The “Fatty’s” will be the first to go.
Can’t move quick or at all, their health matches their weight, most are type two diabetic and will perish without meds, clothing is hard to find unless you are a tent maker, etc.
The grossly obese have VERY serious mental issues, in that their compulsive eating is nothing more than committing slow suicide, while entertaining their gross selfishness of wanting to “take it all with me when I go”.

Watch old movies and compare the extras walking around in the 70s and earlier to the extras in current films. Old movies show no morbidly obese people in backgrounds of scenes while the new films have pudgy people everywhere, and the pudgies are the slim ones.
