Illegal Immigrant Convicted of Breaking into Apartment, Raping Sleeping Six-Year-Old

A Montgomery, Pennsylvania, court has at last found an illegal immigrant guilty of breaking into a Hatfield Township apartment and raping a six-year-old girl while her parents slept in another room, documents reveal.

A jury found Oscar Herrera guilty of six of the charges against him, including rape and burglary. However, the jury found him not guilty on a seventh, a misdemeanor charge of loitering and prowling.

Police arrested the 29-year-old Herrera after he broke into the apartment last November by pushing through a living room window. Police alleged he then crept into the little girl’s room and raped her in her own bed.

According to a police report, the little girl’s cries of “Stop” and “Why are you doing this?” awoke her 11-year-old brother, who ran to the girl’s stepfather to inform him of the ongoing attack.

The stepfather then reportedly ran to the room and subdued Herrera until police arrived.

“Certainly from the details provided by both children and it’s quite clear from the evidence that this individual engaged in terrible acts with the child,” said Montgomery County District Attorney Risa Vetri Ferman during the trial.

Herrera’s lawyer insisted throughout the trial that the suspect admits to having broken into the apartment, but only lay down to sleep with the little girl and never molested her.

“Oscar Herrera is a lot of things. He is a drunkard, a burglar, a trespasser, but not a rapist,” the lawyer claimed.

The lawyer also ascribed the girl’s claims of being raped to an “easily influenced imagination.”

Herrera is a Mexican national and is reportedly in the U.S. illegally. He will be sentenced at a later date.

Hillary’s Closest Aide Admits Clinton ‘Illegally’ Burned Daily Schedule

Just two weeks after we exposed the fact that Hillary Clinton’s official calendar is “missing” a lot of entries, more ‘illegal’ allegations are being exposed from her reign as Secretary of State.

In a deposition last week, NYPost reports that Hillary Clinton’s cloests aide – Huma Abedin – revelaed that her boss destroyed at least some of her schedules as secretary of state — a revelation that could complicate matters for the presumptive Democratic nominee, who, along with the State Department she ran, is facing numerous lawsuits seeking those public records.

Huma Abedin was deposed in connection with a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit into Clinton’s emails — but her admission could be relevant to another lawsuit seeking Clinton’s schedules.

“If there was a schedule that was created that was her Secretary of State daily schedule, and a copy of that was then put in the burn bag, that . . . that certainly happened on . . . on more than one occasion,” Abedin told lawyers representing Judicial Watch, the conservative organization behind the emails lawsuit.

Abedin made the surprising admission in response to a question about document destruction at the Department of State. A lawyer for Judicial Watch asked: “And during your tenure at the State Department, were you aware of your obligation not to delete federal records or destroy federal records?”

Clinton has admitted to destroying “private personal emails” as secretary of state. But Abedin’s admission that she used so-called “burn bags” — a container that material is placed in before it is destroyed — for some of her schedules is the first time anyone close to her has disclosed destroying public records.

Stucky Poll #1: Strong Dislikers

We (that includes me) sure do hate oops, strongly dislike many peoples/groups here.

I won’t use “hate” because I don’t feel like getting mini-sermonettes on the evils of hating, how it’s bad to hate, and testimonies from the self-righteous – “I don’t hate anyone!”. Sooo, let’s go with “strongly dislike”. But, you know what I really mean.

For this to work I need to make several SEPARATE posts … two parts per group. Like this;

—1A) I strongly dislike BLACKS.

—1B) BLACKS need to be dealt with harshly in the 4^th Turning.

Harshly can mean whatever the hell you want it to mean – from Forced Segregation to Final Solution. An up vote means you agree, and down means disagree.

Why am I doing this poll? Hopefully, to get an accurate feel for where we are at in reality. Maybe I’m just imagining that we have a lot of Strong Dislikers. Maybe we’re closer to a Holy Spirit Filled Family which gets along with everyone?

HALFWAY UPDATE

Half the year is over and all you will hear on CNBC and the rest of the captured corporate media is about the ongoing bull market in stocks. You won’t hear about the real bull market. Stocks haven’t gone anywhere in the last 20 months. Their QE created bull market ended in October 2014 when the liquidity spigot was shut off.

Even in this rigged market, with the Fed directly buying through their intermediaries, corporations buying back hundreds of billions of their own stock, and HFT machines programmed to buy by the Wall Street cabal, stocks have barely made any gains in the first six months.

The real bull market, which shall not be mentioned, is revealing the failure of central bankers around the world to debase their way to prosperity. If every country in the world attempts to debase their currency at the same time, there can be only one winner – precious metals. Look who’s winning YTD:

Silver – up 48%
Gold – up 27%
S&P 500 – up 4%
Dow – up 4%
Nasdaq – down 3%

All shall be revealed in the fullness of time. Gold and silver are revealing the failure of the Fed and their establishment puppeteers in their quest to sustain an unsustainable economic system.
