What I’m hearing from the fringes is that Russia is starting to prepare its population for a potential nuclear war and mobilizing its tactical nuclear forces for possible use in the ME against ISIS.

There ain’t gonna be a nuclear war, not now not ever. The elite still own this planet and they aren’t going to allow that to happen. If the elite believe that they are going down, I have no doubt that they will take the entire world down with them, but that is the only case.
The only thing that happened in the ME is a new character was introduced to the ongoing stage production. Ivan will be in the play headlining for a few acts and then settle down. This is working out to be an ideal war situation for the banksters. A direct/proxy war that will chew up unbelievable amounts of war material, while stuffing the vaults with ever more treasure for the bankster elite.
