Former US president Donald Trump has splashed cold water on Western hopes that this week’s conflict between military contractor Wagner Group and Russia’s top generals could lead to the toppling of Moscow’s government, warning that ousting President Vladimir Putin could have unintended consequences.

Trump Is the Media’s New David Duke

Guest Post by Ann Coulter

The media are so desperate to get Donald Trump the Republican presidential nomination that they’re acting like the fat lady has sung — and they don’t mean Chris Christie. They refer to Trump exclusively as the “front-runner” and gloatingly note that he’s dominating the polls so they can sneer at Republican voters for their cultlike devotion to a psychopath.

Trump is the David Duke of this election cycle. The media’s usual attack on Republican presidential candidates is to tar them with Duke, endlessly asking them to “disavow” him, despite the fact that they don’t know Duke, have never mentioned him and, for all anyone knows, he died several years ago.

This year, every Republican candidate has to answer endless questions about Trump.

Our Next President Must Fix Our Military First

Guest Post by Kurt Schlichter

The federal bureaucracy is a smoldering smorgasbord of corruption, incompetence, and pride flag-waving wokeness, and the big questions for the next Republican president are where to start fixing it and how. There are a few things that need to happen day one to begin imposing our iron discipline upon the out-of-control derp state – pardons for every persecuted victim of the two-tiered “justice” system, orders to comply with all GOP investigatory subpoenas immediately, and firing Chris Wray. But defeating the unofficial fourth branch of government requires focus and intensity. You cannot take it down overnight because it will fight back with support from the regime media. So, you need a quick and critical win.

Indictments, Republicans and Opposition to Donald Trump

Submitted by NtroP

Guest Post by Sundance

As customary in this era of a great awakening, there are a lot more Republican masks dropping this week.  There is a great deal of sunlight upon the professional and institutional Republican politicians that hold office, when contrast against the indictment of Donald Trump.  As we bear witness to the establishment opposition of candidate Donald Trump, once again it is valuable to understand the motive at the heart of this opposition.

CTH can get down in the weeds of each specific issue to discuss the motives and intents (we will, and do), but the big picture MUST remain at the forefront of understanding. If we lose track of the big picture, the weeds are overwhelming.

…“It must be remembered that there is nothing more difficult to plan, more doubtful of success, nor more dangerous to manage than a new system. For the initiator has the enmity of all who would profit by the preservation of the old institution and merely lukewarm defenders in those who gain by the new ones.”

Orange Man and Franco

Guest Post by Eric Peters

Francisco Franco – the caudillo of Spain – understood that you cannot reason with communists. You cannot persuade or mollify them. You can only stop them.

And he did.

It will probably take a man such as Franco to deal with the communists – and let’s speak plainly of them – who have infested this country like termites in a soggy log.

Is that man the Orange Man?

He seems to understand what Franco knew. That you do not play nice with communists, who aim to destroy you. It is why the Orange Man’s recent bitch-slapping (almost literally) of the “nasty” woman who had no interest in interviewing him was so wildly cheered. This is how you deal with such people.

The short-circuiting of the liberal hive mind

Trump Derangement Syndrome -> Covidian cult -> Ukraine war -> WWIII?

When I was nine years old, President Eisenhower warned about the military-industrial complex.

President Dwight D. Eisenhower warned about the military-industrial complex in his farewell address on January 17, 1961. He described it as a “conjunction of an immense military establishment and a large arms industry” that could become dangerous to American democracy. He warned that “we must guard against the acquisition of unwarranted influence, whether sought or unsought, by the military-industrial complex” and that “only an alert and knowledgeable citizenry” could prevent its growth.

By December, 1965, the military had begun drafting young men for the Vietnam War. I was 14. When I turned 18 I had to register with the Selective Service. I was a senior in high school. I entered college with a draft deferment. However, the inequity of draft deferments for rich college kids led the Congress to switch to a lottery system for the draft, making college kids eligible. Trump, truth, lies, and the gradations of evil

By Elliott Middleton

The con

Many Americans believe that President Trump was conned in some way in 2020. Jeffrey Tucker, the founder of the Brownstone Institute, has recently pinpointed the day President Trump was tricked into locking the country down.

It was March 10, 2020. The day before, the president had tweeted that the new virus was not very different from the common flu and could be treated similarly. By March 11, he was willing to commit the Federal government’s entire force to fight the pandemic.

Responsibility for fighting SARS-CoV-2 was transferred to the Department of Defense around this time, although as Sasha Latypova and Katherine Watt have documented, the groundwork for this was laid years before. Robert F. Kennedy’s masterful The Real Anthony Fauci details the development of the “biosecurity network” from Bill Gates’s fateful meeting with Anthony Fauci in 2000 when Gates proposed a mutually beneficial “partnership.” Continue reading “Trump, truth, lies, and the gradations of evil”

Heavy D Don’t Tweet, He Acts

Guest Post by Ann Coulter

Heavy D Don’t Tweet, He Acts

Isn’t it great to have the media complaining about what a Republican is doing, instead of what he’s tweeting?

The New York Times recently did a major investigation into Gov. Ron DeSantis’ suspension last August of a Florida prosecutor for the flimsy reason that he’d publicly announced that he would not enforce state law on abortion.

The Florida legislature had just spent nearly two months banging out a compromise bill that allowed abortions up to 15 weeks — more liberal than most European countries — and included an exception for life of the mother. An abortionist would literally have to turn himself in to get prosecuted under this law.

What kind of showboating clown would sign a public “pledge” not to prosecute a case that had about a 1 in 10 billion chance of ever landing in his office?

My Draft DeSantis Presidential Announcement Speech

Guest Post by Ann Coulter

My Draft DeSantis Presidential Announcement Speech

With Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis busy running the third-largest state, enacting a magnificently conservative agenda, promoting a new book, and having to respond to endless demands that he run for president (not to mention banning the words “gay” and “slavery” — the man’s a whirlwind of activity!), I thought I’d jot down a few ideas for his presidential announcement speech.

Here are some of the main points I think he should hit.

— “We are never going back to the party of Paul Ryan!” (Donald Trump, 2023 CPAC)

During his first two years in office, Trump had a Republican House and a Republican Senate. He’d just won a stunning upset victory that should have scared the bejesus out of every Republican in Washington. The people had spoken! They wanted a wall, not more tax cuts.

But Ryan wanted to cut taxes, so Trump forgot all about the wall and gave them tax cuts. (In fairness to Trump, challenging Ryan and pushing for wall funding would have required making a phone call.)

HEADLINE: “Ryan gets big — and much-needed — win on tax cuts” — Politico, Nov. 16, 2017

Donald Trump Sounds Presidential–Again. Why?

By James Grundvig, American Media Periscope

Discern. Dissect. Decode.

In today’s hyper-fluid news world, in which an army of “digital soldiers” deconstruct false narratives overnight and expose gaslighting campaigns, there is a stream of good news that few see or report. For every train derailment or food plant set on fire, some moves and counterstrikes go unseen while a broad, mostly invisible plan advances.

SEE YOU ON THE DARK SIDE OF THE MOON

Written in December 2019. Reposted in honor of the 50th anniversary of the album

And if the cloud bursts thunder in your ear
You shout and no one seems to hear
And if the band you’re in starts playing different tunes
I’ll see you on the dark side of the moon

 Brain Damage, Pink Floyd

And if the dam breaks open many years too soon
And if there is no room upon the hill
And if your head explodes with dark forebodings too
I’ll see you on the dark side of the moon

Brain Damage, Pink Floyd

Pink Floyd’s 1973 Dark Side of the Moon album is considered one of the greatest albums of all-time. It stayed on the Billboard 200 charts for 937 weeks. Roger Waters concept was for an album that dealt with things that “make people mad”. The Dark Side of the Moon’s themes include war, conflict, greed, the passage of time, death, and insanity, the latter inspired in part by former band member Syd Barrett’s worsening mental state.

The five tracks on each side reflect various stages of human life, beginning and ending with a heartbeat, exploring the nature of the human experience, and empathy. The themes of this album are timeless and are as germane today as they were forty-six years ago, if not more relevant. The country and world are awash in conflict, driven by the greed of evil men. Decent, law abiding, hard-working, critical thinking Americans see the world going insane as the passage of time leads towards the death of an American empire.

JFK, Nixon & Trump

Guest Post by Martin Armstrong

Despite the hatred that many pour all over Trump, they really should stop and think for a moment, that they have been subjected to brainwashing. I have stated before that I was invited to a dinner in March of 2020 at Mara largo where I was actually impressed by then-President Trump. He said he wanted to bring the troops home from Afghanistan because he was sick and tired of having to write letters to the parents of solider’s killed over there. He bluntly stated that he had no idea why were there. They were fighting over borders for 1,000 years. “What difference will we make?”

WARP SPEED

Guest Post by mark

I am no Trump supporter…in fact I am on the TBP record calling him a dupe at best, probably a traitor at worst or maybe (to cover all bases) just a too proud ego driven fool because of the poison Jabs coursing through millions of blood streams he facilitated at…WARP SPEED.

(I can see all the Trekkies smiling and getting in line at Warp Speed – LIVE SHORT AND DIE FROM SPIKE PROTEINS AND GRAPHENE OXIDES).

Trump stated on the record he wanted the Jabs to be called TRUMPCENES…claimed to be the Father of THE VACCINES…and refuses to deny…in spite of the indisputable mounting evidence dropping dead on live TV around the world…the Jabs are various degrees of poison…to this day???

WTF Donald J. Trump???

In fact I have and will continue to lambast him for greasing the Warp Speed skids…and sticking to that injected demonic reality to this day.

Trump Americans Need Their Own Political Party

Guest Post by Paul Craig Roberts

Tucker Carlson’s interview with former Republican US Representative Steve King explains how Washington really works, and it is not according to campaign slogans.  https://vdare.com/posts/instead-of-framing-politicians-with-strippers-it-s-now-white-supremacy

The interview will help Trump Americans understand that no representation of them is coming from the Republican Party, not on immigration or anything else.  Trump himself was easily rolled by the Establishment.  Trump had no idea what he was up against and no staff able to clue him in and help him deal with it.

Persuasion is to Unity What Coercion is to Conformity

By Doug “Uncola” Lynn via TheBurningPlatform.com

Where there is no law there is no freedom.

– John Locke

Morality is doing what is right regardless of what you are told. Obedience is doing what is told regardless of what is right.

― H.L. Mencken

It would be easy to speculate ad nauseam regarding the 2022 U.S. Midterms, but that is not the main intention of this post. Therefore, my comments regarding the national elections will be brief:  In short, it seems there were three general outcomes possible: 1.) Democrats holding both Houses of Congress 2.) GOP winning House or Senate but not both 3.) GOP winning both House and Senate.

In the Old Normal, given current economic shortages and inflation, the extremism of woke politics, increasing urban crime, the politicization of COVID, and the weaponization of federal agencies, a sizable red wave would have been assured.  But we no longer live in the Old Normal and we haven’t for some time. As the aftermath of the 2020 Presidential Election demonstrated, America has crossed the Rubicon. Speculation is moot. At this late date in history, the beast system will never cede power via honest elections.
