Is Sponge Bob giving golden showers or the money shot?

“The district has had cuts at the school due to recent problems.”
“We can’t contain them and it’s really hazardous for us working, and these kids are not being educated at all.”

I bet hilary and bernie have the answers……….

More money is required if we want our students in urban areas to be safe from harm, and grow up well educated contributing members of society.
We should feel nothing but empathy for the innocent children that must suffer the consequences of republican inaction and the wealthy’s greedy selfishness.

Man these democrat run urban areas are really turning into shit-holes fast eh?

I can’t make out the type on the posters/murals but judging from those, the building construction, and the vulgar statue, I’m going to guess this is somewhere in Latin America, not the USA. And not endorsing this but Latin American culture tends to be more dick-positive and lacking in Victorian squeamishness.

Fred,

Latin American culture also seems to be much more riddled with poverty and violence than those with Victorian squeamishness cultures.

Wonder if there is any connection.

@Anon, Belgium seems to be down with peeing statues too:

I have two questions for you:

1) Did England rise farther and advance its own culture and standing more before Queen Victoria’s reign or after?

2) Did Belgium do more of note before 1618 or since 1618?

I’m not a part of nor an admirer of Latin American culture, but I don’t think there is a connection between Victorian prudishness and success.
