@robert h.s. To begin with, South America is not made up of “Negro” countries. It is far less backward than you seem to believe. All the items you list are carried out in various SA nations and while nowhere nearly as advanced as in the US and Europe, neither are they to be shrugged off. There is great untapped potential down here, but until a more Northern European approach (along with immigration, as the Argentine San Martín understood) is put into play, it will have difficulty advancing.

Demographics are destiny. Its difficult for many to grasp this in the present moment because the changes are subtle until suddenly, they aren’t, i.e., exponential growth rates (and lack thereof among whites) lead to a tipping point that unfolds slowly at first and then rapidly thereafter.
It would seem the third and fourth world believe they can simply step out of their surroundings and into the US/Western Europe to instantly reach first world status. This won’t last when their numbers swamp the system.
I find it frustrating as hell to be told by liberals that all the productive need do is provide the means and everyone will then be empowered to reach Shangri-La on their own. Bullshit. It doesn’t work that way in nature and it never will with humanity, either. Reality has a way of asserting itself, like it or not.
