GARY OLDMAN WILL BE PERSECUTED FOR BEING A LIBERTARIAN

Got a hell of lot of respect for this guy for finally saying what everyone knows to be true.

Oldman has backtracked–somebody read him the riot act, it seems:

I am deeply remorseful that comments I recently made in the Playboy Interview were offensive to many Jewish people. Upon reading my comments in print—I see how insensitive they may be, and how they may indeed contribute to the furtherance of a false stereotype. Anything that contributes to this stereotype is unacceptable, including my own words on the matter. If, during the interview, I had been asked to elaborate on this point I would have pointed out that I had just finished reading Neal Gabler’s superb book about the Jews and Hollywood, An Empire of Their Own: How the Jews invented Hollywood. The fact is that our business, and my own career specifically, owes an enormous debt to that contribution.

I hope you will know that this apology is heartfelt, genuine, and that I have an enormous personal affinity for the Jewish people in general, and those specifically in my life. The Jewish People, persecuted thorough the ages, are the first to hear God’s voice, and surely are the chosen people.

I would like to sign off with “Shalom Aleichem”—but under the circumstances, perhaps today I lose the right to use that phrase, so I will wish you all peace–Gary Oldman.

You’re either with ’em or against ’em. A professor at the local university I was speaking to was undecided on an issue – and open to both points of view. This person is a conservative, but as we all know – most non-libtard’s are open to opposing points of view. The other libtard’s absolutely lost-their-shit because no opinion was equal to having an opposing view. There’s no reasoning with these fucked in the head libtard’s – zero. Pick the issue, the importance of the outcome…..trivial shit or real constitutional law crushing illegal as hell stuff, you are with them or against them.

When the day comes that each of us non libtard’s don’t have a job or business or career et al that can be fucked with for openly exposing our views to the world – is a day the libtard’s have greatly under-estimated.

I think we should all have a Gary Oldman movie night in honor of his rant against PC hypocrisy. I’m going to kick mine off with The Fifth Element, followed by The Professional.

Thinking about some of the scum mentioned in his rant, I thought of the insult line “you should have been swallowed,” then thought that some of those people are too repulsive for that, and am now thinking we should get some meme graphics going with their faces (you know who) and “You should have been spat into a sink.” Anyone?

I vote w/those who see this as Oldman’s send-up of typical boot-lickers. As a fifty-years published writer, I sense the edges on his statement, and it’s sardonic, to say the least.

Means: I read all about it; I didn’t make this up.

And when he supposedly says “The Jewish People, persecuted through the ages, are the first to hear God’s voice, and surely are the chosen people” is surely a first-class sarcasm.

Oldman can be an over-the-top character in his movies, but he’s also a subtle conveyer of what we readers know are the bits of truth we get ‘between the lines,’ just as when Russians learned to read Pravda the same way.

Considering that most of us who comment here live either in the USSA or in Kanada, we too have now learned to read ‘between the lines,’ as our MSM was corrupted half a century ago, and hasn’t stopped its decline into the abyss. Look up ‘Operation Mockingbird’ to learn how the CIA transformed the MSM when I was a kid [71 now].

This is like an Onion story. I can imagine the headline now:
“Powerful jews who run hollywood force Oldham to apologize for saying that they run hollywood.”
