The capital of Austria is Vienna … in German, “Wien”.

Oreo should go to the Austrian capital and pull a JFK —- “Ich bin ein Wiener!”.

Of course, he could just go to Frankfurt, Germany and proclaim — “Ich bin ein Frankfurter!”.

Or, go to Hamburg, Germany —- “Ich bin ein Hamburger!”
