Bring Back the Loyalty Oath

“President Truman (D) signs Executive Order 9835, Federal Employee Loyalty Program, requiring all federal employees to have allegiance to the United States. Attorney General Tom Clark compiles list of 82 supposedly subversive agencies, says Communists are everywhere and “each carries with him the germs of death for society.” FBI does a name check on 2,000,000 federal employees in 1948 plus approx. 500,000 new applicants each year. If “derogatory information” found, a full investigation made and results given to 150 loyalty boards (27000 such field investigations were made 1948-58). Employees could be fired if “reasonable doubt” of loyalty was established by 6 categories: crimes, violent overthrow, breach of official duty or disclosure of confidential information, or membership in or association with any subversive organization – no appeal beyond loyalty boards – no permission to confront a “confidential informant”. http://perspicuity.net/cgi/disp_day.cgi?3&22&2016

The Loyalty Oath Program should be reinstituted for a variety of reasons, it would create a tremendous amount of jobs and with the BLS doing the bean counting they could create the illusion of full employment. Since National Security is involved it would fall under Homeland Security where we would have Government Employees pestering, harassing and annoying other Government Employees rather than us serfs. It would force dual citizenship employees to declare loyalty to the US or be fired. Of course as with any oath people will lie.

As the reason for the original program was to fight Communism and National Socialism (Nazi) if we can reclassify Islam as a political movement and not a Religion we can make it illegal as we did Communism and fight as Terrorism. It is the only way we can stop the advance of Islam and the building of Mosques. I don’t see a Charles Mattel who will stop them at a Battle OF Tours. We have too many Progressives who believe we should tolerate intolerance in the name of tolerance.

The Internal Revenue Service has a list of rules on what constitutes a religion for tax purposes and by those criteria, Islam qualifies as a religion. In general, however, the courts have avoided trying to define religion so as not to pass judgment on the merits of a creed. Doing so could constitute “establishment” of what religion is and is not, which might be a breach of the Constitution in itself. Muslims themselves believe Islam to be a religion. And there is equally no question that Islam harnesses the religious impulse. But it can be argued that communism and Nazism likewise harnessed the religious impulse and that millions of people believed in those ideologies with full religious fervor and devotion. The fact of faith alone does not confer the status of religion on an ideology.

1. Mystical religious beliefs – all religions have this (faith) because it’s part of being a religion, having beliefs without proof. The problem is people will believe almost anything.
2. Totalitarianism – there is no free will in Islam sharia law governs all. There is no separation of church and state in Islam: only submission to the will of Allah as conveniently determined by the imams who spew vapors to feather their own nests. there are no moderate Muslims they all support sharia law.
3. Violence – of all religions Islam leads the pack in violent tenets for their ideology & history: containing eternal canonical imperatives for supremacy at all costs using violence & terrorism as basic tools to achieve these goals.
4. Dishonesty – only Islam has dishonesty as a fundamental tenet.

It must be acknowledged that the nuclear family is the fundamental structural unit of our civilization and has perhaps been the single social element most conducive to individual happiness and fulfillment. Polygamy is not marriage and should never be allowed protection under the idea of freedom of religion. There is little chance, however, that Islam will be changed to allow it to fit in with normal Western customs the way Mormonism was changed. A brochure distributed by the Islamic Center of Murfreesboro, Tennessee, extols the supremacy of polygamy throughout, offering it as a superior lifestyle choice, but nowhere does it even mention that polygamy is illegal in America. It openly advocates breaking the law”
