The reason for stereotyping is that it largely reflects a reality that most people acknowledge -openly or secretly- since they see it in wide practice.

The racial profiling — against whites — has become outright blatant, without regard for any consequences. Last year Ms Freud applied for a position as School Psychologist for a new charter school near here. They flat out told her they want a Spanish speaking person, fuck you very much!!! And that’s what they did … hired a fatpig Spaniola womanz with a mere fuckin BS in Sociology. Ms. Freud has a doctorate … and her Eengleesh is excellent.

This reminds me of saying I heard once, although I don’t remember where. When blacks riot, they burn down neighborhoods; when whites riot, they burn down continents.
