choice, Part Two: The Biggest Challenge

staticworld.net

Daunting as the business challenges 4Ry faces may be, they are dwarfed by the legal, political, and intellectual assault on logic, invention, and honest enterprise.

This is part two of a three-part series. For part one, click here (SLL) or here (TBP).

I and members of my family are minority investors in Dr. Kelly’s majority-owned company, fouRy LLC, or 4Ry. I have performed and will continue to perform, various services for 4Ry, for which I may be compensated. The opinions and analyses are mine alone. This blog post is neither a solicitation of investment nor an offer to sell securities. 4Ry is a Delaware Limited Liability Corporation and its trademark application is pending.

Dr. Kelly wisely realized he needed help on the business development side. David Bird has a BS and MS in mechanical engineering and control systems from UCLA and an MBA from Notre Dame. He’s a hybrid between business and science who both understands the technology and has the business experience necessary for its commercial implementation. He developed a network of contacts that got Kelly’s technology in front of people with technical expertise and clout within companies, academia, and the government.

Putin. The Documentary.

Pretty sure no one will watch this two hour documentary …. except maybe T4C, who will endure several orgasms in the process.

Putin is absolutely despised by western leaders. Hillary says he’s the next Hitler. Why?  Maybe because Putin can NOT be controlled by the elite who think they rule the world. “Fuck you, comrade!“, is Putin’s response. Maybe that’s why the overwhelming majority of Russians love their leader.

So, you know how the West views him.  Some of you here even agree with it.  You now have the opportunity to see how the RUSSIANS themselves view Putin …. which is good, for therein lies the truth about this remarkable man.

How You Pay for Their Lies with Your Rights

When Barack Obama campaigned for president in 2008, he promised to end the War on Drugs.

As a candidate, he suggested the century-long war had been a failure and America would do better with a public health approach to drug abuse.

As the president, he’s done the exact opposite. Obama has intensified tactics… and now his policies have sacrificed our rights to:

  •  Travel freely
  •  Keep our medical records private

What do I mean? Read on… the reality is shocking.

Agents from the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), routinely “data mine” travel itineraries to determine who might be carrying cash. There’s no warrant required. Then, they use the incredibly lax civil forfeiture laws to seize said cash on suspicion of illegal acts taking place without any real evidence of a crime being committed. It’s a racket, and DEA units posted at 15 of America’s busiest airports have used it to confiscate more than $200 million in cash over the past decade.

What makes them suspicious, you might wonder?

Cycle of War & Climate Change – A Lethal Combination

cycleofwar-2014

Historically, crops fail during periods when the weather turns sharply colder. Rising food shortages coincide with rising aggression. This seems to be a link back into ancient times. The way the climate is now turning colder is in direct harmony with the war cycle. Switzerland began recording temperatures in 1864, which provide a good European database. World War I was a profound turning point for it actually brought together war, climate, and disease.

In 1916, the climate turned down dramatically when it rained extensively during the summer, snowed in June, and this trend persisted into the following year. In fact, March and April 1917 were the coldest months since 1764, based upon the Swiss data. By no means was this climate change confined to Europe. North America also witnessed crop failures that helped prices rise in addition to the war factor. It was also colder in Argentina where crops failed due to a severe drought. So in the northern hemisphere there was cold and excessive rain, and in the southern hemisphere, there were droughts and the lack of rain.

THE KKK TOOK MY BABY AWAY

Looks like the pot is calling the kettle black

In a video uploaded to the State Department’s official YouTube page on June 28, 2010, Clinton commemorated late Sen. Byrd by saying, “Today our country has lost a true American original, my friend and mentor Robert C. Byrd.

While serving in Congress, Byrd set the record for longest filibuster on the floor of the U.S. Senate with a 14-hour filibuster of the 1964 Civil Rights Act.
