Trump lost me when he backed out of the debate. That and when he used ‘mother fukker’ in a rally, talking about putting a 25% tariff on Chinese goods.
There’s no reason I see to back out of the debate and there was no reason to use foul language like that in public. What is this, ‘Idiocracy’?

Trump Erects The Middle Finger
In a decision that is certain to mark something quite important Donald Trump has decided he will not be attending the next Fox News debate.
The decision was taken after Fox decided that they’d do a bit of editorializing on Trump’s dispute with Ms. Kelly, who IMHO he has every right to be unhappy with — and Fox’s support of her.
The truth is that essentially none of what passes for “journalists” these days on any of the major networks are anything more than “pretty faces” hired for their boobs rather than their brains. Kelly is just one of the more-glaring and outrageous examples.
Someone is going to get badly wounded and perhaps destroyed as a consequence of this decision. Either Trump will have his candidacy severely damaged or the Snooz Media is going to be rendered virtually impotent and irrelevant in this campaign cycle.
My money is on the latter, and IMHO it’s well-deserved; Trump has the right idea here, choosing instead to hold a benefit event for wounded veterans at the same time in a bid to trash Fox’s ad revenue and viewership in that time slot.

Not that I care but Trump will do just fine skipping the debate. As one article I read last night said, he can send tweets throughout the entire debate and then FAUX would have to put his tweets together with relevant parts of the debate and report on it. He can’t lose.

I used to watch our local city council meetings for the same reason. A few of them almost devolved into fist fights.
Looking beyond the primaries and onto the general election: Let’s say Cruz was able to win the Republican Nomination. I could see the liberal left more easily photoshopping Hitler’s little mustache onto him, as opposed to Trump. In my mind’s eye, I can see the photo on the cover of the New Yorker magazine now.
Trump on the other hand, appears to have more support from those on the left side of the aisle. Trump is against immigration, wants to make America great again and appears willing to negotiate better trade deals abroad. All of these would appeal to liberal, working class blue dog/Reagan democrats.
Moreover, Trump would destroy Bernie Sanders, the Hildabeast, Joe Biden and Bloomberg in any national debate. He has the media savvy and is, after all, a reality TV star. He would look at any of the democratic candidates and say “you’re fired”. His supporters would love it.
Trump also has national momentum and a great deal of enthusiasm within his supporters.
Furthermore, many on the left find Trump’s “New York” values, appealing. Whenever his opposition run ads regarding Trump’s liberal past, I believe this further consolidates his support among the libtarded population.
What does it all mean? If Trump is not assassinated by the international socialist cabal, and if he can avoid the NSA planting child porn on his personal computer; I am starting to believe he could win in the general election.
Now – whether this is a “good” or “bad” thing, please, talk amongst yourselves…
